: Encounter "to be reviewed", seek to solve!

After I finished writing and uploaded it, I found that I encountered the legendary "chapter pending review", which could neither be deleted nor re-uploaded, nor published, and in the middle of the night, the editor could not be contacted!

If I overhaul and re-upload, in case that chapter is reviewed again, it may cause duplicate chapters, which is said to be serious; if I don't re-upload, I will face a broken update today...
