The name and theme of the volume "Core and Shell" comes from Gibran's essay "Shell and Core".

In this volume, Mao tried to use the creative technique of multiple point questions. Among the many techniques Ta Xin tried, I feel that it is a very suitable technique! This time I wrote very smoothly, and I feel like I can use the new book directly!

Core and shell, as the name suggests, are the contrast between "surface and interior".

At the beginning, I used the contrasting character of Combing Teeth as a MacGuffin to quickly create this character. And with him as the center, the theme of "core and shell" was revealed, and the first theme anchoring was carried out.

The three reversals of the sheath are also a process of repeatedly answering questions. The diametrically opposed nature of the inner and outer parts of the sheath is another point. The "sheath" itself is the veneer of the "blade", and his name itself is also a hint.

The flipping of the Veil of Ignorance is another introduction - in a sense, Fuji Society and the Veil of Ignorance are completely opposite organizations. Bing Shui's speech also revealed this falsehood, and was more in line with the theme of Gibran's essay: that people actually don't know what they want, and they can't be sure that what they see is true.

And it gives the story a structural beauty, which is considered a cat's obsessive-compulsive disorder. A literary pursuit that, strictly speaking, does not make much sense...

In writing this volume using only this new technique, which I have not tried before, I think I have done what can be called a "good" level. You can probably give yourself a ninety percent score.
