Azief take the cup of coffee again and take a sip. He looks at the sky above and then he said

'We have to stop it'

Will smiles and nodded

'That is all I need to hear'

'Why. Why did you need to hear it from me?' Azief asked Will sighed and said

'I don't want you giving up. I don't want you to think that there is only one way out of this'

'I don't want you…...to kill yourself' Azief smiles bitterly

'I did think of it. And I thought better of it'

Yes, this is one of the solution to that problem.

Azief saw himself becoming a monster. He saw himself fighting people he knows, killing people but the millions and that give him quite the impact.

Of course, he does not know what leads him to be like that but the one thing he knows is that.... that is his future

And it is not a future he wanted to live. And what is the easiest and simplest way to make sure that does not happen?

The simplest solution is to remove him from the equation.

Will sighed and shakes his head

'We'll find a way. We always do. And stop thinking like that. Don't die on me, brother' Azief only smiles and he nodded

Will hearing Azief words finally could relieve some of his worries. He heaved a sigh of relief and look at the shore in the distance

'I thought of spending some time in a beach. Lily has been urging me to bring him to the beach. I think putting her in a palace and hoping she would stay there all the time is a hopeless endeavor of mine to keep her safe'

Azief did not say anything as he simply smiles.

Actually, Azief had never met with Will sister, Lily. But because Will told him about her so much, he already had a mental idea of who Lily is.

Though, if he believed everything Will say about his sister, he is quite sure he is in for a shock. In Will eyes his sister is perfect.

'I guess this place would not be that bad. And there is that sword here. So, I don't have to worry about her being kidnapped again' Azief smiles and then he said

'You still did not tell me how you meet your sister again. I guess sending her to Earth 19 did not work out'

Will laughed.

'The best laid plans…...they say'

Azief smiles and said

'the best laid plans of mice and men' Will laughed. Then smiling Azief ask

'tell me all about your adventure. I think there must be many things that have happened when I was gone'

Will smiles and said

'You know I always said that when you are alone, you have the craziest adventure' Azief nodded. Will smiles brightly and said

'It is the same for me' Azief laughed and chuckles.

Will look at the clouds, chew a few beans and then with a smile on his face he said

'Let me start when my teacher brought me to meet a Chthonian Elder Gods'

The second day of the return of Death Monarch saw a great change all over the world

In many places, there is this sense of stillness. The world powers seem to have stagnated somehow. The same could be said for the Crime Alliance.

Everyone is waiting for the result.

Death Monarch did not make any moves after that sudden declaration of creating the Sword of Humanity.

Many people do not understand what is Sword of Humanity and what does it mean to bestow someone with that sword?

To the common people all they hoped was that Death Monarch to return to Pandemonium and sit on his throne again.

There was always a sense of impending doom when Death Monarch had leave Earth after the Multiversal Convergence

Yes, there is Hikigaya and there is Jean

But the people of the world is not blind. They could see that even with those two combined, they could not defeat Death Monarch

And if they could not defeat Death Monarch then if some beings like that Demon King appeared on Earth again…. how could the world cope with that unless all the world power mobilizes their military arms to fight?

Even then….it does not guarantee that they could survive such war.

To the common people making their lives in this brave new world, all they want right now is simply stability and safety of life.

They are tired of having to fight wars with these intergalactic creatures. They are tired of it but they could not escape it.

And while the common people is waiting for Death Monarch to return to Pandemonium, there is also some people that don't want to see Death Monarch went out from the sea and return to his seat of power

In an undisclosed location, these people that did not want Death Monarch to return to the world gathers

Inside a dark room, there is a table. The table is round and large. And the color of the table is blood red.

If one looks at the table, one might think that it is simply a table made of oak. But if one touches the table, the table seems to waves like the surface of the table is made of liquid.

This table itself is magical like most of the things inside this room. This room is probably one of the most secretive places in the world.

There are five seats around the table.

The room have five doors.

A sound echoes in the room. One of the doors opened. And a second later, another sound echoes and all the four doors opened.

Five people appeared. All of them are tall and they look at each other. Each and every one of them wears mask.

But they seem to know each other as they nodded to each other. They slowly walk to their seat and sat down.

This room have dim light.

One of them clapped their hands and the lights on the side also activated giving the room a bit brighter yet still having that somber gloom atmosphere.

To some people, they might not understand the significance of this but for the Criminal Alliance members and those who knows the story, this is none other than the gathering around the Red Table

And then there is the five factions that sit around this table. The policy maker of the new Crime Alliance.

There is the Bratva who used to have great power and influence in Russia.

There is Yomi who takes over from Yamaguchi Gumi and used to have influence in Japan and they even went global at some points, clashing with the triads and the cartels.

Then there is the Consortium, the new face of t Italian mafia

There is also the Cartel which is the faction that control almost all of the criminal activities in South America

And there is also the Red Lotus Triad. These are the five factions who rules over the Crime Alliance now.

A lot of things had changes not only in the world but also in the Crime Alliance organization. Things have been reorganized after the coup against Void.

The Bratva is the crime organization from Russia.

It has a long history

They unlike any other famous organized crime syndicate is very decentralized in nature. That part of them did not change even after the Fall

When the Revolutionary army first started, there are many members of Bratva inside it. Like most history of the world powers, Boris did not start so clean.

He and the Bratva had deals in the past. After all, the Revolutionary ambry did not pop out overnight.

Of course history is written by the winner.

All people knew was that Boris singlehandedly created the Revolutionary Army that would then become the Republic, one of the Seven Great Powers.

And when Boris gained ultimate power, the Bratva was cut off. Of course, this is Bratva side of the story.

But, they have changed since then.

During the Purge in Europe where Boris and Katarina basically cripple and pulverize the entire existence of the Brava, they have laid low and recognize that if they were to survive this new era, they need to unite

They have reorganized their organization.

Now, the Bratva is very much organized. In the past they have quasi autonomous brigade. They do pool their resources but there is not quite a head of this organization.

And there used to be twelve-person council that meets regularly in different parts of the world to discuss the matter of the years and the matter of the organization but that is quite hard to do after the Fall.

In the past, the conglomerates and the criminals runs the world. Now, however, there are Gods sitting on the throne of the world powers

And these Gods moves according to the belief.

They could not be bought, could not be threatened and could not be make light of.

In the past, these criminal's families run the world by lining up the pockets of politicians, heads of state.

Corrupt people. But in this new age of magic, those sitting on the top are all people with obsessions.

They have their own path.
