There is currently a test prototype that has withstood more than 400 hours of continuous testing.

Moreover, during the test, it was still a real flight simulation. Operations such as changing ducts, accelerating and decelerating, switching on and off afterburning and reverse thrust were continuously performed through software control.

At present, the engine condition is still normal, and testing is still ongoing day and night.

In fact, if the duration of this extreme life test is doubled in normal use, it will definitely be no problem.

Therefore, based on the current performance of the turbofan, it is definitely no problem to use it for 2,000 hours. It has already reached the practical qualification line. Next, it depends on where the limit is.
