Alternating current generates a lot of heat when passing through a high-resistance slag pool. It melts the electrode end immersed in the molten slag, and the metal droplets generated by melting pass through the slag pool and drip into the metal melt pool, and then are cooled by a water-cooled crystallizer and solidified into ingots. In this process, the metal droplets are in full contact with the high-temperature and high-alkalinity slag, generating a strong metallurgical chemical reaction, so that the metal is refined.

After the commissioning is in place, production is very easy. What Sun Shengli has been exposed to is only how to operate it. The commissioning is generally the responsibility of the equipment manufacturer.
