I feel bloated after eating recently, and then I always have acid reflux, especially when I go to bed at night, the acid reflux is even worse when I lie down. I feel a burning sensation in my entire throat, and I can’t sleep well. Now that I have such an unfortunate problem, it really doesn't work if I take sleeping pills.

Then I went to the hospital for an examination. It was no accident that gastric ulcers and reflux gastritis were prescribed. Needless to say, I prescribed a bunch of medicines. The trouble is that I have to go on a diet. For animals, this is nothing more than torture.

So my body is very bad now, and my spirit is also very bad. Well, after I went to the hospital and took the medicine, I am much better now, and I should gradually get better.

I didn't intend to say it, but it is estimated that the update time will be abnormal in the future, so let's open a single chapter to explain it, lest you call me lazy again, the most important thing is to prevent the captain from urging me every day...
