In the "Mythology" world, he practiced asceticism in Zhongnan Mountain for more than two thousand years, and he is now practicing meditation.

Yoga is not the current yoga exercise, but a practice method in ancient India. Through practicing this method, one can achieve the state of "Brahman and Self are one".

Yoga practice is divided into eight stages, also known as the "Eight-limbed Practice", namely, keeping precepts, diligence, posture, regulating breathing, focusing the mind, concentrating the mind, entering into meditation, and samadhi.

After practicing these eight stages, one can achieve the state of "Brahman and Self are one", which is similar to the "unity of heaven and man" of Taoism in China.

Taoism believes that the center of the eyebrows is the upper Dantian, also known as the "Niwan Palace" and the "Yuan Shen Palace". The Niwan Palace must be used to practice internal skills. There is a saying in the "Quanzhen Da Dao Jing" that "Niwan is spinning rapidly on the top of the head".

Buddhism also believes that the center of the eyebrows is very important. Many Buddha statues and Bodhisattva statues have a white mark on the center of the eyebrows. Buddhists call it "the white hair between the eyebrows", which symbolizes compassion and wisdom.

Tantric Buddhism believes that there is a brow chakra at the center of the eyebrows, which is the gathering place of the left, middle and right three meridians, and is extremely important.

In many civilizations such as ancient Egypt, ancient Greece, ancient Northern Europe, Persia, Maya, Inca, Aztec, etc., the center of the eyebrows is also very important.

For example, the ancient Egyptian sun god Ra has a third eye at the center of the eyebrows, which is called the "Eye of Ra". Later, Ra merged with Horus, so this eye is also called the "Eye of Horus", which has the function of distinguishing good from evil and defending health and happiness.

In Christian mythology, God also has a third eye, called the "all-seeing eye", which means that God is always watching over humans.

So Xiang Nan's swelling between his eyebrows is not a bad thing, but a good thing.

Xiang Nan didn't care and continued to meditate and practice hard, and saw that his eyebrows were beating more and more violently, even visible to the naked eye, and his eyebrows bulged up and began to hurt.

Xiang Nan didn't care, and continued to practice hard and temper his spirit.

He saw that his eyebrows were beating more and more violently, and the more they bulged, it was like something was about to rush out from under his skin.

Xiang Nan continued to practice.

Finally, there was a cracking sound, and a gap appeared between Xiang Nan's eyebrows, but unexpectedly, no blood flowed out.

The gap became bigger and deeper. It was just a shallow crack at first, but as the brow beat, the crack became bigger and bigger.

Finally, a hole appeared in Xiang Nan's brow, and the bones, muscles, blood vessels, nerves and brain inside could be seen.

Then a group of muscles, blood vessels, nerves, etc. quickly gathered and merged, and an eyeball grew out in a moment and embedded in the hole at the brow, fitting perfectly, as if it had been there since birth.

At this moment, Xiang Nan suddenly raised his hand and grabbed the third eye with force, and then endured the huge pain and pulled the eyeball out.

The reason why Xiang Nan wanted to pull out the third eye that he had cultivated with great difficulty was because the third eye he had cultivated was just a heavenly eye.

Buddha said that there are five kinds of eyes: flesh eyes, heavenly eyes, wisdom eyes, Dharma eyes and Buddha eyes. Among them, mortals have flesh eyes and can only see things in front of them. The heavenly eye can ignore the distance and see all kinds of things far and near, up and down, front and back, inside and outside.

The wisdom eye can see through all visible and invisible things in the world, including worldly affairs and human hearts, so there are idioms such as "knowing people with wisdom eyes", "wisdom eyes like torches", "having unique wisdom eyes", etc.

The Dharma eye can see all the Dharma doors in the world, the six reincarnations, the past and the future, the cycle of cause and effect, and can see through all illusions. The Buddha eye is the highest level of eyes. The world is in the eyes, the past and the future are all in the hands, not entering reincarnation, not destroying cause and effect...

After two years of practice, Xiang Nan only cultivated a heavenly eye.

Although it can see all kinds of things far and near, up and down, front and back, inside and outside, the heavenly eye is still a heavenly eye, which is a long way behind the wisdom eye.

So Xiang Nan would rather bear the pain and change the heavenly eye into a wisdom eye.

This process really made him tremble with pain and almost faint, but he still held on and insisted on pressing the Mountain of Light diamond on his forehead.

Immediately afterwards, Xiang Nan fainted completely.

During his fainting period, the muscles, blood vessels, nerves, and skin on his forehead slowly recovered and tightly wrapped the Mountain of Light diamond.

After an unknown amount of time, when Xiang Nan woke up, he saw that the Mountain of Light diamond had long died on his forehead.

And it was no longer the pure and flawless diamond it was before. There were actually traces of blood inside, and a blurred pupil... just like an eyeball with cataracts.

This eyeball is now useless and can't see anything at all, but Xiang Nan knows that as long as time passes, this Mountain of Light diamond will truly become his eyes, and eventually give him the power of Shiva.

Of course, it is not easy to refine this wisdom eye, and it requires a lot of time and energy.

Fortunately, Xiang Nan has all of these.

After looking at it for a long time, Xiang Nan closed his third eye.

As his third eye closed, the skin between his eyebrows healed, and there was no sign of anything unusual.

In this way, no one knew that Xiang Nan had a third eye.
