Strange talk live room

Chapter 1099 Poisoning

I thought of the black skeleton and had a bad feeling in my heart.

certainly.

This ominousness is not directed at me, but at these strong men.

I used a flashlight and used a stick to clear away the weeds, pretending to be searching in the camp.

"Why don't you leave? Did you drop something?" The young man was very surprised.

"Well, it's a very important thing." I nodded, "The water for this group is a bit deep, so be careful and don't always provoke them."

"It doesn't matter if they are deep or not, if they dare to mess around in the mountain, the mountain god will take care of them." The young man hummed.

"How are you so sure there is a mountain god here? Have you seen it with your own eyes?"

"I" the young man said, then swallowed it back, "Anyway, I'm sure! Just believe me, don't get involved with these people, and go down the mountain when you find something."

"Why do you always drive me down the mountain? I come here specifically to find inspiration. If I don't stay for one night to get a sense of it, wouldn't my trip be in vain?"

The young man thought for a moment and said, "Something bad might happen tonight. If you don't run away early, it might affect you."

"What's up"

"Don't ask, I won't tell you if you ask me. Anyway, you believe me! Whatever you lost, I'll help you find it!"

He saw that I was not in the same group as the strong man, and his attitude towards me finally became better.

"Cell phone." I said casually.

"Then you make a call, and when the ring rings, don't you know where you are?"

“I lost my cell phone, what should I use to call my cell phone?”

"Oh." The boy scratched his head and took out an old mobile phone with worn corners from his pocket.

"I can help you fight."

"The battery is probably out. Try dialing it. This is the number." I said as I put my hand in my pocket and turned off the phone.

The young man dialed the number, put the phone to his ear, listened, and shook his head.

"The battery is really out. I have no choice. I can only look for it bit by bit."

"Look for it slowly, I'm not in a hurry."

The two of us wandered around the camp, and the strong man guarded the camp, never taking his eyes off us.

After a while, there was movement not far away.

Several flashlights came over along with the sound of footsteps.

"Doctor Nie!"

The captain immediately greeted him.

The few people who emerged from the bushes were a tall female doctor and a few strong men.

Behind them are a middle-aged man in a jacket and a fat old man being carried on his back.

"Mr. Jia, you go and have a rest first, and I'll go check on them."

Dr. Nie said to the fat old man.

The fat old man was taking the medicine and sucking it in his mouth. He was out of breath and waved his hands without thinking about talking.

Then he patted the strong man carrying him like a horse.

The middle-aged man supported him, the strong man carried him on his back, and the fat old man went back to the big tent to rest.

The remaining people, including Dr. Nie, followed the captain and quickly went to the tent where the two people were twitching.

The curtain opened, Dr. Nie took a look inside, and his expression suddenly changed.

"The space in the tent is limited. Captain, you and I can go in, and everyone else can go ahead." She looked at the captain with a pointed look.

The captain understood immediately and waved to the others.

"Go back to your respective posts. Doctor Nie and I are here, don't worry."

"Brother, what happened to them?" someone asked curiously.

"It's nothing serious. The air underground is not flowing smoothly and there are some harmful gases. It's just a little poisonous." Dr. Nie said.

"Dizziness, fainting, and convulsions are all normal. Please give them some space to rest. They should recover soon."

"It's okay."

No one thought much and everyone dispersed.

Doctor Nie and the captain looked at each other and entered the tent together.

And, quickly pull up the door curtain.

Their squatting shadows were vaguely reflected on the tent.

It could be seen that Dr. Nie put on gloves and examined the two people who had fainted.

As for what she talked about with the captain, no one knows.

A while passed.

The tent curtain opened, and Dr. Nie and the captain came out one after another.

"Is anyone else in a similar situation?"

"Not yet. I will keep an eye on it and let you know as soon as possible if I find it."

"Don't let anyone else know yet."

"I see."

The two whispered a few words. Dr. Nie took off his gloves that were stained with black ash, threw them into the fire, and looked in the direction of the boy and me.

"Those two people?"

"Say you lost something and leave as soon as you find it."

"Keep an eye on it."

"rest assured."

Doctor Nie nodded and returned to the big tent.

The captain's expression remained normal.

Two people were lying quietly in the tent, and it was vaguely visible from the reflected shadows that their bodies had become a little rickety.

"Where did you drop your phone? I've been looking for it for a long time and still can't find it." The boy followed me around and complained.

"I'm not in a hurry. Why are you in a hurry? I don't know where exactly it is, but this is it! I burned paper here during the day to pay homage to these miners who died."

I pointed to the black ashes after burning the paper.

"Why do you want to worship them? Are you related to them?" The young man was a little surprised.

"It doesn't matter. I just feel sorry for them. Because of an accident, they are buried deep underground forever and can't even return home."

The young man was silent for a moment and whispered: "They will go back."

"Why? Don't tell me, it's the mountain gods again. If there really were mountain gods, wouldn't they have returned to their hometowns long ago?"

"Then the time won't come. When the time comes, they will be able to go back naturally."

"What do you mean?"

The young man didn't want to answer and shook his head: "You are asking questions again. Find your phone quickly!"

"By the way, you haven't told me what your name is yet." I took the initiative, "My surname is Li, and everyone likes to call me Boss Li."

"Aren't you a novelist? Why are you the boss again?"

“Who said that novelists can’t be bosses?”

The young man curled his lips: "You can call me Hui Zi?"

"Huizi? Isn't this name too appropriate? But I heard someone say that this mouse is called Gray Fairy. Does this have something to do with it?" I asked very curiously.

"For some people, rats are annoying animals, but for others, they are like gods."

"I know, you are a descendant of miners!" I affirmed, "Only miners regard rats as gods."

The young man didn't refute, so he acquiesced.

"You came here, you have relatives buried down there, right?"

The young man nodded silently.

No wonder he hates people who come to mine so much.

"Condolences."

I wanted to reach out and pat his shoulder, but thinking about the black dust that couldn't be wiped off my hands, I took my hand back.

"It's nothing, it's all life."

The young man pretended to be indifferent, raised his head, and looked coldly at the people in the camp.

"Everyone who steals things from the mountains will pay the price, no one is exempt!"

After a pause, he looked at the dark sky again.

"I see you're not that short of money. Otherwise, don't use your phone. Come down the mountain quickly. We don't have much time."

In the sky, a thin crescent moon appeared out of nowhere.
