183 Teaching Him How To Ride A Horse.(2)

After Aiden nodded his head, Ethan's voice resounded again,

"You'd have to learn to balance on a horse properly as the rider unless you'd fall".

Aiden nodded his head, this was simple information, something he was aware of.

"Now, I've shown you how to put a horse in motion and how to put it to a halt. Now, what if you want to turn the horse around? Or you want to move it to the side? You know, getting the horse to change direction,

And you might need to do it suddenly due to some things that are about to happen. Let me show you how to change a horse's direction or cause it to turn around. It still requires making use of the rope in my hands".

Ethan put the horse in motion once again, then making use of the rope in his hands, he was able to control the horse to move to the right-hand side. The horse was still in motion when he caused it to move to the left-hand side.

..And Aiden grabbed all though it wouldn't be easy to do.

The horse was moving when Ethan put it to a halt once again. Then he uttered to Aiden,

"You see that?".

Aiden only nodded his head...then Ethan's voice resounded again,

"Now, it's time to cause the horse to turn around while moving front".

Ethan put the horse in motion again as it was moving front, then making use of the rope in his hands, he controlled the horse to turn around, and so it did. So from moving front, the horse suddenly turned around and began moving back.

Aiden saw all these, and he was just like, 'This wouldn't be easy'.

..Yeah, that same thought, learning how to ride a horse wouldn't be easy...definitely.

"You saw that?". Ethan inquired of Aiden.

"Yes, I did". Aiden responded.

"It still needed me to make use of the rope in my hands. With this rope, I can do a lot of things". Ethan's voice resounded again.

Aiden only nodded his head. You know, Ethan was sitting behind Aiden, but he was still able to control the horse properly? Aiden wasn't a small boy anymore, he was now a teenager.

..What does that mean? His height wasn't like before, he's grown.

Now, you know there were times when Aiden do sit in front of Ethan whenever Ethan wanted to ride him somewhere with a horse.

Aiden was still a small boy back then, he wasn't tall, he was still lacking in terms of height. So it was very easy for Ethan to ride and control the horse though Aiden was in front of him...he wasn't a disturbance at all.

Now, the case was different, Aiden was grown...but he wasn't still a disturbance to Ethan though he was sitting in front of him. Aiden was in front, while Ethan was behind him, but he could still ride the horse properly while teaching Aiden at the same time...

..That was how good he was...he was good at many things.

"This wouldn't be easy". Aiden said to Ethan glancing at him.

"Definitely, it wouldn't be easy. It's always like that most of the time, it would be hard to learn something when learning it for the first time. But with continuous practice, you'd become perfect,

And just as I said, the amount of time you put into practicing would determine how fast it would take you to learn how to ride a horse".

..Aiden did nothing more than nod his head, yeah, his dad has said this before.

"Maybe when you have a personal horse later in the future, it's always good to build a relationship with the horse. You know, the relationship between a human and an animal. Having a personal relationship with your horse or horses has many advantages,

Controlling it would be easier and so on, these things are very important".

..Another information, Aiden absorbed immediately.

Ethan just kept relaying information to Aiden and practicing some of them at the same time. He showed Aiden how to control a horse again. You know, controlling it to move to the side, controlling it to turn around, and so on.

And now, it was about time for Aiden to practice what he had been learning...

It was only Aiden sitting on the horse currently, Ethan had come down from it. And Aiden could feel his heart beating a little...he was the only one sitting on the horse, nothing like rendering help, damn!

Well, he has to do this, what he had learned shouldn't go to waste, he was determined to try his best though it wouldn't be easy.

"Why don't you try moving the horse". Ethan said to Aiden.

Ethan knew he did his best in teaching Aiden, he started from the basics, so. But he knew he wouldn't be able to learn everything in one day, he can't become perfect in one day...so he wasn't expecting too much from him.

'I have to put this horse in motion'. Aiden thought to himself.

He did what his father taught him, and the horse began moving. While it was moving, Aiden tried his very best to balance on the horse so he wouldn't fall since he was the rider. As of now, he was already shaking.

He was holding the rope but still shaking, and worst of all, the horse wasn't even moving fast. Causing a horse to move fast was another work, controlling the pace of a horse was a different thing on its own.

..The horse wasn't even moving fast and he was shaking? Now, what if the horse was moving fast?

The horse was still moving forward, and Aiden was still shaking trying to regain his balance, but seems like the shaking wouldn't stop.

Ethan just stood there glancing at the current event...yes, this was how it was supposed to be somehow considering this was his first time riding a horse. As said, he wasn't expecting much.

And people's learning isn't the same, some learn faster while some don't...

The horse was still in motion when Aiden's shaking worsened, regaining his balance wasn't even possible at this moment, he was losing it badly.

..And now, he had lost it completely, Aiden fell off the horse...and he was gonna land on the ground with a thud.

Now, Ethan wasn't standing close to Aiden. He was before until Aiden began moving the horse...now there was some distance between the both of them.

For a normal person, Aiden would definitely land on the ground, the person wouldn't be able to save him. But it was Ethan we are talking about here, a person with the speed ability.

The moment he saw Aiden had fallen off the horse, he was ready to make use of his speed ability...

Aiden was just falling off the horse, and there was nothing he could do about it, he was ready to land on the ground. He had braced himself for the amount of pain he was gonna feel the moment his body touches the ground.

..But then, his body didn't end up touching the ground, someone caught him.

He glanced at the person, and it was his father, Ethan.

As expected, Ethan made use of his speed ability as he darted toward Aiden with speed and caught him. That was what prevented Aiden's body from touching the ground...if not.

Aiden was a little surprised 'cause he wasn't expecting his dad would catch him, he was expecting to land with a thud...this is what learning to ride a horse would do to him.

"I caught you". Ethan said glancing at Aiden.

By now, Aiden was already standing upright with the help of Ethan. All Aiden could do was nod his head to his father's utterance, and he thought to himself,

'How was he able to catch me though there was distance between the both of us?'.

..And he realized immediately, something he almost forgot.

'He possesses the speed ability, almost forgot'.

"Were you afraid?". Ethan inquired of Aiden after he had stood upright.

"A little". Aiden responded.

"You'd have to do it again, you wouldn't stop. If you do, then how would you learn how to ride a horse? Practice makes perfect".

Aiden nodded his head a little, he'd have to mount this horse again...ugh, it wouldn't be easy.

"If you fall again, I'm here to catch you". Ethan uttered to Aiden again.

Aiden mounted the horse as he was sitting on top of it right now. Then he did what needed to be done for the horse to begin moving, and the horse began moving at a slow pace.

This time, Aiden tried his very best to balance on the horse properly while holding the rope...

And though the horse was moving, he doesn't seem to be shaking that much again, he was learning. Ethan nodded his head a little while glancing at Aiden on top of the horse...he was improving.

It doesn't seem like he would fall off the horse again, but there was still a lot he needed to learn when it comes to horse riding.
