It is only necessary to test the EQE curve of the highest efficiency device under each condition, so only 6 pieces are tested.
Xu Qiu picked up a device under test with tweezers, placed the device with its back facing the quartz glass, put it into the platform, and then pressed the cover on.
Then tighten the three hexagonal screws on the cover, there is almost no gap between the platform and the cover, and it is difficult for external air to penetrate into the sample holder in a short time, which can provide a short-term oxygen-free environment.
