  First, no thought is the main thing.

  Dharma is only the heart, and there is nothing outside the heart.

   That is to say, practicing Xinzong can make the mind firm and not easily affected by illusions and the environment.

  Second, learn from Dinghui and others

  In fact, it is equivalent to teaching without discrimination, redefining the method of practice, and greatly reducing the threshold of practice.

   One drink, one peck, one stillness and one movement are all ways of practice.

  Third, enlightenment and Buddhahood!

   Explain that "Xinzong" pays attention to epiphany.

   Epiphany, that is, great enlightenment.

   It can be in a flash, or it may take a hundred years.

   Its root lies in the word 'enlightenment'.

   is corresponding to the name of 'Xin Zong'.

   Focus on the mind and enlightenment, cultivate the Buddha and cultivate the mind.

  Everything boils down to the word 'heart'.

   Therefore, based on these three characteristics, Xinzong will definitely attract countless monks to follow and study.
