Rise of the Argentine Empire

#109 - Delta Security

The tragedy at the Falcon Bureau a few days ago, although partly due to bad luck, also highlighted that luck is a part of strength.

This forced Saint-Hesse to take the matter seriously. The Falcon Bureau's armed division, while composed of elites, was too small to guarantee safety.

His life was paramount. Although he was somewhat confident in his skills, it was clear that Bu City wouldn't be peaceful for a while. Therefore, he needed to make some arrangements.

Saint-Hesse issued the order directly.

"Yes, Boss, I'll arrange it immediately."

They didn't chat much. After hanging up, Saint-Hesse began to carefully plan and calculate. Currently, the Falcon Bureau in Bu City was mostly composed of intelligence personnel, with too few armed personnel.

Especially with Bilon's strengthening of the police force, some organized crime groups were starting to resurface.

The Thunder Cross name would be temporarily retired. Using the Potassium Triangle as a blueprint, Saint-Hesse registered another security company called Blue Delta Security Company. The Argentine flag was blue, and the Potassium Triangle was white, which suited his intentions.

With Thompson's green light, he quickly obtained various licenses. After successful registration, it was transformed into a large security company, with an affiliated security school providing internal training services, something he had always wanted to do.

Of course, it didn't provide external services yet.

He wanted to burn money to establish a real special security company; otherwise, he felt like he might be taken out someday. This feeling was unpleasant, especially since he didn't have an army and had to resort to this.

He spent two days searching for a remote, abandoned football school in the city, covering a full 220 acres, with several football fields and basketball courts.

After buying it, he set up the headquarters there, doing some simple renovations, cleaning, and refurbishment.

Ten days later, in Bu City, at the renovated Delta Security Training School,

Saint-Hesse met the Thunder Cross personnel, who had been reorganized, in neat military order.

Saint-Hesse had custom-made uniforms from the Blue Cloud Clothing Factory, blue-black, which looked pretty good, along with badges.

Other equipment had also been transported over. Brand-new P51 pistols and MP40 submachine guns were equipped, and security uniforms were specially made, making them look very professional.

Most of these security guards had seen blood and had been carrying out armed escort missions for Thunder Mining. From the Chilean seaport to Maria, it was Saint-Hesse's strongest fighting force, and also the one he had personally brought out of the City Guard.

"Aragon, from the City Guard to the National Defense Force, then to the Falcon Group's Viper Squad, to the Viper Brigade, from Thunder Cross,

to now our newly established Blue Delta Security Company, it's been three years."

"Yeah, Boss, I didn't expect we could develop to this extent. We've lost many good brothers."

"Everyone, observe three minutes of silence to mourn the fallen heroes."

Saint-Hesse closed his eyes, his right hand clenched into a fist and placed on his left chest, leading the silence.

The scene was quiet, adding a sense of belonging.

The new Delta Special Squad was divided into 16-man teams, each team

further subdivided into 4 four-person squads as needed, to carry out missions.

4 squads formed a company, with 64 combat personnel, including two people in charge, a military commissar, and a company commander.

At the same time, to better improve the combat strength of these people, Saint-Hesse arranged some special projects for them, such as live bayonet drills, to increase their courage,

as well as various training facilities and assassination tactics. Saint-Hesse translated some military selections in his spare time,

excerpting many military ideas and specific training steps, especially the military commissar system and the dual-leader system.

This time, he wanted to transform a real elite special force according to his ideas, although it was only his private armed force, he would try it out through special training and ideological transformation.

It wasn't enough to only have squad personnel here. Saint-Hesse was also recruiting logistics support personnel from society, preparing to gradually improve this security company, making it more formal and more powerful.

The training school would also serve as a cultural learning center, and in the future, it could cooperate with the San Martin Military Academy and the National Military Academy.

Private military academies were not allowed, but security schools were. This was the place with the most Argentine veterans, allowing him to continuously expand the security company and control a private armed force.

After arranging various school and company matters, Saint-Hesse and Aragon drove to a restaurant in the city for a long-overdue chat.

"Aragon, when are you planning to get married?"

"Boss, I plan to get married next June, maybe back in my hometown or Cordoba. It was originally scheduled for October, but what you said made a lot of sense, so I decided to spend some more time together."

Aragon immediately changed his expression, apparently having a lot of affection for his fiancée.

The hard-line drill sergeant temperament he had just displayed, like Jason Statham, was gone. Looking at him, Aragon was different from when he had first met him, more robust, calm, rational, resolute, and also more studious.

It's just that Aragon no longer shaved his head, which was a little regrettable.

"Next June, good, I'll go back with you then. Bu City is not very safe for the time being, you can arrange for her to go to La Plata, Bu City is a bit chaotic right now."

Saint-Hesse said.

"She's not coming over for now."

"Okay, thank you for your hard work during this time, I'll give you a wedding gift then."

Maybe send a few houses or a manor, Saint-Hesse thought. By next June, the funds would be more abundant. This year, he would have to tighten his belt to get through the year, he was too short on money.

The intensive investments in the second half of the year, if it weren't for the American stock market, Thunder Mining, Blue Cloud Shoes and Clothing, Plari International, Plari Food, and the up-and-coming Rein Military Industry, these few cash cow companies, he wouldn't have been able to handle these capital investments.

Especially the inspection of European steel plants, which was fraught with difficulties. Saint-Hesse still underestimated the difficulty. This wasn't thirty or forty years later, when the steel industry had not yet spread to developing countries.

Currently, only Japan, besides Europe, the United States, and the Soviet Union, had the fastest increase in steel production, but that was based on its own foundation. Japan was a major steel power during World War II.

Europeans were also restoring and expanding their own steel industries, and they didn't have enough for themselves, so exports were even more impossible. This was the core of national industry, and exports were strictly prohibited.

So, he was still working hard to negotiate with them, but there was still no good news. He was trying to get new equipment.

The equipment for the Potassium Triangle cement plant had been settled. Having someone made things easier. Of course, cement plants were relatively low-level, so exports were also easier.

It had already traveled along the La Plata waterway to Salta Province. There was no good news from the investment in minerals in Western Australia.

Sain had only successfully invested in three small companies in Japan: Honda Motor Company, Toyo Kogyo, and Tokyo Telecommunications Industry. He couldn't invest in any of the other well-known companies of later generations. Even the shares obtained in these three companies were not many. The highest was Tokyo Telecommunications Industry, which obtained 15% equity, and the other two were 10%.

It was difficult to invest in other large companies. Japanese companies were relatively tightly knit and didn't allow outsiders to invest. Saint-Hesse didn't force it too much. After all, this was just icing on the cake, and the more important thing was domestic development.

Being able to invest in three companies was very satisfying. He couldn't spend too much money investing in Japanese companies, waiting for a return 20 years later. The tractor cooperation with Kubota had basically signed the production line treaty, as well as the Honda motorcycle production line. This kind of cooperation was also conducive to the development of Honda motorcycles.

"Aragon, take care of things here, I will equip you with logistics personnel, you will start receiving guns and ammunition tomorrow."

......

Radical Party, Propaganda Department,

"Argentina is not the Soviet Union!"

Buder Rogers said that Bilon's intentions were very obvious.

This sentence did have a deafening effect. It seemed that even ordinary people could realize what Bilon was planning to do. This was very different from the Bilon in history. He had to be brought back on track, otherwise the military would force him to step down early, and Saint Hesser wouldn't know who to cry to.

"The gap between Bilon and Stalin is at least a hundred Churchills."

"Minister, you think too highly of Bilon. I think it's at least 200."

"Hahaha, yes, he wants to carry out some kind of cleansing, but he doesn't dare to touch the military. He can only bully the Socialist Party to barely maintain his life. In the end, he will definitely fail."

Saint Hesser said jokingly. Recently, besides the Blue Delta, it was school studies and the Propaganda Department. Saint Hesser also paid close attention to the Propaganda Department, as it concerned future development.

Recently, the chaos in the capital has somewhat affected some of Saint Hesser's plans, so he began to consider whether he could calm down the inflated Bilon and prevent him from messing around.

The Socialist Party does not have its own army, and it is still making such a fuss. It is like a pig on a chopping board, fattened up and then slaughtered.

"Argentina hasn't fought a war for too long, and there has been too much peace. This is not a good thing."

"First-class air force, second-class navy, third-class army."

This is a description of Argentina's military strength.

"These are all lessons learned in blood. The people of the Socialist Party underestimate Bilon too much. He doesn't talk about social morality."

In fact, it is not about martial virtue. Even if the Socialist Party is in the opposition and not strong, this cannot be allowed. This is a scummy thing that destroys the political ecology.

"When he arrested union members, I didn't speak up because I wasn't a union member."

"Later, when he fired university professors, I didn't speak up because I wasn't a professor."

"Later, when he arrested us Socialists, I had no chance to speak again."

These words can officially describe the Socialist Party's political naivety and Bilon's lack of martial virtue.

"If the rules are broken, it will be difficult to re-establish them. From this point of view, he has a problem."

Saint Hesser looked at the Socialist Party's information in the Radical Party's archives a few days ago. They are socialists leaning to the left, trying to expand their influence through peaceful speeches. They didn't expect to fall.

Argentina's union forces do not belong to the Socialist Party, which means they have lost a foundation. The Justicialist Party and the Radical Party, unless there is a huge social change in Argentina, a huge change in class, otherwise the hope is slim to 0.

They don't have a rural strategy, only an urban strategy. Argentina doesn't have too much countryside, and people have run to the slums, so they can't be mobilized. The union is Bilon's base.

As for strikes and demonstrations, the union organizes them itself. The Radical Party is the base of the middle class, the Justicialist Party has the union, and the civil servants' base. The Socialist Party has almost nothing.

"Speeches can have a little influence at the bottom, but they are easy to be targeted, and their methods are outdated. Only some stupid people believe them."

Saint Hesser said.

"Minister, should we also secretly do something, find some newspapers to publish editorials and the like."

"That's okay, but the party newspaper can't publish these things, sooner or later something will happen."

"I have prepared the article, and I will secretly pass it on to them when the time comes."

"Okay, Minister."

"Don't overdo it, let them fight first. The Socialist Party must still have some hidden forces, so they won't be killed all at once."

"But don't let the military people intervene too much. This is an even more difficult thing. The military's influence is too great. Once they get involved, the nature will be even worse."

"Understood, Minister." Buder Rogers said loudly. As long as he follows Saint Hesser's path, there will definitely be no big mistakes. This can be seen simply from his means of developing the Propaganda Department.

Adhering to the principle of 'better a dead friend than a dead me', Saint Hesser published many editorials through the Propaganda Departments of other parties and some small newspapers, gradually causing a public opinion storm.

"This time, it's one-sided."

"We have to be like hunters, watching Bilon fight with those people, and then gain benefits from it. It's too stupid to go down in person."

Of course, you can't go down. The Radical Party itself is not as strong as the Justicialist Party now. There is no need to bring them down for some things, which is not good for yourself.

"Understood, Minister, should we have a meeting to unify our thinking."

"You come, I'll just watch from the side, but it's not very meaningful."

Now Saint Hesser knows some people through four or five lines, but it's not very useful. Like the Blue Faction, the Cordoba Gang, and the Radical Party, when he hasn't made anything himself,

Or when he hasn't shown his muscles and has the value of being used by others, there is no need to spend time on these three aspects. Most of them are looking at the faces of Thompson and Purkins.

Strength is the foundation, and Saint Hesser is also working hard to continuously improve his strength and lay the foundation for the future. The security school and the New Youth League are very different.

The New Youth League opens branches and sets them up in different universities, which can spread the lines to more places.

Powell is implementing his ideas, and some nearby universities also have the presence of the New Youth League.

Saint Hesser is working hard to increase his weight and has been appreciated by some big shots, especially some Radical Party leaders.

Saint Hesser is handling the work of the Propaganda Department with ease, and the foundation has also been laid. The Radical Party is very short of presidents who can perform and show off, which is relatively traditional.

As for the Socialists, let them go. Their reformists don't have much market in Argentina, after all, they are trying to challenge the authority of the president.

There is no sympathy or dislike, it all depends on sufficient acting skills, as long as it is not intentional.

Bilon seems to be preparing to choose the Americans between the military and the Americans, and plans to sell the country to American capital. This is also what the Socialist Party has publicized.

In fact, the military is unwilling to do so, which is a great damage to the interests of the military, and the Radical Party also opposes this, which is a self-digging grave behavior.

"The military is indeed showing signs of dissatisfaction with Bilon."

Because the national treasury has no money, he tried to sign some harsh opening treaties with the United States, jumping back and forth, and then cleaning up the officers, but the facts of later generations proved that they all failed.

In fact, because of Bilon's coquettish operations, especially the useless nationalization in the past few years, not only a large amount of tax revenue was lost, but also the national finances went bankrupt.

This led to an extreme lack of tax revenue in the Argentine national treasury, and even began to pay half of the wages. This in turn made them dissatisfied with Bilon. When Mrs. Bilon dies next year, the situation will definitely get worse and worse.

This in itself is Bilon's ambition and lack of talent, and self-righteousness, which led to the collapse of the 55-year rule.

"The real wall is down and everyone is pushing it. Except for Bilon's followers, almost all Argentines are against him."

"The British and American powers miss my great Argentina."

Saint Hesser said in his heart.

"Originally, you could earn money by standing and lying down, but you are not satisfied, and you have to kneel. It's really interesting, it's really a pit cargo."

......

Recently, the situation of Rhein Military Industry is very good. The industrial park has been completed, and the production line has been fully loaded.

In a short period of time, the profits have exceeded Pralli Food and Blue Cloud Shoes and Clothing, and are catching up with Thunder Mining, becoming Saint Hesser's most potential cash cow company, with a steady stream of profits.

The financial department, which calculates costs, is very low-key and calculates separately. Only a few people know how big the profits are.

The profit margin of Rhein Military Industry is at least 80% higher than other Argentine military factories, without middlemen making the difference.

Saint Hesser once again focused on the new product assault rifle. This is the most important link in the three goals of Rhein Military Industry, and the Fleitz factory has already reserved a lot of technology, waiting for the results of Host's trip to Europe.

If Farview can control the production cost well, this will be the most profitable light weapon in the future independent movement in the Third World, and can compete with AK47.
