Reborn My Name Is Kobe

Chapter 97: Let's Stop Shooting Three Pointers

During the first quarter break, I did not participate in the discussions of other Lakers. They seemed to be talking about things that had nothing to do with the game, but I closed my eyes and entered a state of meditation, which could help

I regain my energy and stay focused.

Meditation is actually a very simple and practical technique. In many cases, it can even bring you better mental recovery than sleep. After all, sleep takes longer, and meditation actually has some benefits.

It only takes a few minutes.

But then I was interrupted from my meditation by their voices. It turned out that the head coach Silver Fox Harris came over to arrange our tactics for the second half. In fact, the so-called tactical arrangements were still the three-blade ax he had always used. Even though

If he didn’t say anything, I could almost recite it backwards and forwards.

But the real problem for our Lakers team may not be the tactical arrangement, but the execution of the tactics. In the past, when our home physical strength was relatively good, the tactical execution may have been relatively better, but in back-to-back games on the road, the players

Our feet on the field seemed to be filled with lead, and it felt like they were a few beats slower. No matter how good the tactics were, they would not be able to achieve good results with such enthusiasm.

In this case, the advantage of our Lakers team is actually the individual singles ability of the stars, so I still need to be more involved in the offense.

The second quarter started quickly. Head coach Silver Fox Harris was not in a hurry to replace the starting players. In fact, this was a quite correct decision. After all, the starting players were in a relatively tired state after yesterday's back-to-back games.

So, if in the first few minutes of the second quarter, the substitute players can take the lead for a while, when the starting players come on in the second half of the second quarter, they may be able to widen the point difference at once.

Of course, this is just a theoretical hope. After the second quarter started, the Celtics took the lead in replacing the main players. In fact, the strength gap between the main players and the substitute players of this Celtics team is really big.

Not much. On the one hand, the personal abilities of their main players are not particularly powerful. On the other hand, their substitute players are really not much worse than their starting players in terms of tactical awareness. I just said

After seeing the performance of their substitute players on the court, I already feel that their head coach is quite powerful. He is able to bring out substitute players with such great tactics and team awareness. This is really a bit like Popovich.

After the start of the second quarter, the Celtics took the lead in serving. Their main players got into the state very quickly. They beat our Lakers substitute players before they could gain a foothold. Antoine Walker came up and lost his footing in the first round.

He scored the first victory for the Celtics with a super long-range three-pointer. No one could have imagined that he would suddenly shoot a super-long-range three-pointer, and judging from his shooting action, it didn't seem like he could score.

Yes.

However, the result was that this ultra-long-range three-pointer was made, and the fans at the North Shore Garden Arena suddenly entered a brief state of excitement. Although there was a bit of luck in the ball, Antoine Walker dared to take the shot.

It is with the help of the strong momentum of this home court that their players' self-confidence is infinitely expanded. No wonder this Celtic team's home court is difficult to play. Only by experiencing it here in person will you understand the reason.

The Celtics' morale was high after Antoine Walker made this three-pointer. On the contrary, our Lakers substitute players seemed a little less confident at this time. The huge noise in the entire arena was completely overwhelmed.

Without other sounds, players can no longer hear each other talking and communicating, and can only communicate with gestures instead of words.

What is uncomfortable is that after the start of the second quarter, our Lakers substitute players seemed to be really not very good, and the offensive end fell into a struggle with the Celtics. At this time, the Celtics

They began to use a lot of physical confrontation to defend, and the referees at their home court would be slightly biased towards them. Many physical confrontations can actually lead to fouls.

With the help of the referees, the Celtics' moves on the defensive end are obviously getting bigger and bigger. Looking at our Lakers substitute players, only Eddie Jones can keep up with the Celtics.

rhythm, but it was too difficult to rely on him alone. The score between the two sides quickly opened up. By the time three minutes into the second quarter, our Lakers were already 7 points behind the Celtics.

It seems that head coach Silver Fox Harris's tactics have gone bankrupt. He can only call a timeout first to interrupt the Celtics' momentum, and then replace our Lakers' starting players on the court. But in this way we

There is no advantage at all, and it even seems to be a bit more than worth the gain because it has boosted the overall morale of the Celtics team.

The Celtics are really a team with quite a wealthy background. The players they have trained have a kind of wolfish nature in them, which is the kind of wolfish nature that is very good at teamwork, with strict discipline and quite fierce style.

, especially on the defensive end, if it gets really fierce, not many people can stand it.

I really agreed with that sentence. The tigers can't stand up to the wolves. Even Shaq, the big shark, can't stand the siege of these ferocious wolves, so I decided to attack in the rest of the second quarter.

The end should take on more responsibilities, allowing Shaq to conserve more physical energy as much as possible to deal with the second half of the game.

Before the timeout ended, I briefly exchanged words with Shaq, asking him not to attack for the time being after he went up. The two of us should use high pick-and-roll tactics to look for opportunities and not let the Celtics attack the defense too early.

The focus is on him.

In fact, because my three-point shooting today felt a bit bad, I did not let Shaq attract double teams through the inside and then find three-point shooting opportunities by myself. It would be much better if I was the starting point of the offense.

In this way, I can not only look for offensive opportunities by myself, but also observe the movements of other teammates on the field at any time. Relatively speaking, the diversity of tactics will be much better. Although Shaq is a bit wasteful as a simple end point, in fact

It's not necessarily a bad thing for us as a Lakers team.

I held the ball and observed the Celtics' defensive formation from outside the three-point line, and found that their defense was not entirely man-to-man, but had some zone defense implications. In fact, in this era, although on the surface it was

It is not allowed to use zone defense tactics, but many times during the game, the referees do not pay much attention to these zone defense tactics, and it is unlikely that your team will directly call a zone defense violation, so like the Celtics

A team like the Chinese team that lacks individual talent prefers zone defense.

If we want to break the Celtics' zone defense tactics more easily, we must either let Shaq go to the low post to post up, or we can shoot from the outside. In addition, if Shaq and I can use the pick-and-roll tactics

If it is good enough, it will be easier to deal with the opponent's small zone defense.

It's just that if they use zone defense tactics at this time, it will be more difficult for me to directly use personal breakthrough singles to tear apart their defense. Moreover, I have also seen the defense of these Celtic teams before, which is simply hitting hands, feet and elbows.

Trying to do whatever it takes, it's completely the way to play in the playoffs. To be honest, I don't feel that I need to work too hard in a regular season. Besides, they are just an Eastern Conference team that has a high probability of not making the playoffs.

.

If I try too hard and get injured, it will be a bit more than worth the gain. Of course, even if I think so, I will still try my best to win this game. I just want to be a little more rational in choosing the method of attack.

Shaq came up and performed a pretty high-quality pick-and-roll for me, completely blocking the two Celtics defensive players behind him. Originally, I got a good opportunity to take a three-point shot.

, but since my three-point shooting rate was a bit bleak today, I didn't take a three-pointer at the first opportunity. Instead, I used Shaq's pick-and-roll to directly break through to the bottom line.

Then when I got near the free throw line, I directly pulled up and shot a fadeaway jumper. The crisp sound of the basketball hitting the net was very pleasant. Fortunately, my touch inside the three-point line was still very good today, as long as Shaq can provide me with a relatively high pick-and-roll.

quality, then I can get a very good offensive opportunity. In this way, the opponent's defensive strategy will inevitably be adjusted. Only when they shift their defensive focus to me can Shaq get an easier scoring opportunity.

.

It seems that Shaq also wants to win this game, but he basically devotes most of his attention to the offensive end, and is still a little unfocused on the defensive end.

The main problem is that Shaq always has problems with his choices when guarding pick-and-rolls. When he should jump out, he will choose to shrink, and when he should shrink, he chooses to jump out again. I really feel a little strange about this.

I thought that with Shaq's IQ, he wouldn't always make such stupid mistakes. The only explanation I could think of was that Shaq was too unfocused on the defensive end.

It can be said that the Celtics have gone to the extreme in exploiting Shaq's defensive weakness. In almost every round, they will use one or more pick-and-rolls to find Shaq's misalignment, or let Shaq switch defenders.

Or just take advantage of Shaq's lack of defense and shoot.

That is to say, the Celtics did not miss their outside shots during this period. This gave us the opportunity for the Lakers to seize the score. In fact, it can be said that it was thanks to the Celtics suddenly entering a period of downturn.

During this period, Shaq happened to shrink inside and protect all the defensive rebounds.

Then I was responsible for initiating a fast-break counterattack. It was the best way to complete the offense before the Celtics' defensive formation was formed. Otherwise, with the zone defense tactics they used today, it was actually not very easy for me to gain success.

Opportunity to attack.

After I received the ball from Shaq immediately, I immediately turned on my speed. Facing the two Celtics players who wanted to block my fast break, I dribbled the ball directly behind my back, which was very dexterous.

I passed one of them, and then when I found that the second player wanted to foul me, I turned around again, but the other player stayed confused for a few tenths of a second, while I had already

Passed their defense with the ball.

After passing these two Celtics forward defenders, no one could cause any substantial interference to my offense.

I simply did a fancy thing. When I was still about three-quarters of the free throw line away from the basket, I slammed the ball directly into the backboard. Then I jumped up high and caught the ball from the backboard.

After the basketball bounced back, he slammed the ball into the basket.

"Wow!"

I heard bursts of exclamation from the Celtics home fans. Obviously my imaginative dunk shocked them, and then the entire home court fell into a brief silence.

My fast break was very smooth this time. I passed two Celtics defensive players in a row and then completed a self-throw and dunk. I think it can be included in the top 100 highlights of this season.

However, although our Lakers team has regained a lot of momentum on the court, the Celtics are a very resilient team, and it will be difficult for you to beat them to death with these balls.

In this game, not only did I fail to shoot the three-point shot, but almost all the Lakers players failed to completely shoot the three-pointer. In this way, they were able to shrink their defense unscrupulously. In addition, their

In zone defense, except when you can find some relatively easy scoring opportunities during fast breaks, it is really quite difficult during positional battles at other times.

Of course, if the Celtics themselves can't make consecutive three-pointers from outside, our Lakers can actually shrink appropriately on the defensive end, which will also be very uncomfortable for them.

As a result, both sides were unable to shoot three-pointers, and everyone tried their best to shrink the defense. As a result, in nearly two minutes, neither side even scored a single goal in a sports battle, that is, when each relied on forcing the inside or breaking through.

Inflict fouls and score some points via free throws.

Coincidentally, even if Shaq's free throws were inaccurate, the Celtics' defenders actually missed two free throws in a row. When the game time came up in the second quarter, there were only four minutes left.

, the scores of both sides once again returned to the same starting line, but compared to the first quarter, our Lakers and Celtics scored much less in the second quarter.

However, such a tug-of-war is actually quite physically demanding, and it will also be a huge test for the team's willpower. Whoever can withstand the pressure at this time will be able to take the initiative in the game into their own hands.

In the end, it was the cooperation between me and Shaq that broke this situation. In fact, I found that after the second quarter, Shaq was indeed much more serious when picking and rolling for me on the offensive end than before. At least if he was serious,

Come to pick and roll, with his huge body and strength, he can provide me with a very large offensive space, and then Shaq will choose to quickly cut inside.

I used to have poor outside three-point touch, so the Celtics deliberately stepped back appropriately when facing our high pick-and-roll to give me a certain amount of shooting space. But when I continuously used Shaq's pick-and-roll,

After I made the ball from the mid-range, their defense no longer dared to let me shoot from outside. Even if Shaq did a good pick-and-roll, the opponent would use their numerical advantage to try their best to get past me and then block it.

My outside shots are at least trying to keep up with me.

In this way, the Celtics' attention on defense was focused on me, thus slightly relaxing their defense against Shaq. And a terrifying inside giant like Shaq naturally needs to be on guard all the time.

I noticed that the Celtics' interior players themselves are relatively weak.

As long as I pass the ball to Shaq who is cutting inside in time, then it is basically impossible for the Celtics to defend the inside line. Even if Shaq does not make a shot in the first attack, he will immediately seize the opportunity to attack.

When it comes to rebounds, many times even if Shaq is the only one under the basket to grab two or three opponents, he can still grab the offensive rebounds relatively easily, and then he can smash the ball directly into the basket against the defense of several opponents.

among.

Shaq is basically invincible if he plays like this. The only problem is that playing him like this will consume a lot of physical energy. So Shaq and I actually have a mutually dependent relationship. As the tacit understanding between the two of us initially developed, this set of

We have already used the tactics after the pick-and-roll quite skillfully.

With three minutes left before the end of the second quarter, the Celtics reluctantly called another timeout, probably because we had already overtaken the score and were five points ahead of them. The most important thing is that recently

For a period of time, Shaq and I have been breaking out at the same time, making them lose sight of each other on the defensive end. If this continues, our Lakers will definitely be able to widen the lead to more than ten points before the end of the second quarter.

If we are really behind by ten points at halftime, even if this is their home court and we are playing the second back-to-back away game, the overall morale will rise and it will be very difficult to turn the game back.

Already.

Since this season, when our Lakers took the lead in half the game, the probability of winning the game is very high. One of the important reasons why we can achieve the top three records in the league is that we are in relative comparison.

In races with a tailwind, he performed very well.

We can win most of the time against opponents who are weaker than us, and we have a chance to win against opponents who are similar to us or even stronger than us, but I have to say that we have many games this season.

In fact, they were all won by good luck, so it's really hard to judge the true strength of our current Lakers team. Anyway, it still depends on the players' game state, and more importantly, whether the attitude of the game is correct.

During the timeout, head coach Silver Fox Harris told us a lot of things, but they were mainly words of encouragement. Unexpectedly, this guy also started to do psychological work. You know, he has always paid more attention to it before.

Did he suddenly wake up to his tactics and ignore the mobilization of players' emotions?

But it is true that the situation on the court at this time does not require any additional tactics. Based on the overall physical condition of our Lakers team today, we can just rely on individual performance, and don’t ask too much of the players. Everyone

Everyone wants to finish the game early and then fly back to Los Angeles to have a good night's sleep.

Of course, I am not planning to fly back to Los Angeles tonight. Jessica and I will spend a whole day in Boston tomorrow, searching for some important clues in two larger libraries here.

Thinking of Jessica, I looked up and looked around the stadium, but I didn't find Jessica. Maybe it was because there were too many fans in Boston, or maybe Jessica just happened to have something to do and left the stadium.

Anyway, I didn’t see Jessica at this time.

After the timeout ended, the Celtics actually replaced three substitute players, leaving only Antoine Walker and their center on the court among the starting players.

However, I think the Celtics made substitutions at this time to speed up the pace of the game, and then use more time to rotate the lineup to wear down our Lakers starters, causing us to fall into a trap after entering the second half.

into trouble due to lack of physical fitness.

Shaq's physical fitness seems to be okay at this time, but I know that he usually starts to have some physical troubles in the second half of the third quarter. If he is allowed to rest and recover for a period of time in the fourth quarter, then in the fourth quarter

In the final minutes, Shaq was still able to perform at his normal level.

But if there is no way for Shaq to have a good rest at the end of the third quarter and the beginning of the fourth quarter, then basically Shaq will really be unable to run in the last few minutes.

His enthusiasm for rebounding will also drop significantly. After all, although his weight at this time has not reached a terrifying figure of 350 pounds, he is probably at 300 pounds.

Such a large weight will be a huge burden on his feet, and the soreness in his feet may very well cause his athletic ability and enthusiasm for exercise to drop a lot. I had such an experience in my previous life, so I have a deep understanding of this.

The depths are quite clear.

The Celtics' speed suddenly picked up. Before, they were not slow when attacking. Now they even have a little bit of running and gunning. But in fact, I think their current lineup is really suitable.

It's a run-and-gun game, because they currently have players in three positions who can hit about 35% of their three-point shooting percentages this season, or even higher.

Taking advantage of the weakness of the Lakers' lack of enthusiasm in perimeter defense today, it is possible to use a wave of consecutive three-pointers to completely change the situation of the game. In fact, they did get a lot of open three-pointer opportunities before, which is strange.

It was because their three-pointers were relatively inaccurate during that period and they failed to seize the opportunity.

But now they have replaced a few substitute players, and we don’t know how the three-pointers of these substitute players feel. As long as one of them misses the three-pointer, our defense today will fall into a trap.

In big trouble.

Originally, my personal defense ability was very good, but it was only good when playing one-on-one defense. For a team that likes to use one or even multiple consecutive pick-and-rolls to find open shooting opportunities, my defensive skills

The advantage cannot be used at all. They can easily use the pick and roll to make me exhausted on the defensive end.

You must know that yesterday I also tried my best to fight against Iverson on both offense and defense. Only those who have guarded against Iverson will know what a difficult challenge it is. No matter how good my physical fitness is or how young I am, I still can't withstand it.

This kind of consumption, in short, there is very little I can do on the defensive end today even if I go all out.

These Celtics players know how to avoid their sharp edges. When I was defending, the players I faced had never played one-on-one. They kept running without the ball. As long as it was me,

The person I was guarding just ran without the ball, and then I found that the person I was guarding kept changing, and the opponent kept running, and then he might not make a move until the end. This process is really quite tiring, not only physically, but also

My heart is really tired.

On Shaq's side, he was pretty much the same as usual. He stayed in the paint and was unwilling to go out. He protected the defensive rebounds better, but when faced with long rebounds after three-pointers, his enthusiasm was not very high.

There were times when the opposing team picked up offensive rebounds right under Shaq's nose.

In several consecutive attacks, the Celtics got a good open three-point opportunity from the outside. However, it seems that both sides of our game today seemed to have been poisoned by someone. They just couldn't make these three-pointers.

Let’s not talk about our inability to shoot. Even the Celtics failed to make any of the five or six open three-pointers after the start of the second quarter.

After scoring one or two three-pointers, the situation on the court is now in their hands.

Looking at the home fans who shook their heads and kept booing and sighing, I was a little speechless in my heart. Could it be that everyone was too nervous? Is that why the three-pointers were completely inaccurate?

Anyway, our Lakers team is no longer afraid to shoot three-pointers randomly on the offensive end. Even if a good opportunity arises, we have to think twice about whether to shoot three-pointers.

In this era, unlike the later small ball era, the three-point shot has completely become a part of the team's regular tactics. The three-point shot in this era is just a supplement to the regular tactics. The coach will not know how to do it anyway.

To encourage you to shoot more three-pointers, more often than not, coaches will prefer to arrange some main inside players, or personal singles tactics and pick-and-roll tactics. However, the three-point shooters of this era have relatively high requirements for the timing of three-pointers.

High, there is no such thing as a player like Curry who can shoot three-pointers anytime and anywhere.

In this era, three-point shooters will choose the best opportunity to take a three-pointer. The rhythm of the entire offense will be much slower. Many three-pointers in the small ball era can be regarded as good opportunities.

Timing is automatically ignored by three-point shooters in this era.

Anyway, after I got the ball at this time, I started to let my teammates open up the space for me to play in isolation. Even if several Celtics players came to double-team me, I was ready to try it in singles because I saw it.

Judging from Shaq's current state, he doesn't have much physical fitness anymore. Even if he is just cutting inside after playing pick-and-roll, his efficiency has been greatly reduced. The other Lakers players are even worse.

The presence of Van Exel and Robert Horry in this game was quite low. Robert Horry was slightly better than Van Exel. At least he made two quite good shots in the first quarter.

The key three-pointers, these two three-pointers are also the only three-pointers made by our Lakers in this game. Nearly ten three-pointers made by others were all missed. This situation is difficult for us.

It rarely happens during the season, at least it never happens when halftime is about to end and only one person can make a three-pointer.

They now seem a little less confident when facing the Celtics' defense, but I don't care. Anyway, the situation that my teammates find very difficult is exactly the time for me to show my resilience and strength. I am not the kind of person who takes it easy.

It is very difficult for someone who can be defeated, especially if you want to completely suppress me on a mental level.

My singles are still my favorite two sets. In fact, I deliberately conserved my energy in the first half and did not play too many singles. I just wanted to wait until the end of the second quarter to use my singles to score consecutively, and then

The tone widened the lead. Seeing the position of the Celtics players at this time, I knew that they had not fully realized that I had started a personal one-dozen mode. This was an advantage for me. Wait until they

By the time I reacted, it was almost too late.

I sat with my back near the free throw line, protecting the ball with my weak side hand, and scanning the surrounding Celtic players with the afterglow of my eyes. They all focused on me, but they must have thought that

I mostly wanted to pretend to be offensive and then pass the ball out. After all, I rarely played one-on-one like this in the previous games.

Even the Celtics player who was guarding my post-up at this time might have thought so. I tentatively pushed the inside a few times, and he immediately took a big step back. Fortunately, I didn't use all my strength, otherwise

If he took the stool away right now, he might make me fall down.

Seeing him step back, I decisively took a small step back, and then made an emergency jump shot. He didn't expect that I would take the shot directly, so there was basically no interference, and I shot it very easily.

, the ball drew a not very high arc in the air and fell straight into the basket. The beautiful sound of passing through the net still makes me very intoxicated.

Next, the Celtics' offense began to stop shooting three-pointers. Even if our Lakers allowed them to shoot at will from the outside, they would not take any more. After all, they had missed several shots in a row. Our Lakers

The lead is about to reach ten points, and the Celtics players have become much more cautious than before.

However, sometimes a bad touch is contagious. With continuous missed shots and the Lakers shrinking their interior defense, if they don't shoot three-pointers, it's actually not that easy to find good shooting opportunities in the mid-to-close range.

relaxing.

Shaq's merciless block shot knocked out the Celtics defender who broke through to the inside and fell to the ground on the spot. The fans at home let out a burst of cheers after seeing this scene.

I don't know if the boos coming from the team were booing Shaq or the home team.

Although this block was very bloody, it was indeed a good risk. The referee did not give any indication. Shaq directly took the ball in his hand, and I was already preparing for a fast break.

Shaq finally had some tacit understanding with me and knew to pass the ball to me as soon as possible. After receiving a powerful ground-breaking pass from Shaq, I accelerated towards the Celtics as hard as I could.

The team's basket rushed towards them.

The Celtics returned to defense very quickly, but I rode in front and took the lead in taking the ball and charging quickly. I didn't wait for my teammates who were still behind me at this time. I was determined to attack the Celtics.

The inside line of the team.

The Celtics players shrank too quickly on this ball. I was surrounded by many people before I even had time to rush into the penalty area. Although in the end, I had almost no room to shoot the ball, and the ball almost didn't go out.

, but still caused their shooting foul, which earned me two free throw opportunities.

When the shooting percentage of both teams drops, they have to attack the opponent's inside more to win the opportunity to get to the free throw line. The person who does this should be me instead of Shaq. After all, my free throws this season

The shooting percentage is close to 90%, and Shaq's free throw shooting percentage once dropped below 50%. In the last two games, he has barely brought his shooting percentage back to 50%.

I adjusted my breathing, and then steadily made these two free throws. At this time, our Lakers' lead finally reached double digits, a full eleven points, and there was only one point before halftime.

After more than a few minutes, if we can enter the second half with more than a double-digit advantage, then our game will be basically stable.

The Celtics did hit a few good shots in the last minute or so. Especially when the team was more than ten points behind, Antoine Walker immediately stood up and shot against my defense.

He scored a super long-range three-pointer. Why did he use it? Because in the first quarter, this guy almost hit a super-long-range three-pointer from the same position. At that time, I thought he was fooled, but I didn’t expect it.

Now he has another shot, and I don’t know if he was particularly lucky today, or if he really stole Curry’s skill pack, or if Curry traveled through time and possessed him, haha.

Then this guy hit another mid-range jumper, which instantly brought the score between the two sides back to only six points. However, other offenses from both sides failed to complete the scoring. As a result, by the end of the half, the two sides only had this point.

points difference, then the second half of the game is bound to be quite intense.

And this is probably what the fans at the scene really like to see. I don’t know if this game was broadcast live in the United States. Anyway, when we visited Philadelphia to challenge the 76ers yesterday, it should have been broadcast live in the United States.

I drank a lot of energy drinks during halftime, and I don't know why I suddenly felt very thirsty. Before I walked into the tunnel, I looked around the entire North Shore Garden Arena, and there was still nothing.

Seeing Jessica's figure, of course she might have really encountered something and left the arena early. I'd better not think about her now. I'll wait until the game is over to find a place with her to relax.

, have some midnight snacks or something, or even go to a movie.

Thinking about movies, I realized that I have known Jessica for so long, but we have not even gone to see a movie together. There are so many Hollywood blockbusters in the United States, wouldn't it be a pity not to go to the cinema to watch them.

During the halftime break, I spent a large part of my time meditating with my eyes closed. The head coach Silver Fox Harris didn’t say anything more. Maybe he also knew that our Lakers players were very nervous at this time.

I am tired and need some time to close my eyes, rest my mind, and regain my physical strength.

Shaq, who exerted too much force in the first half, especially the first quarter, was a little distracted at this time, at least compared to his usual lively and active nature, which was really abnormal.

I didn’t pay more attention to other Lakers players, but concentrated on entering my own world of meditation. There are actually many types of meditation. What I am doing now is the most basic one.

Meditate and try to clear your mind of everything and not think about anything at all.

There may be some pictures that will appear repeatedly in your mind, but these pictures are likely to be jumping scenes that have no connection at all and have no meaning. You just need not to actively pay attention to these pictures and not go there.

Actively think about these pictures, and as these pictures gradually pass by, your heart will gradually enter a relatively calm state.

When I first entered the meditative state, there was a sound in my head similar to the chirping of mosquitoes or flies, which made me particularly uncomfortable. But at this time, I calmed down, took a deep breath, and tried hard to clear out all the complicated thoughts.

Don't think about anything else in your mind, just focus on one point.

Through this kind of repeated training, I was able to gradually control my attention and some of my subconsciousness. During today's meditation, I actually felt that I could hear a very weak man's voice.

At first I thought I was hallucinating, but as my meditation deepened, the voice gradually became clearer. I seemed to realize who the owner of this voice was. Could it be that the owner of this voice has always been with me?

Is it Kobe’s soul in his subconscious?

I have been thinking about where Kobe’s soul went after I was reborn in Kobe’s body. The artificial intelligence told me some things about him before, only saying that it is possible that Kobe’s soul will be there one day in the future.

When I came back, I had to consider how to share this body with Kobe.
