Chapter 77: Fierce Fight in the Workshop

Production workshop, high on the steel support, the innermost room. Google search reading

The surface of the huge production line console is covered with gears, pipes, buttons, levers and indicator lights. In an inconspicuous corner, there is a shallow silver-white pool, which contains almost colorless and transparent oily liquid.

Erov, standing in front of the console, is wearing a gray-brown loose casual suit, a pair of light-colored sunglasses, and holding a strange-shaped large spoon in his hand.

Its surface texture is like withered human skin, but the spoon surface is always beating weakly like an artery.

Every once in a while, many green stripes of light and shadow will emerge from the oily liquid in the pool.

"The progress is as good as usual, and the 'pulsating ladle' is not far from reaching the status requirements... It's just that the other guys always drag their feet..." Erov repeatedly paddled in the pool with the "pulsating ladle", making a similar "skimming oil" action.

He turned back to his desk, where a large number of stacked books were pushed aside in a mess, leaving a place for an altar. The objects placed in the center were covered tightly by black curtains. From the shape and outline, it looked like a picture frame.

Around the altar were piles of parchments tied with nails, each with a different name written on it.

He sprinkled the green liquid in the "Pulsating Dipper" on the candle on the altar.

The shape of the candle was very special. It was not a cylinder, but two incomplete elliptical cylinders connected together, and the candle wick was also divided into two clusters.

The liquid dripping on the candle flame evaporated silently, and the green flames swayed on the piles of parchments, gradually dissolving and disappearing, and the whole room was reflected in the green light and shadow.

After completing this round of actions, Erov suddenly felt that something flashed in the field of vision of his sunglasses!

At first, he looked around twice, but found nothing.

Then he felt something lightly touch his leather shoes.

He looked down and found a grenade with its fuse pulled apart lying beside his feet!

"Your way of greeting is really unfriendly." Looking at the grenade twisting on the ground and sizzling with smoke, Erov curled his lips.

He actually bent over and picked up the grenade that was about to explode!

Dupont, Fanning, and Monroe stood on the suspended steel aisle at the door. When they saw the man with his back to them, he slowly turned his head and revealed his light-colored sunglasses.

"BOOM!!!" The "experience officer" grinned.

It was not the explosion of the grenade. The grenade beat like a heart in the "pulsating gourd" in the hand of the "experience officer" Erov for a few times, and then there was no movement.

This was the onomatopoeia he uttered, and the tone was like a singer on the stage reciting the opening remarks.

Fanning felt that the air around him dropped to freezing point in an instant, and it was freezing cold.

And this gentle "BOOM" was stuck in his mind, infinitely magnified and extended. The hearts of the three people seemed to have been hit hard several times, and they were almost fainted from holding their breath!

Erov walked quickly to the side of the wall. There was a door that opened to the air. There was an elevator installed outside. It was the only exit of the room besides the main door.

He didn't expect that there were so many production workshops as interference options. The Guidance School immediately suspected this place, and there were three knowledgeable people on the opposite side.

There was no point in fighting. All the moves were for retreat.

Erov raised his hand to open the cover of the elevator control dial. Just as he was about to enter the eight-digit password, a dark vortex suddenly appeared in front of him, and his vision became dim and expanded.

He continued to enter with muscle memory, but the speed slowed down.

When he entered the fifth digit, he suddenly felt that the touch of his fingertips disappeared, and the relative sense of space between his arm and body became unfamiliar. When he pressed the key again, his fingertips fell on the wrong key.

Dupont had come to his side without knowing when, stretched out his hand to grab one of his arms, and with the other hand threw a torn curse seal with a bouquet of flowers painted on it at the two teammates, and the parchment paper quickly turned into ashes in the air.

"Using the A major cadence of the Naples chord with a flattened second?"

Fanning and Monroe only felt a few sets of pleasant classical guitar chord progressions ringing in their ears, and the whole person broke free from the uncomfortable feeling of cardiac arrest.

Erov, whose arm was caught by Dupont, turned around on the spot and slipped out from under the loose casual clothes.

Then the clothes seemed to come alive, and actually wrapped Dupont with the backhand, and began to stuff his mouth, tie his hands, and strangle his neck.

Dupont was busy dealing with the coat, and just when he tore a hole in front of him, he saw that the "Pulsating Scoop" handed over by Erov was about to touch his chest.

But Monroe, who had returned to normal, had aimed the automatic pistol at Erov and pulled the trigger repeatedly!

Bang, bang, bang! --

Since there was no possibility of accidental injury, he did not care about the entangled figures of Dupont and Erov, and instantly fired all 12 bullets in the magazine.

The color and shadow of Erov's body faded quickly, and the "sketch" composed of the main contour lines rolled on the ground to avoid.

The stray bullets from the pistol shot and jumped around the room, passing through the bodies of Fanning and others as if nothing, leaving bullet marks on metal and wooden objects.

After rolling a distance away, Erov's hidden figure was partially exposed again. He was shot in the abdomen and legs. There were wounds, but there was no blood flower bursting, but it exploded into pieces with blood like ice crystals.

After Monroe fired the pistol bullets, he took out the short-barreled shotgun wrapped in a cowhide case behind him.

"Not good! Get down!" Fanning suddenly yelled.

The three people's attention was naturally on Erov at this moment, but Fanning suddenly felt a strong warning from his spiritual sense, not from this "experience officer", but from a small corner of the ground next to them.

There lay a grenade that had inexplicably "misfired" before!

Because the relative positions of the people had changed significantly, the grenade was closer to them and farther away from Erov!

Fanning, who was the first to give the warning, had quickly fallen in the opposite direction with his mouth wide open. Guitarist Dupont also reacted quickly and dragged lawyer Monroe to the ground.

With a loud "bang", the heat wave and impact shook Fanning's entire body forward more than ten centimeters. The large and small debris hurt him, his ears were full of noise, and his bones were almost shaken apart.

Two walls of the small room on the high ground were blown down, and a hole was blown out of the ceiling. The wall materials that were lifted fell from a height of more than ten meters, smashing the production equipment to pieces.

Fortunately, the two policemen had already evacuated the workers in advance, and the steel support itself was strong enough, so the overall structure did not collapse and fall.

Several people lay on the ground with dust on their faces. Erov took a few breaths and felt that his vision, touch and sense of space that had been taken away had eased. He quickly tore open a curse seal with a snowflake mark and threw it to the height where the few people were.

Then he turned and ran to the elevator operating table and began to re-enter the password.
