"Hehehehe, I like that kid." Elder Ragnar said looking at Rio walking away whistling a tone and not caring at all that he had just killed someone in full public's eyes.

This cruelty, this indifference to life, now isn't that something perfect for a Viking.

Elder Xander, who noticed Ragnar's expression had already understood his intentions, but chose to ignore it. Instead he asked a question about Professor Hakan. "Why did you stop him?"

"Why didn't you stop me?" Ragnar replied with the same question.

"You just helped someone kill one of the student, that's not good."

"I just stopped someone from cheating." Ragnar replied with a smile and turned around to leave. "As for the deaths in a game, well, as that kid said, something was wrong with the ball. Fault's YOURS for not listening to him."

Elder Xander looked at the leaving back of Ragnar and frowned.

"This isn't good." he muttered as he clearly sensed the interest , this guy was showing in Rio.

Deaths during tournaments, missions and exams is a normal thing for Zenith, but a death like this, in a friendly game, under strict supervision of a high ranking professor and elders present - now this was something unexpected and unburiable.

This news would soon break out everywhere and reach the ears of every authority present there, so Elder Xander knew there was no need to save the idiot who dared make a move so openly.

Even if he hid the fact about cheating, and luckily no one else realized it, even then for such a big failure , the related professor would atleast be suspended till the investigation clears, or directly get the culprit's punishment as scapegoat.

And any idiot with half a brain cell can guess what would happen to professor Hakan once he left floating islands.

Xander didn't know how, but Rio seemed to know about the cheating and tricks being played, and knowing the reputation of Blake's, Xander was sure Professor Hakan would be killed by some secret guard or shadows from their family, minutes after leaving the world association control area.

Hakan himself seemed to have realized this truth, hence the fear of death on his face.

The poor guy probably wanted to vent his anger on Rio after a whim, but never realized he'd be trapped like this.

"Sanctions, take professor Hakan into custody."

While the students and staff surrounding the scene were talking or checking the 'crime scene' Elder Xander's sudden words shocked everyone.

Some people had various questions written on their faces, yet no one dared to voice them out in the open, as that'll be like disrespecting an elder which is not a wise decision.

Not to mention Xander had already disappeared after giving his order and now there wasn't anyone left there.

But soon guards dressed in white clothes, with the logo of the punishment team came into the gaming zone and surrounded professor Hakan.

[A/N — The judicial system had 3 teams regarding any serious crime/violations in the academy. Law group called Judgement team, which is just based on some elders and a few other chosen people to act as judges.

The Punisher team called Sanctions, which mostly maintains the punishment part system. Maintaining the prisons and teaching the troublemakers, comes into their control.

Last part is a clearance team called Errsan, as the name suggests they're the best for erasing problems. If you meet them, that means the academy has issued a death sentence for you, and you're basically dead.]

"Please cooperate with us till the judgment investigation, professor." One of the white clothed men came forward and said, holding the hilt of his sword, ready to take it out on the slightest sign of opposition.

Seeing this, professor Hakan had no choice but to follow the group. Thinking hopefully that if he's in prison he'll be safe and not kicked out of academy.

Idiot, didn't even know, Rio submitted a copy of the match's complete footage to Judgement hall first thing after leaving the game. Even Xander wouldn't dare meddle in affairs or act partial so openly, when proofs were clear. So his death was just a matter of academy's judgement hall efficiency.

Not to mention, a team of Alphas was already standing guard outside the islands, sharpening their swords while blocking every path and portal leaving this place.

After the match Rio just paid his system another bunch of points and healed himself completely.

But that didn't stop him from going to the infirmary to laugh at the idiots lying there still stuck in the trauma of torture he showed them.

Bad taste you can call it.

Watching the arroagant heroine, Millie, with now a real 'empty head' covered in white guize as thick as a melon, Rio just smiled and walked away.

But he had just walked through a few hallways when he saw someone standing there, leaning on a pillar. Blocking his path, like waiting for him to come back.

'Saisha' Rio thought and shook his head.

He preferred ignoring her when he was in Rio's form so as not to cause any drama or misunderstandings for anyone, but here she was, ruining his plans as always.

"Can I help you?" He asked coldly after meeting her gaze.

But ignoring his tone, Saisha just looked at him up and down, noticing his messed up clothes and then asked worriedly. "Are you okay?"

Hearing the question Rio frowned and looked at her in confusion, before nodding his head and walking away.

"Those students, you hate them for leaving you in the dungeon, right?" she asked and walked alongside him.

"None of your business." Rio replied, not looking at her.

"It is actually. After all, there are a few elves alive who were in the dungeon at that time too." Saisha said, her words causing Rio to blink as his brain flashed the faces of his past elven classmates. "I asked them what happened in the dungeon, I just wanted to say thanks and sorry for everything that...."

She was saying something when Rio turned around and interrupted her words. "I will kill them."

"I __"

"And your apology won't change a thing. Not for now, nor for the past. It's a little too late now."

He started speaking about the dungeon but his words and thoughts forgot all that and remained about her again.

Damn, was she like a parasite in his brain sometimes. He hated how he always lost control of his thoughts around her. On earth, he fell in love with her after this feeling, thinking she was the one, the sole special, yet now, this same feeling that borne love was bringing nothing but anger and hate in his heart.

Though surprised about his words, Saisha didn't linger on it and changed the topic. "They said you saved them, that you were an Angel who risked his own life to save everyone else. Luring the enemies away so they can get a chance to leave.."

"Is that so?" Hearing the lousy way of saying we pushed him into a trap and ran while he was getting hunted down, Rio just sneered in his heart.

Saisha frowned hearing his words and then nodded her head in an expression that went like 'thought so'. Her face took a frosty turn as this realization dawned on her and then a coldness swept through deep in her eyes.

"You can do what you want with them. My race won't pursue the matter." She said suddenly, before turning around and leaving without waiting to see his response.

Leaving Rio frozen in place staring at her back in confusion about her words and actions.

"What is wrong with her?" He asked himself, as the Saisha he saw now and the Saisha he knew were from the novel, were slowly becoming polar opposites.

He waited for some time, looking for a quirky explanation from the system, hoping for some insight, yet got nothing, as if system itself was probably pondering over the same thing in silence.
