The universe must have its rules, it is the way of heaven.

The Dao of Heaven is a huge, mysterious and unpredictable power. It controls the fate of all things, influences the words and deeds of all things, and fulfills karma. The way of heaven is the supreme existence that always transcends metaphysics, spirit, and matter. The Dao of Heaven is the inconceivable, elusive, unpredictable, and immeasurable existence that manages all time and space, all existence, all power, all cause and effect, all laws, all fate, and all worlds. Tiandao is in charge of everything, monitors everything, and the existence or non-existence of everything is no secret to Tiandao. Even the mountains, rivers, vegetation, ants, and even the tiniest particles cannot escape the supervision of heaven.

The way of heaven is running, analyzing the fate and cause and effect of all living beings. The fate and cause and effect of all living beings are involved like a mess, but the way of heaven can analyze each other one by one, peel off the cocoon, and restore the chaos into an orderly existence. This is omniscience and omnipotence. The way of heaven, omniscient, omnipotent, omnipresent.

The fate of all time, space, heaven, earth and the world is that the Dao of Heaven controls everything, and everything is determined in accordance with the order established by the Dao of Heaven. Tiandao sees through the destiny of all lives, changes the destiny of all lives, creates the destiny of all lives, distorts the destiny of all lives at will, and smashes the destiny of all lives. Fate and destiny have no secrets in Tiandao's hands and eyes, just like rubbing at will like plasticine.

The way of heaven is illusory and invincible, no matter how powerful it is, it cannot control the way of heaven. No matter how powerful you are, you cannot easily destroy what the heavens give to someone. If you insist on going against the sky, you will be backlashed by the heavens, or even destroyed by the heavens.

Infinite multiverses have an infinite number of different levels of Heavenly Dao, and the mysterious Dao of Heaven maintains the order and balance of infinite multiverses, and rewards and punishes everything in infinite multiverses. Infinite multiverses have infinitely many different universes and worlds, and there are countless different levels of cosmic or world heavens, and the co-lord of all heavens is the Great Master of Heaven who is in charge of the heavens and rules everything.

The Dao of Heaven is divided into nine levels, from low to high:

The heavens of the planets, the heavens of the stars, the heavens of the galaxies, the heavens of the star fields, the heavens of the single universe, the heavens of the multiverse, the heavens of the super universe, the heavens of the omnipotent universe, and the masters of the heavens.

Stellar Heavenly Dao—Have the power of the Stellar Heavenly Dao, and control everything about a star.
