Mr. Fang was quite tall and with his grandmother embracing him, he had to bend his back a little. Another point was that he didn't want to get irritated with her scent.

Although he took the drug on his way, he couldn't really trust it out of years of experience, but luckily for him, everything was okay.

The old lady seemed to remember something and released him immediately, "How is your health? Just now, I was too emotional and forgot…"

"Grandma I'm fine," Mr. Fang interjected.

The old lady smiled brightly and clapped her hands together before pulling him by the arm towards the house.

"That's a relief. Don't be offended by what I'm about to say. Don't fight with your father, just ignore everything he says to you. But I have already warned him beforehand."

To what she said, Mr. Fang had no response. He didn't plan to argue with anyone, it's not like he had that kind of time.

"The other youngsters are not in the city, it's just me, your father, and your mother. Your grandfather went on a vacation to fish with his friends," The old lady added.

Mr. Fang heard that and said, "You should have gone on a vacation with him instead of asking me to come back home."

He didn't understand the reason his grandmother was that way. She just let her husband have all the fun, while she stayed cooped up at home. In fact, there was no difference between her and his mother.

While thinking about this, Mr. Fang thought of not allowing his future partner to be influenced by them, and that's if he will ever get to settle down.

"I was more interested in you," The old lady smiled as she pulled him in.

Coming to a stop in the sitting room, Mr. Fang took a good glance around and nodded to himself. He was glad about how quiet the house was. And it was at this time, that his mother walked out and came to welcome him.

"Bingwen, you are here," The middle-aged lady said with a warm smile while rubbing her hands together. A mere glance at her could tell you how quiet and peaceful she was.

She was putting on a simple flower-patterned dress with a pair of white flip-flops. She used a piece of simple gold jewelry to adorn herself.

"Mmmm" Mr. Fang hummed in response while staring at her with furrowed brows. He was wondering if she was all dressed up just welcome him again.

"When your grandma said you were coming, I immediately had the servants air out your room and used a mild scent on it. You can go up to your bedroom to freshen up while I serve dinner. Where is your bag?" Madam asked.

Just then, a servant appeared from behind, pulling his suitcase with her.

"Then, I will go and freshen up first," Mr. Fang said to the two women before following the servant after his old lady finally let him off.

Immediately the servant put his bag in the closet, and she left his room, leaving him to himself.

Sniffing the air to see if there was anything amidst, he went to the couch to sit and cross his legs just before his phone rang.

A sigh escaped his lips when he saw the caller ID. It was Chuanli.

"Why are you calling by this time?"

"To find out if there has been any progress," Chuanli said with a cheeky smile. After not hearing from him concerning his female student, he became restless and impatient and decided to give him a call to find out things from him, instead of waiting.

Being reminded of Zhang Liling, Mr. Fang recalled the scene from the previous day, when she asked him to take her in, and a deep frown appeared on his face.

"Her name is Zhang Liling, that's all I know," He replied as he cut off that scene from his thoughts.

"What? You were only able to find out her name? I mean, how long will it take you to give me more details?" Chuanli asked apprehensively.

This was the case was very interesting, and now that there might be a sign of a solution, he couldn't wait to start working on it.

"It looks like you are more anxious than I am. Why don't you go find out the remaining information by yourself since you have her name?" Mr. Fang said with an ugly expression on his face.

If he was that capable, he should fish out the information he needed. He would even give him the power to do that.

If he wasn't angered by Zhang Liling perhaps, he would still be interested in finding out more about her.

How could Chuanli accept that kind of responsibility when he was always very busy, plus the fact that he would be doing an illegal task looking into someone without their permission?

Another solution would have been to get close to Zhang Liling just to find out things himself, but that would be a waste of time. With that thought, he came up with another solution.

"The easiest way would have been to get close to her, use your charms to question her, and you would get your answers because no woman can resist you…"

"Are you done?!" Mr. Fang interrupted with a dangerous tone latched in his voice. If Chuanli wasn't so far away, he would have loved to strangle him for a few seconds so he could get back to his senses.

How could he be thinking of making him stoop so low just to get a piece of information from someone? That wasn't in his nature.

Chuanli sensed his anger and quickly added, "See, you are angry because you didn't let me finish. Anyway, if you can not find out other information about her, just bring her to me using a righteous, I will question her myself."

The righteous method he meant, was bringing Zhang Liling to his place willingly because he knew that if he didn't add that adjective (righteous) he would misunderstand him and probably punish him this time around.
