Amon walked ahead while the two followed honestly. Their faces looked amusing in the reflections as he remembered the first time he met the boss of his first publishing company before realising it wasn't for him.

'Ah... good memories.'

[Hmph! Before you met me!]

'Don't get mad! Let's explore everything together—what time are we meeting tonight? I want you to meet Elma and work with her. Do you mind?'

[That cat is pretty cute... I hope she doesn't beat me like she did you!]

'Shush, you are so plump and cute, but you've barely lifted a knife; I cannot teach you well enough to protect your life. But she and Kizuna... I am sure you know they can.'

He sat down on his sofa instead of the work chair after being surprised his office was completely fixed, which was quite well-timed.

Rebecca was sitting on her desk in the corner, tapping away so focused that she didn't notice him, even with her black glasses with a cute little raccoon on them.

[Hmph... well, I will get so strong that I can beat you up! Then you will make me feel good whenever I want. Otherwise, I punch you!]

Elma walked behind the group, her tail swaying from the side as she no longer needed to hide it.

Her lovely white striped tiger ears and tail were always on display before she noticed Rebecca and smiled, then stopped acting like a guard and started pestering Rebecca.

Amon ignored the two girls acting independently and merely looked at the two shy people like little deer in headlights.

A smirk came to his face, which caused the two to feel even more terrified! When your handsome, rich boss smiles at you with a charming look! Run!

"Mister Chang, I've heard about the good things you've been doing since becoming the head of security team 1."

"Honestly, with your expertise and time management, it helped the new workers and part-timers to improve significantly."

The two didn't speak, seemingly awe-struck and dominated by the aura their boss was giving—not only them but even Elma watched with gentle eyes, whispering, "That's my future spouse."

While Rebecca was typing everything he said, recording the minutes without even being asked, she settled into her job rather fast—even Kizuna was impressed by her knowledge and ability to read the mood when it came to work.

Romance... Not so much.

"Some might say security is a low-skilled job, but for those in the highest level of business, we know just how important it is."

"Thank you, sir! I was doing as I was taught in the Military!" Chang Yu was honest and saluted before standing smart and firm; his chin held high.

"Good, that's why I wanted to offer you a new position; you will take care of all Security related to the Double Dragon company and my safety when out and about."

"As for the job perks, your salary will be tripled; the holidays will be 35 days a year with health care for you and your family and support with getting your own house."

"What do you think? Take a read of this." Amon threw the pages of writing that he had written from the moment he sat down to offer the job—it detailed most of the work, the NDA policy and also a pension programme that he planned to start in his name as "Amon Winchester" for his most trusted workers and staff.

Chang Yu gave another bow and salute before sitting as offered and began to go through the documents slowly, taking out a small looking glass to check even the small print.

Isabella was different; she didn't know if she was going to be punished or recruited; looking at Amon with a slightly worried glance, observing his handsome face that watched Chang Yu reading his contract with a smirk before his eyes met with hers and winked at her causing Isabella to feel flustered for a moment.

She felt a little angry that he teased her and then started smirking and wanted to know if those documents he was now writing were a set for her.

"As for you, Isabella..."

Amon was even more amused that she didn't show an unhappy face or complain when he called her by name.

"Please let me finish the contract with Chang Yu, and I will discuss your future position if you are willing to remain with me," Amon said with a charming voice, looking at her beautiful green eyes.

*Thud!*

Suddenly Chang Yu put down his pen with a little too much force after signing and stamping the document; he looked at Amon with a look of awe and respect that this contract was written in less than 10 minutes WITH a full detailed plan of his future work and even highlighted he didn't need to do the things that he was against.

Chang Yu gave one last bow to Amon before almost shouting. "I look forward to serving you, Master Amon!"

The muscular man was amusing for Amon as he tapped the table and looked at Chang Yu with a gentle smile, "Take some time off—it won't be counted from your new contract but the days of your old one."

"Let's give you 1 month to train, but your salary will increase to half your new one in the meantime, so still double your current."

"Is that alright with you, as stated in the contract?"

"OF COURSE!"

"Haha... so powerful and energetic; I like you." Amon nodded, tapping the table again, before looking at Rebecca with a wry smile as her little racoon glasses looked at him.

"Can you please contact HR and get a copy of this contract for My Chang and tell them I have allowed him to take all his current vacation days for the next 3 weeks and follow the contract's details for his wages."

"Yes, Amon!" Rebecca, although in love with Amon, would work hard, never letting it interfere with her work; that's why having her around wasn't a negative.

"Chang Yu, although your wife might have left you due to her lack of virtue, do not rule yourself out and always be on the lookout for someone new."

Amon had become someone close to worship for Chang Yu, and his desire to work hard was greater than even when he served in the Military.

Chang Yu's positive attitude was infectious, and Amon found himself smiling, too; being a villain didn't need to be all brooding and plotting...

"Well now, Isabella, sorry for the wait—please sit down." Amon tapped the sofa beside him, smiling at the pretty Mexica lady.

"They are my employee, so that I will take responsibility..." Amon smiled bitterly, while Isabella showed a look of respect and, as her issues and anger had finally settled completely.

"The offer and role I am giving you, Isabella Ramirez, is one to protect the important women of the company and my immediate family. I plan to recruit 20 women who will all train alongside you and be the female bodyguard force named "Phantoms." Although you will be bodyguards..."

"I also hope to train you in the role of the person you protect, giving all 21 new life skills that could help should you move on to new options."

"Because of your daughter, the offer is slightly different from Chang's, with the ability to leave early as long as you arrange for someone to cover for you from the other members of Phantom, and this offer will be given to all female members as sometimes it's best to be flexible."
