Strange talk live room
Chapter 980 A surprise
There seemed to be a flash of light on the gray lattice window.
But it was only a flash, and after a blink of an eye, the darkness returned.
The young man holding a light in his hand looked suspicious.
He was wearing a white T-shirt and denim jacket with a pair of sweatpants, which was ordinary but refreshing.
"What's wrong, Dongzi?" Another young man came over and asked strangely.
They all have similar dressing styles, except that this one wears a gray sports coat with ripped jeans, which is more casual.
"Da Hui, I seem to see a light shining behind that window." Dongzi pointed at the window.
The location seems to be between the second and first floors.
"Is it Xiao Wan?" Dahui glanced at it, disapprovingly.
"What we are going to shoot today is an exterior scene. What was he doing inside?"
"Maybe he was bored by himself, just looking around, or maybe he went in to use the toilet."
"No matter what you are doing, you should answer the phone."
"Maybe the battery is out. Why do you care so much about him? You'll find out when he comes back and asks. Let's work first. It's not like you don't know Director Zeng's temper."
Dahui started to work.
"Yes." Dongzi looked away from the window, but at this moment, out of the corner of his eye, he seemed to catch a glimpse of a handprint on the window.
"Who's there?!"
Dongzi suddenly raised his head and looked over again, but the hand disappeared, leaving only the glass covered by darkness.
"Why are you so surprised?" Da Hui was startled by his shout.
"I saw a hand." Dongzi frowned and turned on a light.
A bright light shines on that window.
However, due to the distance, the light shining through was relatively weak, and the window was still blurry.
"Where is it? You must have seen it wrong!" Dahui squinted and shook his head, "Get to work quickly, don't worry about these things!"
"Maybe." Dongzi himself couldn't explain clearly.
The two began to work again.
No one spoke, and the courtyard became extremely quiet.
Soon, lights were placed throughout the courtyard.
Although the entire courtyard was much brighter, the corners where the light could not reach appeared darker.
The wind blew, and the deep grass and trees rustled and swayed, reflecting strange swaying shadows under the light.
"Dahui, have you heard about this church?" Dongzi seemed a little uneasy.
"What's the matter?" Da Hui raised his head.
"It is said that this church has a history of a hundred years and was built by a foreign missionary."
"What do I think? Isn't this something everyone knows?"
"I heard that the missionary died in the church, and his ashes have been stored here until now." Dongzi looked at the deep grass with some fear.
"Do you think he hasn't left yet?"
Dahui put down what he was holding, thought for a moment, and showed a serious expression.
"It's possible. I heard that in the West, the night of the full moon is a day when ghosts are haunted. We must not be alone, it's too bad."
He suddenly stopped and looked at Dongzi with wide eyes.
"Xiao Wan is just a person, can he?"
Dongzi was shocked and his face changed: "Isn't it?"
"Who knows, don't talk about people during the day and don't talk about ghosts at night, maybe." Dahui's mysterious expression suddenly turned into fear, and his fingers pointed behind Dongzi with trembling fingers.
"Dongzi! Behind you."
"Mom!"
Dongzi yelled and ran forward two steps in panic, but heard Dahui's laughter.
He was stunned for a moment and raised his head, only to see Da Hui holding his stomach, and his laughter echoed throughout the courtyard.
"Ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha!"
"Dongzi, I didn't expect you to be so timid?"
"What age is it?"
Inside the church, on the stairs.
At the corner of the first and second floors, I stood by the window.
I wiped off the dust on a piece of glass with my hands, and I had a panoramic view of the situation in the courtyard.
A man in a denim jacket was teased by his companion and was chasing him to beat him.
Laughter broke the silence of the courtyard.
Not far from the church, a small group of people was walking towards this direction.
That’s the big army of small theater studios.
They shot exterior scenes in the courtyard, which did not affect my exploration of the interior of the church.
Withdrawing my gaze, I turned on the flashlight and continued walking upstairs.
"The light appears again!"
By coincidence, the flash of light on the window was seen by Dong Zi in the courtyard.
"Are you still addicted to playing? Do you think I am you and would be scared by your little tricks!" Dahui was unmoved and didn't even bother to look.
"I'm serious, it's definitely not my eyes this time!" Dongzi said seriously.
"We hung so many lights on the trees, and the lights sway when the wind blows. What's the fuss?"
"But there was no wind just now." Dongzi wanted to say something else, but the director and a group of people came in.
"How are you two preparing?" the director wearing a cap backwards asked as he came in.
He is not very old either and looks only a little more mature than these young employees.
He looks quite interesting, with a square face and squinty eyes, a bit like a Tibetan fox.
"Director Zeng, the lights have been placed as mentioned before. Do you think there is anything that needs to be adjusted or added?" Da Hui said.
Director Zeng looked around.
"That's almost it. We're going to shoot the scene under the flower stand later. You can add an extra light there."
As he spoke, he clapped his hands and raised his voice to shout to everyone.
"Everyone else hastened to get ready. The reflectors and props were all put up. Makeup was retouched where needed, and the camera was adjusted where needed."
"We will officially start shooting in half an hour!"
The busy small team dilutes the gloominess of the courtyard.
Dongzi didn't have time to think too much and threw himself into work.
In all the busyness, everyone seemed to have forgotten Xiao Wan.
Inside the church, I walked up the red-carpeted stairs and successfully reached the second floor.
The lobby on the second floor is much smaller than the first floor.
A large long dining table is placed in the center.
There is also a large crystal chandelier on the top, with unburned candles on the candlesticks.
The dining table was covered with a thick tablecloth, covering the space under the table.
Thirteen chairs were neatly surrounding the long table, and there was nothing on the table.
"The Last Supper?"
I took out my black umbrella and walked over. I carefully picked up the hanging tablecloth with the tip of the umbrella and quickly lifted it up.
There was nothing under the table except dust.
Letting go of the tablecloth, I walked to the back of the hall with my flashlight on.
There are three rooms here, which may be borrowed by believers.
The dark brown solid wood door is embedded in the white wall.
Every door is closed.
The door and door panels were covered with thick dust, proving that no one had been here before.
I walked over and tried to twist the door handle.
Every door was locked.
"Is there something hidden in these rooms?"
I looked around, took out a small wire from my pocket, and inserted it into the keyhole of one of the doors.
Fiddle with it a bit.
Click——
The lock spring springs.
"It's open." I put away the wire and pushed open the door.
The flashlight shines into the dark room.
Dust danced in the beam of light.
The first thing that caught my eye was a pool of blood on the ground.
