Dismissing the Spear of Noctem back into my soul the moment Balor and Raziel disappeared, I frown, making a mental note that I need to work on my Intent. The only way to stop regeneration and other annoying traits like that was by using Intent.

"You and the children fine?" I directed to Lilith, knowing she was watching through my eyes.

"I am, but the chibi's are hungry, and so am i. I'm eating pickles and mayo right now."

My stomach wanted to puke when those words left her mouth, "That's disgusting. I swear people eat shit like that but somehow eating people is wrong."

"I don't think anyone has the time to unpack that statement. Whatever, hurry it up. We're hungry!"

A little annoyed, I looked back at the fading formation, which Zantar called infinite Grigori. Noticing the cold stares of everyone, alongside the blood stains they all held over their tattered clothing; I knew that formation was nothing to scuff at. Everyone there was a Paragon, and yet they all looked defeated. I wonder the price Zantar had to pay.

Holding my side bleeding out, I narrowed my eyes, sensing my body's lack of divinity. But moving with the darkness did not require divinity.

I really wanted to fight Zena, but looking at their annoyed expressions, I'll save that for later.

"Thanks, everyone, but I'm gonna go!" I shouted, blinking back into the city, barely touched by our battle. I gave a long sighed relief at both the illusion of Mephisto returning and the aura of Vinay in the far south of the city.

Knowing it would be strange for a person to see a man bleeding out on the street, I summoned the Flames of the abyss to remove Raziel's Intent, which was surprisingly weak compared to mine. In but an hour, the Intent burned away, and my wound mended.

"There." Stretching my arms to ensure nothing was wrong, I nodded. " Gods with everything that happened. I might need to adjust a few plans. Balor and Zantar will be preparing for me in the future. These Paragon Level battles are going to be extremely dangerous.

Peering into the darkness, the image of Vinay hastily gathering her clothing appeared in my mind as sweat swelled from her brow and her daughter's cry rang. The house she resided in was messy, and the husband was frantic.

"V, this is insane! We can't just leave! We have work and bills; For goodness sake, we have a child. How the Hell do you expect us to just liv--"

"Figure it out, Xelf. But we have to go! He-He-he's here!"

"He?" Xelf, another familiar man said, catching me off guard, as I never forget a victim. Let's see number twenty-seven. A software engineer with an appetite for ice cream, so much so his blood was so sweet, I was forced to think of a sweet and savory dish. And as a new cook, that was a challenge. Guess I'll settle on Chili this time. With a bit of a twist. Sweet nodes with a solid savory finish. I'll roast the little one like turkey. Shall I make it Hawaiian style? Lilith does have some weird appetite. I guess I'll make various cultural dishes. And here I thought Asian fusion was strange.

"You-You don't mean?"

"YES!!!! HE'S BACK; HE'S HERE!!!! The Spawn of Satan is here!"

"I'm not so bad." I murmured to myself, " You guys are mean. Name-calling? Really?" Walking towards the south district, despite being able to get there instantly, I figured I'd pick various herbs that caught my eye.

But I also wanted to watch Vinay and Xelf squirm. I wanted to see if they'll go to the one who resurrected them. After all, you never really get to kill the same person twice. I wonder if they taste the same; God, I hope not. That'll be like eating leftovers.

And Arsene doesn't do leftovers.

A/N: He does. The bastard eats everything! I can't keep him out of my fridge.

Enjoying my little shopping spree, or stealing spree, as I realized I didn't have money quite early on, I maintained a level eye upon Vinay as she began to flee, taking the south gate into the outside world.

And since they were both Low Gods, the flight was not a realistic reality as they ran on foot. Sweat dripped from their brow as their child continued to wail in the mother's arms.

"We must head north!"

"Then why the hell didn't we take the north gate!"

"BECAUSE HE's THERE! JUST SHUT UP AND FOLLOW ME!!!" Vinay cried, holding her baby girl so tightly the child's wails began to subside. Sending the mother into fright as she released her hold, and the cries resounded.

"I'm sorry! I'm so sorry! Forgive mommy. Please, forgive her!" Vinay pleaded as I laughed, blinking right in front of them.

YOU!!!"

"Am I a matchmaker or what? Two of my entree's found, love! Adorable!" I cheered, clapping my hands together. "So, who wants to go first?"

"Get out of here! I'll hold him back!" Xelf said, his tone dropping as he pushed ahead, legs trembling like I were a monster.

"So I scare you?" I teased, arching my arms behind my back.

"LEAVE!" Xelf cried as his tone cracked.

Not bothering to look at the mother, as her time will come, I simply stared at Xelf, who died at age twenty-seven on August 16,10:39 am.

"Hello there."

"Why?" he asked. " Why do this? Why!"

"Did you know your sister took a shit on your grave? After the cops gave up looking for you?" I said, recalling that night, I was about to knock out my sixty-eighth victim." I was distracted, and sadly my target got away. So I have to ask. What the Hell did you do to piss her off so much? She took a shit on your grave?"

Xelf's expression crumbled as he glanced towards the direction Vinay fled, already at the northern entrance, Trying to blend with a caravan leaving the city.

"Go to hell."

I sighed. "Fine, fine." I said and grew a little serious, " But you will tell me who brought you back to life with your memories intact."
