Recently, many things have happened in my life, leading to a period of hiatus, but returning to this book, I still hope to complete it normally.

Counting the number of days I've been absent, at two updates a day, I currently owe about 28 chapters. I didn't mention adding updates for the Alliance Leader before, but since some patrons have rewarded me, I'll count it as 10 chapters, making it a round 40 chapters. I'll try my best to make up for it as soon as possible. During this time, I'll strive to guarantee at least three updates a day, or slightly more.

Next are some random thoughts about this book.

In fact, according to the initial minimalist outline, this book can be roughly divided into four parts: introduction, development, twist, and conclusion. While maintaining the basic tone, the writing style of each part may be slightly different.

The initial "introduction" seems to be writing a story, but it's mainly drawing a map,

trying to make this world and the characters inside it "come alive" in the hearts of you patrons. Of course, it will inevitably seem "flat" and "dragging".

But if it can barely serve a purpose, that would be great.

Currently, the story is roughly at the end of the first part, but I'm not very skilled, so I don't know when it will actually end…

But it shouldn't be too far off.

Regarding the parts involving real history, I will try my best to avoid unintentional errors, and I will also allow the protagonist's thoughts to be independent of the author's perspective,

including both stereotypical parts and as objective a presentation of some real history as possible.

If one day a reader happens to remember seeing something similar in some failed novel when they need it,

having a general impression, and then go to check the specifics, then as a form of entertainment, I personally think that's enough.

The reality side of the subsequent main storyline,

will naturally be the growth of the protagonist's little detective agency, making money, spending, expanding its scale,

and there will also be some small stories about science and sociology.

As for the extraordinary side,

some readers have actually seen it, saying that according to the setting of this book, the fastest way to level up is to "eat people\

,"or more accurately, perhaps "collecting" and "hunting".

From a story perspective, the background of the Old Continent is the World War, and there is also war on the New Continent. The post-war West is actually even more chaotic,

so the extraordinary individuals who have grown up must have somewhere to go, right?

Those who have already grown up may not have grown up eating vegetarian food, right?

Stories like these will appear one after another.

Finally, many readers are curious about the subscription situation.

The initial subscription performance of this book should be a little over 100, maybe 102, I didn't pay much attention.

To be honest, this should be considered a complete failure. In the words of my friend, it's "not even a fraction of your previous one".

But because I'm currently only writing part-time, as a work of self-indulgence, I was actually quite satisfied with this result at the time, so I continued to write it, planning to finish it.

Currently, the performance of this book has reached 1200+ - under the premise of poor updates and self-indulgence, it really surprised me a bit. Originally, my own prediction was that it shouldn't be a problem to increase it tenfold, but I estimated that it would be at most a little over a thousand.

This feeling may be like showing off a stick I found that's just the right size. Perhaps it's a niche interest, but if someone else likes it too, I'll be very happy.
