I Became A System

While Aaron was sleeping and having a rest of his mind, after some hours on their journey, human figures started to appear, surrounding them.

They are 6, appearing in every direction. Ellena already felt their presence. However, did not bother it since she already gauged their abilities.

Thalia was still unaware of things; therefore, Ellena just thought of some plan when she saw Aaron, who was sleeping tightly.

She bit her lower lip and shook her head. "I can do this on my own," she mumbled and thought of the plan.

"They are at least 20% of their potential. The majority have Close-Combat runes and one mage. Sighs… I didn't think that this would be too easy."

After a few moments, Thalia finally noticed the presence of the people surrounding them. She immediately alarmed Ellena, who was already at the top of the carriage.

"Big Sister?!" she exclaimed in surprise, seeing Ellena standing still, unbothered by anything.

"I already know they're here." Ellena nonchalantly said.

"But… Isn't just being overdramatic? Why do you need to stand there?"

However, Ellena just snickered. "It's because, in this way, I can see them carefully.

Then, before Thalia could notice it, lightning flickered coming from Ellena's index finger, shooting towards the direction of the bandits' location.

Thalia's eyes immediately started to gawk at Ellena. Her eyes widened as she realized that she just didn't know what Ellena did there.

She also thought that Ellena was a really talented person and that she was not just a mage, but also knew how to fight in close quarters, as she exhibited in the village.

"Unbelievable," she muttered as she noticed the bandits' presence around them starting to fade.

"What did you do, Big Sister?" she eventually asked.

Ellena gave her a look and smiled. "I paralyzed them. In that way, I can locate their base."

And with an eerie grin, Ellena jumped off of the carriage as Thalia took a halt in her driving.

"Thanks."

"Where are you going?"

"Fetch some tour guides."

And inside her, she was celebrating violently. Her thoughts were filled with points and experiences that she could get from scaring the bandits that surrounded them.

"This is going to be fun," she smiled before picking up where she had left off.

Aaron started twitching his eyes as he slowly opened them. When he finally opened it, he saw a number of points scattered in different places.

As soon as he realized it, he almost exclaimed in delight, pleased by what he had just seen. However, after some seconds, he paused and wondered where all of these points came from.

"What the hell…" he swore and started picking the points.

As he picked up the points, he stumbled on Ellena, who was sweating with gleaming eyes.

"What happened to you?" Aaron asked as he had already finished collecting everything,

Ellena just smiled.

"I defeated some sources. Look, I bet you liked my present."

"So, this was your scheme? Where did these come from?"

"Hm… Let's say, while you were sleeping, bandits surrounded us."

"What?!"

Aaron was shocked by what Ellena said. He couldn't believe that Ellena just became reckless again and didn't wake him up to assist.

Despite it, Aaron shook his head and sighed.

"You… why did you not wake me up?" Aaron asked with his words full of frustration.

"It's because they were below the second rate. They're too weak, so I thought of playing some."

Aaron sighed again. With this, he concluded that Ellena is already independent of him, and it's not a bad thing to occur. However, he was still bothered by it since he was thinking of assisting Ellena even a little.

But when he realized that he had nothing to assist her with, he just shook it off and rested on Ellena's head.

"I get it. Now, always tell me if an enemy is nearby. At least my aerial view will be helpful since we can communicate over long distances." Aaron said.

Ellena smiled and nodded after him. "Sure thing."

"By the way, we are near the bandits' base. Can you help me with scouting?"

"Yeah yeah." Aaron unwillingly mumbled in frustration and started flying over Ellena, then he finally arrived above the trees and inspected the geography.

"Thank you!" Ellena yelled with a gleam on her face.

'This kid… I wonder if I'm still needed.' Aaron thought inwardly and started observing more of the area.

30 minutes prior, before Aaron woke up, Ellena was rushing towards her first target.

She purposely didn't kill them as she wanted to exploit the situation to benefit her. Thus, she just paralyzed them.

When she finally landed on her first target, a grin curled on her lip.

"Hi."

The bandit widens his eyes. Even though he was minimally covered by external injuries, his face remained visible.

Different emotions filled his expression. As Ellena started to make his shoulders numb, he eventually felt fear towards the girl.

For some unknown reason, he doesn't know why the female before him was torturing him. Well, he wasn't actually clueless since they tried to surround her. However, he didn't know why this female was smiling in delight like a maniac.

This wasn't Ellena's first time to have a creepy expression. Sometimes, she felt delighted when she inflicted injuries on others. But it was only limited to people she thought were scum who deserved what they felt.

"Where should I start?" Ellena mumbled, making the bandit scream in more terror as the terrifying scene was before him.

Ellena was targeting his crotch. It's not just important to him, but he also knows the pain being struck in this area.

Even with a little impact, it was as if he was struck by lightning, numbing his body but leaving his crotch in dreadful pain.

"Please, just kill me. Don't hurt me there–!"

Before he could continue, Ellena had already stepped on his balls, and a cracking sound could be heard from them.

"Ahhhh!" he cried as the pain that he wasn't hoping to experience was already inflicted on him.

The pain was just too much for him. As he thought that he had offended a devil, he already passed out, leaving 3 points behind.

But of course, Ellena wasn't aware of the number of points that appeared. However, she knows that the bandit she just tortured felt fear towards her.

When she noticed that the first target was already out, she eventually continued to go to the other bandits and prey on them. There, she did the same thing, scaring them to have a taste of unbearing pain.

From what Aaron sounds like, the genitals of men are the most painful parts of the body to hurt. Thus, that idea of manipulating and exploiting such information gave her an advantage in any situation where she preys on men.

She always uses this weakness against men.
