Gu Jinglian thought for a moment and shouted back, "Stand."

He didn't have to take any more chances. Qingjiu was clearly giving in to him. The card in his hand was an 8 of Clubs. If the hidden card was a T or an A card, he would have lost.

He accepted the loss of a finger. Even if he had to trade five of his fingers for Qingjiu's life, it would be worth it, and he was willing.

"Turn the cards!"

Qingjiu and Gu Jinglian flipped over their hidden cards at the same time. Gu Jinglian immediately glanced at the other man's card and was shocked to discover that it was a 6 of Clubs.

Qingjiu had lost. The light in Gu Jinglian's eyes flashed briefly.

From the television screen, Black Panther's cold voice rang out. "Qingjiu, are you deliberately letting him win? You don't seem to know what it's like to have an electric drill driven into your temple. Perfect. I'll let you have a taste of what it means to be in so much pain that you wish you were dead!"

The electric drill began to spin violently!

Qingjiu shut his eyes tightly and gritted his teeth, his hand gripping the edge of the table. The moment the electric drill bit into his flesh and pierced his temple, the indescribable pain made him roar!

When Gu Jinglian arrived as promised and entered the dark room that Black Panther had prepared in advance, the crook started to pay attention to the surveillance screens and now hardly had time to return his attention to her.

It was her chance.

She had to be careful. If the cuff pin fell to the ground, not only would she lose her chance to escape, but she might attract Black Panther's attention.
