I don’t know if it’s a sequelae of COVID-19, or if it’s due to less exercise and weight gain.

During that time, I just kept my work and rest routine, stayed up late and slept for a few days, and then I would have inexplicable palpitations, and I would feel my heart beating very fast, and I would panic.

And the strangest thing is that when the sky is red, nothing happens. In the morning, when people are quietly thinking about things and typing words, or lying in bed and sleeping, they will feel panic, and their heartbeat will be very fast, very fast.

I feel panicked, but my pulse is normal, beating 7/80 times a minute.

An author friend I know in the author group had similar symptoms to him. He went to the hospital for a check-up, and his heartbeat was normal. The doctor said it was not a heart problem, but some kind of autonomic nerve disorder. He told him to rest more and exercise to lose weight.
