Chapter 71 The Descendants of the Wizard

Chapter 71 Descendants of Wizards

[Damn it, why hasn’t Mr. Harvey come back yet? 】

Frank walked around the living room anxiously. He was so sleepy that he had stars in his eyes after a sleepless night.

But as time passed, he became more worried about the safety of Lancelot and Lilith, and had no intention of sleeping at all.

"Dong, dong dong."

There was a knock on the door. Frank was stunned for a second, then rushed to the door and opened it, shouting at the same time: "Lancelot!"

"I disappoint you."

Harvey looked at the haggard Frank with a smile. The boy seemed to be hollowed out and might collapse at any time.

"It turns out it's you, Mr. Harvey." Frank forced a smile, then his eyes went dark and he fainted.

Upon seeing this, Harvey quickly stepped forward to help the boy into the apartment, closed the door behind him, and then gently placed Frank on the sofa.

Harvey took out a small bottle from his coat pocket, shook out a light blue pill, and gave it to Frank to take.

About five minutes passed, and Frank slowly opened his eyes.

The sunlight pouring in through the gaps in the curtains was a bit dazzling. He saw the clock on the wall, the hands pointed to seven fifteen.

To his surprise, the previous sleepiness disappeared without a trace, and he felt particularly energetic.

"What's going on?" Frank sat up from the sofa in surprise and saw Harvey standing in front of the window.

"Relax Frank, I just gave you a potion to restore your strength." Harvey leaned against the window sill and looked at the boy on the sofa with a smile.

"Oh, so that's it." Frank stretched himself, thinking that this potion is really a good thing.

"Teacher Harvey, you should have found Lancelot and Lilith, right?"

"Well, they're fine. They're just a little injured. It's not a big problem." Harvey replied calmly: "They are resting in the medical room. They may need to rest for two days before they can come back."

"It's good that I found it. Now I feel relieved." Frank sighed with relief. Although the fatigue disappeared after taking the potion, he still felt very tired just thinking about the anxious waiting all night last night.

"Teacher Harvey, are you here just to tell me this?" Frank asked after realizing that Harvey had no intention of leaving.

Harvey smiled slightly, a green light flashed in his right hand, and the next second there was a piece of white paper in his hand.

Harvey cleared his throat, gave Frank a meaningful look, and began to read the contents of the paper.

"Frank Ged, male, 16 years old, from the Island of Gont on the other side of the Strait of Death."

When Frank heard Harvey read out his message, he was a little confused and looked at him with confusion.

A minute later, Harvey read all of Frank's personal information.

I saw a soft green light flash, and the white paper disappeared.

Harvey sat down on the sofa opposite the boy, which was where Lancelot and Frank had sat when they first met.

"Frank, another purpose of my coming here is to confirm something with you. Of course, I promise there is no malicious intent." Harvey crossed his arms and looked at the boy quietly and said.

After hearing this, Frank sat upright, brushed the golden bangs on his forehead to both sides, and said, "Teacher Harvey, please tell me."

"Frank, I heard that you are the only person on Gont Island who has passed the wizard qualification test in these years. Is this true?"

"That's right, Mr. Harvey." Frank nodded, showing a wry smile: "To be precise, there has been no new demon on Gont Island for nearly two hundred years... Oh, no, there is no new wizard."

Harvey's eyelids jumped when he heard this, he knew what the word Frank just didn't finish saying was.

"Frank, according to records, you are a descendant of that wizard, but I am skeptical about one thing: are you sure that no one on Gont Island became a wizard in the past two hundred years?"

"Teacher Harvey, I just told you what I know. I can't guarantee whether it is true or false."

"Okay." Harvey said with a kind smile: "It seems that you are carrying the hope of the entire island. If there is a chance in the future, I would like to learn more about the great deeds of that wizard."

Frank just smiled awkwardly and said nothing.

"How much do you know about Lancelot?" Harvey pushed up his glasses and got to the point.

"Lancelot is an orphan, from Tucker Town." Frank felt a little confused: "Teacher Harvey, you should have got much more information than I know."

"No, that's not what I want to ask." Harvey lowered his tone: "Does he do anything strange in his daily life?"

"Teacher Harvey, what do you mean by the strange behavior? I don't quite understand." Frank said with caution.

"Some extreme remarks or special abilities that are different from ordinary people."

"That doesn't exist. Apart from being a little shy, Lancelot is no different from a normal person."

"That's it."

Harvey frowned, and it could be seen from the other person's eyes that Frank didn't seem to be lying.

"Frank, you told me before that Lancelot only agreed to enter the Frost Forest at Lilith's request, right?"

"Um."

"Did he tell you why you were going there?"

Frank recalled a little and quickly gave a negative answer: "Lancelot had never heard of the Frost Forest before. He decided to go only because of Lilith. You should ask Lilith for the specific reason.

Bar."

"Like Lancelot, she is still in a coma."

After Harvey said that, he stood up: "Okay, let's go here first. Over at the college, I have temporarily suspended Chris for three days. You can rest peacefully."

"Mr. Harvey, may I ask, will Lancelot be expelled?" Frank's tired face showed a trace of worry. After all, at the opening ceremony, Dean Clayman repeatedly emphasized the rules and regulations of the college.

"Don't worry, this matter is essentially caused by the college's poor management and control, and due to Lilith's special status, we will handle it internally and will not punish the two of them."

Harvey walked to the door and stopped, saying in a serious tone: "Frank, you are not allowed to tell anyone about this, do you understand?"

"Mr. Harvey, I will keep it secret." Frank nodded in response.

"Very good, now I have to go to Dinah's place to understand the situation, so I'll leave first."

"Okay, see you later, Mr. Harvey!"

After Harvey finished speaking, he walked out of the apartment, and then there was the sound of footsteps going down the stairs.

"Bang!" Frank closed the door, sighed with relief, and then fell down on the sofa.

Drowsiness came over him like a tide, and Frank, who had not slept all night, soon fell into a deep sleep.
