The frost and snow in November seemed like a long and hard journey, which made me learn perseverance and patience in my continuous writing, and strive to satisfy the readers.

In December, forget it, I won’t learn the European accent, it’s too tiring.

The book "I Was a Dauphin in France" was conceived in June when I read a book about modern European history. After reading the book, I immediately became very interested in the history of the French Revolution. I thought that during that era of sudden changes and turbulent waves, many interesting stories and embarrassing characters were produced.

So, I had a strong creative impulse, hoping to write interesting stories. To this end, I began to look through various historical documents and materials. You really don’t know it until you see it, and you’ll be shocked when you see it!

Finding foreign historical materials is tiring and troublesome—the Chinese versions of many historical materials are lacking, and the translations of many historical celebrities are different. I made an error at first, thinking it was the name of two people, but later I found out that it was the same person's name with different transliterations.

In this way, after searching for more than three months of information, I thought that what I found was relatively comprehensive, so I started writing this book. As soon as I started writing, I found that some of the paragraphs of the previously designed outline still needed to be refined in order to write with charm. Although I write very slowly, the support from big readers such as tips, monthly tickets and recommendation tickets has never stopped, which really warms my heart and touches me.

After stumbling for more than a month, I am finally getting to the point where it is on the shelves, and I am quite emotional. This is the third book I’ve written to make it to the shelf, just like my third child. Although it definitely has its shortcomings, I still love it very much. I hope you, the reader, will fall in love with it too.

Finally, what I want to say is to thank the two editors who picked me up, Brother Mungdou and Brother Penglai. Originally, I was worried that my book would not be easily reviewed because it was too unpopular. Unexpectedly, the two editors picked it up and helped me a lot.
