This is to use the mind to control the body.

In a way, this state of true self is what Taoism calls, a spiritual realm that jumps out of the three realms and is not in the five elements.

Not affected by foreign affairs and external objects, everything is controlled by one's own will.

In ancient times, there were many explanations of this realm.

Do as you please.

The unity of knowledge and action, nothing outside the heart.

Heaven and man are one.

In a fixed situation.

This is the state in which the mind kills and eliminates the desires of the body.

And the candle lamp lit in the heart is not the real place, but the embodiment of the will of the soul.

Not to be dominated by one's own desires, a bright light is lit to drive away one's own desires, to light up a glimmer of light in the boundless darkness, and to move forward through the fog.

"So...the lamp is the embodiment of wisdom and awareness. Although it is as small as a candle, it can illuminate the whole body, get rid of all desires, and get sublimated."
