The book "Strange Kitchen" has finally been successfully completed!

Thinking back on my creative experience for almost a year, the early stage seems to be fine. But in the next two or three months, because the data is not very good, and there are many things to be busy in real life, the enthusiasm for writing books has declined sharply.

However, it is a victory to finish writing from beginning to end!

Moreover, after writing the whole book, I personally think the degree of completion of the story is quite high. Basically all the pits left have been filled, and the foreshadowing has also been collected.

To say that the only unfilled hole is Donne's revived [Forging] skill. In fact, there was a chance to upgrade, but it has never been used.

Although you may not remember it, it doesn't matter! I remember!

That's right, didn't the protagonist group go to Dragon Rest to hunt dragons at the end.

In fact, that plot was supposed to be a branch line in the middle and late stages, which was upgraded to [Turning]. But during that time, I really didn't have any enthusiasm for writing books, so I cut off this branch line and filled it to the end.

Therefore, everyone will treat it as the protagonist at the end, after eating dragon meat, he successfully upgraded this resurrection skill (squinting smile).

Now that we have talked about the content of the story, let's talk about the ending of the story by the way.

The ending of the episode is about Chen Yu and Xu Anan on Earth, happy ending.

But in fact, the ending I originally arranged for them was a tragic ending.

I have written "After the morning star sees the dawn, it will fall below the horizon." The meaning of the names of the two people more or less implies that they will have a tragic ending.

The ending of their story would have stopped at that sentence, "Thank you, Chen Yu. Goodbye, Chen Yu."

Then Xu An'an would say to Chen Yu: "Maybe another us will meet in another world."

But after the ending was written, I thought about it, the story is over, if there is a tragic ending, it seems to affect everyone's mood.

So I added some more content and gave them a good ending.

I am actually quite satisfied with the ending of this family carnival.

Finally, let’s talk about a small easter egg of text structure.

In the whole book, I used one "..." in all the transitions, but in the first chapter, when Chen Yu entered the game cabin and Dawn was born, I used three ellipses.

It means that the protagonist in my novel has changed, and Chen Yu and Donne are two independent individuals.

I think this little easter egg is quite interesting, so I will mention it to everyone, hehe.

I have an interesting idea for a new book, but I want to spend more time polishing a finished outline before starting to write.

For a book like "Strange Kitchen", I only had to blur the outline of the story, and then I thought about the ending in advance. Other than that, I wrote most of the time on the belly draft, and the writing was not very smooth in some places when the inspiration was exhausted.

If there is a complete outline, both my creative experience and everyone's reading experience may be greatly improved.
