Six Ring Wizard

Chapter 15 Traitor

Herage saw a man lying in the grass. In front of the grass was a pile of stones. ♙

He smiled and pulled the bowstring. The dark blue auxiliary aim showed that he could shoot the man's head through the gap in the stone.

There was another sound, and the man lying on the ground twitched and then fell silent.

There are still people squatting below, but their heads are popping out a little.

Herage found the right angle and shot directly into the head, with red and white splashing out.

After he shot four people in a row, the remaining nine people hid in blind spots and did not dare to show their anger.

"Didn't the intelligence say there was no one here? Why is there a sharpshooter!" Someone angrily scolded the intelligence workers.

Now they were completely beaten to death by Herague, and no one dared to move.

Just because they didn't move didn't mean Herage wouldn't move.

Deep Blue quickly calculated another perfect sniper point. Emil continued to guard the mountain pass, and Herague quietly moved his position.

Herague transformed into the god of death and killed another person with one arrow.

"He's over there! Be careful!" Someone immediately gave the information, and then he was shot through the throat with an arrow.

Seeing that the situation was not good, the knight in the lead immediately retreated with a sudden burst of speed.

He thought that since he was so fast, Herague should not be able to target him.

When Herage saw this scene, he put three arrows on his fine steel bow.

After these three arrows were shot out, all possible dodge spaces were blocked for the knight, making him certain to die.

The knight also discovered this situation, with a look of despair on his face, and then he was shot through the heart by an arrow and fell to the ground.

Seeing this scene, Emil rushed straight to kill. The leading knight was dead, and the others were not worth mentioning. And with Herrag backing him up, he didn't have to worry about his own safety at all.

He entered the flock like a tiger and chopped down a person with great force, as if he was venting his depression.

Someone next to him wanted to fight back, but as soon as he raised his hand, Herag shot him through the heart.

In the end, only two of the fourteen people were left. They surrendered and fell to their knees with their heads in their hands, shivering.

"I ask, you answer." Herage said expressionlessly.

"Okay! Okay!" The two men were a little frightened when they saw the fine steel bow on Herag's body. This man's accuracy was so terrifying that he even shot a knight-level strongman to death.

"Who are you?"

These two people thought that you didn't even know who we were, so you killed us all. They were just murderous gods, but they only said yes: "The subordinates of Simon, the lord of Behard."

"Purpose, don't tell me that you are here to attend a wedding." Herage continued to ask.

"I just came to the pumpkin farm to plunder and grab some things, because no one was stationed there in previous years. ╰╮" the person on the left said, holding his head.

Herage didn't say anything. He pulled out his long sword and struck the man to death with one strike.

"Tell me." Herage continued to ask.

The remaining man had his face spattered with blood and did not dare to wipe it off. His courage was shattered and he said with a trembling voice: "I...we are going to attack Baron Buck's castle. The order we received is, Lurking around the castle, Baron Buck will die on the wedding day, and then we will attack the castle with others. And...and there are people in the castle who have rebelled..."

Herage and Emil looked at each other and realized the seriousness of the problem.

He continued to ask some questions, and after confirming that there was no valuable information, he gave the man a happy surprise.

"It seems Simon is not giving up. He doesn't even give Duke Tulip face. I think he is tired of living." Emil's eyes were gloomy.

Since these people dare to say that Baron Buck must die, it means that the wizard contacted by Simon will take action. Only wizards dare to say that they can kill a powerful knight.

"We have to set off immediately to inform the Baron of the news, but it may be too late now." Emil said as he rushed back to the farm.

The farm was at least seven days away from the castle, and the wedding would start in four days. They had to travel non-stop to catch the wedding.

Herage and Emil rode horses at high speed on the mountain road. They ate on horseback and only stopped to rest when they were extremely tired.

After three days, they were fine, but the two horses couldn't run anymore.

There was no choice but to leave the horses where they were and walk forward on foot. Anyway, the old horses knew the way and would return home on their own.

In the early morning of the fourth day, Herage and Emil finally walked out of the Emerald Mountains and could see the town in the distance.

When they came to the town, the town was full of joy, and everyone was celebrating that Miss Melissa could marry into the Tulip family.

"Emil! Come and have a drink!" A guard responsible for patrolling the town had a red face and a wine glass in his hand. He was already drunk.

"Who asked you to drink?" Emil roared.

The drunken guard said: "Butler Ivan said we can drink. He also specially provided us with good wine. He said today is Miss Melissa's wedding day and we can celebrate."

"Ivan!" Emil yelled the name through gritted teeth.

Ivan has stayed in the castle for many years and has been working with Baron Buck for a long time. He is usually very low-key and always does things quietly.

"Now it seems that this Butler Ivan has a big problem. He should not interfere in the security matter." Herage said.

The butler is only responsible for internal affairs, he has no right to command the guards.

Emil said solemnly: "Guards on mission must not drink alcohol. This is an iron rule. It is impossible for Ivan not to know it. Ivan usually does not ask about the affairs of the guards. He should be a traitor, and he is probably not the only one."

When the two arrived at the castle, they found that even the guard at the castle gate had drunk some wine. When asked, it was Butler Ivan who provided it.

The banquet in the castle has already begun. It is a thank you banquet for the woman. Duke Tulip only sent a butler as a representative to attend.

The wide square was filled with tables filled with a variety of food and wine.

The space in the middle was vacant, and there were several dancers dancing there.

Baron Buck and Melissa were sitting on the high platform. Baron Buck was talking and laughing with the butler of Duke Tulip's family.

Melissa looked sad and hadn't eaten anything.

When the embarrassed Herage appeared in the square, they attracted everyone's attention.

Melissa saw Emil at a glance, her melancholy eyes suddenly brightened, and she shouted tenderly: "Emil!"

Baron Buck saw Emil's gloomy face and asked, "Why are you back!"

Emil walked to the high platform and knelt down on one knee: "Please forgive me for being rude, Lord Baron. Herrag and I wiped out a wave of invaders in the Behard territory at the pumpkin farm three days ago. According to the intelligence of the survivors, , they will take action against the Baron today, and there are traitors in the castle. We travel day and night just to remind the Baron to be careful!"
