Mastering Thunder from Hogwarts

Chapter 23 The Curse Lesson

Anduin roughly walked around the entire castle, returning from the entrance hall to the auditorium. At this time, there were already a few people eating breakfast inside. Anduin realized that he was also hungry, so he started eating together.

"Anduin, I thought you hadn't gotten up yet, but I didn't expect you were already here, so I was kind enough to wait for you in the common room in the morning." Vivian just sat down when Anduin sat down.

Then he came in through the door, saw Anduin already sitting inside, and walked over with a look of resentment on his face.

"Sorry, I got up very early in the morning, so you didn't wait for me, so you don't have to worry about me in the morning. I'm used to getting up early." Anduin explained to Vivian with a slightly apologetic expression.

"I won't wait for you anymore. What should I do if you run far away early in the morning and can't find the way? Fortunately, our lounge is directly up from the auditorium. Otherwise, I might not be able to find it even if the castle is so big.

This." Vivian said one sentence after another.

"Don't worry, I've already walked around the castle. I've also found the classroom where we have classes. You can just follow me later," Anduin said, then lowered his head and ate breakfast quickly.

The two were chatting when a group of owls suddenly flew into the sky above the auditorium and dropped letters. Anduin also received a few letters. They were letters from Lily, Sirius and Tom. The contents of the letters were basically to celebrate Anduin.

Because of enrollment, Sirius eagerly asked which house Anduin was assigned to, and whether it was Gryffindor.

That will disappoint you. If Sirius knew that he was sorted into Slytherin, that guy wouldn't break up with me, Anduin thought teasingly.

Anduin then collected the letter and went to the Charms classroom with Vivian.

After entering the classroom, Anduin discovered that he was actually in class with Gryffindor, which made Anduin very puzzled. You must know that Slytherin and Gryffindor have a deep conflict, which even affected them after they were sorted.

There are new students in the lower class.

In the classroom, Anduin saw Charles wearing Gryffindor uniform, already sitting in his seat waiting. Anduin and Charles looked at each other, nodded to each other, and found a seat on the other side to sit down.

After a while, I remembered the sound of the school bell.

The professor of Charms class, Filius Flitwick, was short and said to be a hybrid of human and elf. During class, he even had to put a pile of books under his feet to let the students see his appearance clearly. In this way, Anduin was

The first class at Hogwarts begins.

In Anduin's opinion, the Charms class taught very little. Only a dozen common spells were taught in a year. The Charms teacher, Filius Flitwick, basically just explained them in the first class.

Some of the basic principles of spells did not involve the process of casting spells, which greatly reduced Anduin's interest in this course, since he had basically mastered all the spells in the first year.

Anduin hardly listened to the lectures throughout the class. Instead, he took out the parchment and began to reply to several friends who had written letters.

The letter to Tom contained just a few basic greetings and a wish to say hello.

In addition to greetings, the letter to Lily and Sirius also told about being assigned to Slytherin, and gave a general introduction to what he saw and heard after entering Slytherin, expressing his feelings.

Worried about his future, he hopes that two seniors who have graduated can give him some advice.

After carefully writing a few letters, Anduin found that Professor Flitwick had finally finished teaching those magic theories, and finally started teaching spellcasting in the second class.

The first spell he learned was the levitation spell that Anduin was most familiar with. Professor Flitwick spent a lot of time explaining gestures and spells, and then he started to let everyone practice, trying to cast a spell on a feather.

Let it float.

The little wizards around me began to practice casting spells. Basically, most of them couldn't even make the feathers move an inch after chanting the spell for the first time.

"Vegadim Leviosa, Wingardium Leviosa..." Vivian recited a spell with an inaccurate accent, waving her wand at the feathers frantically, and her face even changed as she read the words.

Suffocated.

Anduin rolled his eyes. Did this girl put all her talent into gossip? Professor Flitwick demonstrated it so clearly that she could pronounce the spell wrong.

On the other side, Temple Travers tried a few more times and successfully made the feather float, although it seemed to be about to fall off at any time. After seeing that he had succeeded, he looked at everyone around him with a proud smile.

Anduin saw that Professor Flitwick had stepped down from the podium and started to look around. He didn't want to touch the fish blatantly. When the professor was approaching, he had to take out his wand and pointed at the feather. He saw that the feather was stable.

Floating in front of the wand, motionless.

Damn it, I forgot to recite the incantation.

Since Anduin was so familiar with this spell, Anduin cast it out of habit, without any gestures or chanting the spell.

"Excellent levitation spell, Mr. Wilson, this levitation spell is very good." Professor Flitwick seemed not to notice that Anduin was not chanting the spell, and walked straight over and praised his levitation spell, "S

Letling adds 2 points, this is almost a perfect casting of the levitating spell, and everyone follows Wilson's lead."

Everyone in the classroom raised their heads and looked at Flitwick and Anduin after hearing this. Many young wizards looked enviously at Anduin's hand in casting spells. Of course, some people's eyes were not so friendly.

Anduin accepted Flitwick's praise with great embarrassment, because he cast the spell this time without using any gestures or chanting, and he didn't know if anyone noticed.

"Did you not recite the spell just now?" Vivian put her head close to Anduin and whispered.

"Shh." Anduin shushed Vivian, telling her not to speak out.

Anduin didn't want to behave too differently in class, knowing that the more obvious the target, the more dangerous it would be.

It seemed that Professor Flitwick really didn't notice anything fishy about Anduin, and continued to patrol, correcting and instructing other students' gestures and spells.

Anduin also gave up pretending to practice and turned to teach Vivian. After Anduin corrected the mistakes in Vivian's gestures and spells, before the end of get out of class, Vivian finally used a relatively complete one. Floating spell.

"Okay, today's class ends here. Let's go back and write a 6-inch paper about the Levitation Curse." Then Professor Flitwick paused and said again.

"Mr. Anduin Wilson, please stay for a while."

As expected, he did not escape the professor's eyes. Anduin signaled Vivian not to wait for him and stayed alone in the classroom.
