Longevity, starting from being a chicken raising servant

For me, New Year's Day has never been taken seriously.

But this year seems to be particularly lively, so I’ll join in the fun.

A brief summary.

First time writing a book.

As of today, it has been updated for 273 days and 2.01 million words.

Calculated, the daily average is more than 7,300.

This number may be easy for people with big hands, but for me, a novice who mainly types with one hand, it is really exhausting.

Fish Head itself also has its main business, and time is even tighter.

In the past six months, except for some things that I really couldn't push away, I spent almost every night typing.

Deduce the plot and consider which words are more suitable for the current mood.

One or two points are common.

Recently I decided to let myself go and protect my health. No matter how many words there are, try to end it before 12 o'clock.

Very fulfilling and very tired.

It was fun, but also very anxious a lot of the time.

Especially when I realize that I have made a lot of mistakes.

For example, the editor told me that what I wrote was too divergent and I wanted to avoid routines, but in fact it was out of line with readers' expectations, which was not good.

I can relate to this problem myself.

Every time I think about this question and several other questions, I feel uneasy.

But as I said before, I want to write this book according to my own ideas.

I recognize whether your grades are good or bad.

Now, this book has reached an average of 4500, which is probably around this position. I am a little dissatisfied, but it is not because of the results. I cannot force this thing, and my own level is indeed limited.

Mainly it could have been written better.

I also hope to write better.

Once I write it, the readers will buy it, and I will earn more money to live on. We are just such philistines.

The above are just some personal thoughts.

It is also some of the gains and losses in the past 2023.

In 2024, this book will probably enter its mid-to-late stage.

I didn't want to write it too long, so according to my own expectations, the plot I want to write should be completed around May.

Of course, additions and deletions may be made as appropriate.

It depends on the situation then.

Then let’s talk about the update again. As the content increases, in order to take care of the context, we really need to read forward again and again to ensure that there are no mistakes.

Even if I record it myself, it’s really not that fast.

My wife urges me every day, but I still can't do anything.

But everyone should trust me in terms of my character, and I rarely break promises... By the way, there are still two chapters that I haven't been able to make up.

Just let it go. If you give me more rest someday, I'll make up for it.
