Mu Nansheng hummed and stretched out his arm towards Nanzi.

"Baby, be good, mommy will take you to find daddy."

Nan Zai couldn't wait to wipe the snack residue from the corner of his mouth before he couldn't wait to reach out his hand for Mu Nansheng to hug him.

Smiling, Mu Nansheng didn't say anything else, and carried Nanzi to the living room.

In the living room, Gu Jingchen was still half-reclining on the sofa, looking at the mother and son slowly.

Mu Nansheng deliberately ignored Gu Jingchen and carried Nanzi to the sofa to sit down.

Mu Nansheng patted Nanzi's butt and said, "Go to the kitchen and ask the housekeeper to take out the cake that mommy baked yesterday. We will decorate the cake soon."

As soon as he heard this, Nanzi's eyes lit up and he happily agreed. He got out of Mu Nansheng's arms and ran to the kitchen.

After finally comforting Nanzi, Mu Nansheng breathed a long sigh of relief and leaned on the sofa without saying a word.

But Gu Jingchen didn't have any eyesight at all, and he deliberately teased Mu Nansheng.

"How is it? My son is so filial, even though he wears his shoes backwards."

Mu Nansheng gritted his teeth and smiled: "I'm very happy."

"Really?"

Gu Jingchen asked suspiciously, looking at the slippers.

"Really."

Mu Nansheng answered quickly and stood up: "I'm going to the kitchen, goodbye!"

With that said, Mu Nansheng put the slippers on her feet again and left the living room.

Gu Jingchen looked in a good mood, casually holding a cup of coffee and taking a sip.

Suddenly, when Gu Jingchen was drinking coffee, Mu Nansheng turned around and took the slippers off Gu Jingchen's feet without hesitation. He raised his eyebrows and threw the two slippers away.

Seeing the slippers flying in different directions, Gu Jingchen was helpless while holding the coffee.

After successfully getting his revenge, Mu Nansheng snorted, clapped his hands, and left to the kitchen with a swagger.

As the saying goes, it is never too late for a gentleman to take revenge after ten years. Mu Nansheng had finally resolved his revenge, and felt very comfortable. The depression caused by the slippers was gone.

Gu Jingchen sighed and rubbed his forehead helplessly.
