Soon two weeks came and went, and the atmosphere in the abyss had completely changed

Unlike the normal chaotic feeling with creams and laughs resounding everywhere from time to time

This time, a general silence pervaded everywhere along with an increased sense of tension making the whole air seem heavier

It seemed that the whole abyss had been turned into a room full of gas ready to explode at any second

And with that explosion, engulf all those who were in it or around it

Unfortunately, little did most abyss demons know that the one who made it this way was nothing but a mere human who every one of them looked down on

From the weakest of minions to the highest of dukes and princes.

For this set of people who even looked down on gods, it wasn't surprising for them to look down on a mere human

Unfortunately, by the time they realise what this mere human had done, it would be too late.

Two weeks had passed, and under rather non-stop riding of Baphomet and his army, they had finally reached Death valley

A forbidden place for abyss demons due to the fact that for over a hundred years now, no demon who had gone in had successfully come out

After all, although it had been published that the blood ruby had gone missing during the final battle

But who are abyss demons?

Greedy, untrustworthy, power-hungry, and so many more

And given these traits, it is not surprising that every few years a few abyss demons venture into death valley trying to find the legendary blood ruby

Just thinking of the fact that an artefact capable of making them leap to the abyss god level existed was something that made all abyss demons yearn for

Unfortunately, all this changed a few hundred years ago

It started with the first group of about a hundred demons, then a second of about five hundred

Even after that, a few demons unwilling to be lonely ventured into the depths of death valley trying to find out the cause of the disappearance

Unfortunately, none of them had returned making all demons aware that something wrong was going on there

It was due to this realisation that the one famous death valley filled with millions of abyss demons searching for the blood ruby had become a deserted no man's land

Now five hundred years have passed since the first disappearance and since then, Baphomet was about to lead the largest group event into death valley

Just trodding on their horses to death valley seemed to make the whole valley vibrate as millions of abysmal horses carried Baphomet warriors behind him

And thanks to Elric's earlier slaughter the Baphomet's trip could be described as smooth as no rogue abyss demons were there to obstruct their journey.

So with everything going smoothly, Baphomet with Ginoress beside him and an army behind him stood at the foot of the valley entrance

"Human!!! Come outside!"

"If you make this lord wait, then I promise your death would definitely be a painful one!"

Roaring at the top of his breath, the whole atmosphere seems to vibrate just by Baphomet's words alone

Strong!

These were the thoughts of the army behind him, as they marvelled at Baphomet's power

However, one person didn't feel amazed, rather she felt a different set of emotions such as astonishment and disbelief

*Impossible!*

Exclaiming in her mind, Ginoress couldn't believe that Baphomet had such strength

Just kidding, the strength he displayed was something only those on the lower floors of the abyss should posses

And Ye Tian a mere mid-floor lord could do such a thing, thinking about it deeper Ginoress felt more and more Baphomet had changed

After all, she couldn't believe that Baphomet had always hidden his strength given the fact that she had been observing him for a while now

Now only that, Ginoress also remembered the vague shadow presence she always felt whenever she was around Baphomet these days

'Deep like the river Styx, and unfathomable like the stars in the sky'

These were the only words she could use to represent how she felt about that presence, unfortunately, in order not to be discovered she could never investigate him deeply.

Now seeing Baphomet like this, Ginoress suddenly felt like the human might not be the only one who might endanger her today

Shaking her head, she decided not to think much about it.

"Human! Where are you!"

"Are you really scared? If you surrender now, who knows I just might accept you as a slave!"

Shouting another round into the valley, Baphomet once again tried to draw Elric out of the valley

After all, if it wasn't necessary Baphomet himself did not want to enter this cursed place that reaped millions of abyss demons lives

Especially now when according to rumours once you enter you can never come out

And Baphomet, a person who could be said to be bursting to the brim with ambition, how could he be willing to stay in one place forever?

Thinking of this, Baphomet wanted to roar again, once again trying to pressure Elric out of hiding.

"Human! Come outside now!"

"If not, I promise to slaughter all of your race once I get to the surface world!"

Breathing out puffs of steam from his nose, the bull-headed abyss demon Baphomet seemed to be on the brink of running out of patience

fortunately, this time he finally got an answer

*Booom!*

Under Baphomets, Ginoress and everyone else's shocked gave, a huge explosion happened not too far away from them causing everyone to look up

With three more explosions, it was then everyone noticed where it was coming from

And even at that, after finding out its source their shock did in anyway dissipate

Sitting cross legged on a huge mountain with lightning continuously striking him

A human like figure could vaguely be seen, obviously this was the person they were looking for
