Chapter 824: mirror image

   Chapter 824 Mirror Shadow

Xiaolan stretched out his right hand and touched the surface of the mirror with the pulp of his index finger.

When you start it, it feels cold and biting.

Xiaolan couldn't help shivering, and immediately withdrew his hand, stood beside the Taoist priest, looked at the Taoist priest in the mirror and asked, "Are we going to break these mirrors?"

The Taoist priest turned to look at Miaozhen and asked, "Have you heard of these mirrors?"

"I haven't heard of it," Miaozhen thought for a while, then said, "Maybe the Xiahua Patriarch will know."

"Unfortunately, there is no signal here, so I can't contact them temporarily." Baomu said.

"Then there is no way, we can only try it ourselves."

The Taoist priest's tone was calm, but his actions were impulsive.

He suddenly raised his right foot and slammed into the mirror in front of him.

   "Daoist Master!..."

   "Brother Dao!..."

Amid the screams of surprise, the mirror remained motionless.

"Sure enough, this is not a simple mirror," the Taoist head nodded. "This is a mechanism. We need to crack the mechanism before we can continue to move forward."

   Agency?

Xiaolan looked sideways at the four mirrors again.

What mechanism can be hidden in the mirror?

The four beams of light swept through every corner of the mirror, but every place was so smooth and cold that it was impossible to see any difference.

"There are four mirrors here, and there are four of us..." Xiaolan muttered, "Is this a coincidence?"

"what do you mean……"

"I was thinking, will the number of mirrors be related to our number?" Xiaolan said.

Miaozhen also came over, "Miss Xiaolan has a clue to crack the mechanism."

"I'm just guessing," Xiaolan smiled honestly, "I'm just thinking... How about we stand in front of a mirror alone and see what happens?"

"It makes sense," Miaozhen was unequivocal, and immediately stood in front of one of the mirrors, "Then I will be responsible for this side."

The Taoist priest was a little concerned, "Will nothing happen?"

"What happened?" Xiaolan asked in confusion.

"I don't think there's anything wrong with Xiaolan's plan," Baomu said. "Anyway, we're still trying to figure it out, Taoist priest, why don't we try it first."

Dao Chang's eyebrows were deeply wrinkled. After thinking for a long time, he finally raised his brows and sighed, "Alright, since there is no other way now, let's try it first."

The four quickly chose their own mirrors. They stood upright in front of the mirror and looked at themselves in the mirror. The atmosphere was a bit weird and awkward.

"Should...why do you turn off the flashlight?" Xiaolan suggested.

The four of them turned off their flashlights, and could only distinguish everything in front of them by the moonlight.

Xiaolan simply put the flashlight on the ground, she stood in the middle of the mirror, her eyes widened, and she looked at the picture in the mirror hard.

Variety……

Sure enough, there was a change in the mirror.

"Master," Xiaolan shrugged, "don't look back at me, I'm really fine."

The Taoist priest forgot that Xiaolan could see him secretly turning his head in the mirror, so he turned his head back and cleared his throat in embarrassment.

  Return to peace.

   The four were almost motionless.

Xiaolan breathes quietly and observes quietly.

Finally, the reflection in the mirror moved again.

She saw that the other three turned their heads at the same time and looked at her.

"Oh, you really don't want to look at me anymore..." Xiaolan turned to look at the others unwillingly, "You have to be obedient..."

But what she saw was the backs of the other three.

"I didn't look back this time."

   "I didn't look back either..."

"Me too," Miaozhen said in a low voice, "Miss Xiaolan, what did you see?"

Xiaolan opened her mouth in shock, she blinked, and quickly turned her head to look at the mirror.

The three people in the mirror were upright and motionless, but their heads turned strangely at different angles, looking straight at themselves.

Xiaolan turned her head and looked at it several times, and finally confirmed that the shadow in the mirror has changed.

"I've changed here!" Xiaolan cheered, "In my mirror, all three of you turned to look at me."

"Yes?"

The three of them looked over together, but just as the three of them started to move, the reflection in the mirror returned to reality.

"Hey, it's gone," Xiaolan's shoulders dropped, "I know, you three don't move, the exit may be on my mirror, come on, let me see where the problem is..."

The three returned to their original positions, and the scene just now reappeared.

"Xiaolan, you must report in time," the Taoist priest said with his back to Xiaolan, "or I'll go to you, you come to me..."

"There's something else!" Xiaolan turned a deaf ear and only shouted excitedly, "There's something behind me!"

In the mirror, a hazy black shadow quietly emerged from behind Xiaolan.

   "What?" Miaozhen asked.

"I don't know, it feels like there is no entity..." Xiaolan looked at the dark shadow behind her, "It seems... it seems that the shadows of the three of you are not looking at me, but it."

"Is that thing dangerous?" asked the Taoist priest.

"I can't see it for the time being..." Xiaolan observed while describing, "It was just a mass of air, black, and slowly... it emerged from behind my back, wrapped around my neck, and then... ah! …”

Xiaolan screamed, followed by a loud bang.

   "Xiao Lan!"

The Taoist priest was the first to turn around and run over.

The three of them rushed over and helped Xiaolan on the ground together.

Xiaolan slumped on the ground, with both hands touching her neck, panting heavily.

"What happened?"

   "Xiaolan, are you alright?"

   "Miss Xiaolan..."

"I...I'm fine..." Xiaolan's eyes were still a little stunned, as if she hadn't pulled away from the shock just now, "I just saw...in the mirror...my head fell off..."

   "Head off?!"

The priest's expression became more serious.

"Suddenly... it flew away all of a sudden," Xiaolan gestured with her hand, "It was as if my head was about to fly into the mirror, and then I subconsciously rushed forward and hit the mirror, it hurt to death. I'm..."

"It's fine," Miaozhen said, looking up at the mirror, "This mirror is so evil."

"Xiaolan, stand on my side," the Taoist chief said decisively, "I stand on your side."

   "The Taoist..."

"Be obedient," the Taoist leader pushed Xiaolan, "Go quickly."

Xiaolan rubbed his forehead, with a heartbeat that had not yet calmed down, patted his butt, and walked to the opposite mirror.

The four returned to their positions.

The Taoist priest was waiting for the vision to appear.

But the day does not come true.

It was still Xiaolan who saw the black shadow.

Watching the black shadow float out from behind him again, Xiaolan held her breath quietly.

It seems that the problem is not with the mirror.

   The problem is with yourself.
