The second volume has 1.72 million words and 542 chapters, but the outline of the second volume expected 1.2 million words. However, when entering the second volume, my mental and physical state was not very good, which led to a detour in the middle of the chapter of the Church of the Nation, which was obviously much longer than expected... According to the outline, the length of the chapter of the Church of the Nation should be only one-third, and the chapter of the Star Antimony should also be reduced by nearly half, so that it is exactly 1.2 million words.

I wrote half a million more! The second volume is dehydrated by one-third, and the rhythm should be just right.

The narrative core of this volume is "My Separation and Merger".

In the outline stage, the original title of Amu's book was not called the Secret Continuation of the Pastor, but "The Ring of Tail". But because Wuzui opened a book of the Suhuan when he was working on the outline, in order to avoid being accused of riding on the popularity, he urgently changed the name to the Secret Continuation of the Pastor before opening the book.

Because of the basic setting of the path of purification, this book will have a lot of "self-cutting" elements. Because of this, Aiwass repeatedly experienced the separation and reconstruction of himself in this volume. Just as Wei Zhe and Zhigaotian are not actually Yi Tianshi, and Vortigern and Arthur are not Mian Tianshi, the separated "Pope" and Aleister are also not the real Aiwass.

They all have Aiwass's memory, Aiwass's personality, and they all think they are Aiwass. But it was not until later that they realized that they were both Aiwass and not Aiwass. However, this is another paradox and cycle... The more they identify themselves as Aiwass, the less likely they are Aiwass, and vice versa.

The paradox was broken until Aleister sacrificed himself - he performed an impossible devotion by transcending the individual. And what triggered all this was the power of the original river "The Path of Love".

So Aiwass returned to completeness again, and clearly realized his own composition. I think the scene in GBF where Lucifer and Sandalph fight against Paradise Lost perfectly fits my understanding of the core of this creation - from this perspective, this volume can be said to be a dumpling for this dish of vinegar.

In the later stage of the creation of the second volume, because Mao Mao fell in love in the middle, his mental state was also healed, and the quality of the later stage was pulled back a lot.

When I was following the Church State chapter, I even cut it in half. Fortunately, I started to follow the Star Antimony chapter and continued to slowly recover, and the results were saved... But in fact, the Star Antimony chapter was still mixed with one-third of water. It was almost from the copy of Aleister's self-sacrifice that I recovered the creative state in the middle of the first volume, and it was only after that that the results recovered!

Another mistake made in the second volume, a friend in the book review area also pointed out: the Amber Flow conflicts with the suspense and decryption mode.

This is my assumption. It feels that the Amber Flow is quite similar to the Fourth Disaster, so I wrote it according to the player's main line mode. But when I was halfway through the second volume - that is, not long after defeating Loki, I suddenly felt that the taste was wrong.

Ordinary fantasy writes this kind of calculated layout, then decryption, pursuit of the truth, breaking through the situation and transcending... It is actually a very reasonable main line, and it can even be said that nine out of ten books are written in this way. But the Amber Flow is actually a theme that relies on information asymmetry to gain an advantage, so it is precisely because it cannot always write plots such as being calculated and laid out by others. These two highlights are actually in conflict!

If the plot is not complicated, the viewing experience may be better if it is pushed all the way. This is indeed an unexpected problem - I am good at writing amber themes, and I have also learned the fourth disaster. Setting the flow decryption is also a specialty, but I didn't expect that there would be a strange smell after the fusion.

In response to this problem, I decided to reduce the decryption and breakthrough in the third volume, with the amber flow as the core, and adjust the story to an adventure, collection, and strengthening mode. Only the main decryption is retained in the main line-related plots, and the difficulty of the game is reduced by lengthening the development time of Aiwas - after all, if the information advantage of the amber flow cannot be brought into play, it actually feels a bit like taking off pants and farting.

At present, this book, the first The outline of the first volume is 1.2 million words, and I wrote 1.43 million words in the end; the outline of the second volume is 1.2 million words, and I wrote 1.72 million words. I can only say that the outline of the third volume is 1 million words.
