Rebirth: War on the Honest

When I typed these four words, I felt a little dazed.

This is how the first work in my life came to an end.

From a novice with no knowledge, to an online writing practitioner who has been practicing for more than two and a half years, this book has brought me so much.

Long-form experience, online writing skills, reader feedback, writing skills...

There are also royalties, which are insignificant but enough to build confidence.

I love it very much.

I also love the characters created by myself.

Leyi, Orange, Yuanyuan, He Xuan, Yingying, big stars, elementary school girls...

When I was in the middle of the creation, I felt that many characters came to life. When I closed my eyes, their voices and smiles immediately flashed in front of me.

Therefore, even if it was due to physical reasons, creative passion, royalties cut in half, or even various reasons, I lost my creative enthusiasm for a while in the later period.

I don't want to end this book either.

This is my child, and I can't let it go.

Throughout 2023, I have almost given up on writing books.

One update per month? Two updates?

Even less.

There was too much time off, and I can’t even remember many of the plots.

I'm really sad.

I hate myself too.

But what is extremely touching is that there are still several old readers who have never left me since the beginning of the book. They have always encouraged and supported me and cheered me on.

Don't give up.

Even one update is fine.

Sometimes I don’t dare to open the comment section at all, for fear of being sorry for everyone’s earnest expectations and having my fragile heart pierced by any word.

I don't dare.

I'm afraid to face it.

Until one day when I was in a state of confusion, I thought that I couldn't continue like this, so I might as well write a random beginning to find inspiration.

Now that I have the inspiration, I may be able to continue writing this book.

So there is a new book.

The new book made me enjoy this meal, and I did find a little bit of inspiration and rebuild my almost unfamiliar thinking habits.

Like the soul stone, I finally found the courage I had lost.

Gu Yun's story ends here, maybe one day, maybe not for a long time.
