From 12 to 15 years old, it is the early training stage, which requires not only technical training, but also mental improvement. Players should understand how to view the game, how to correctly deal with victory and failure, and how to deal with difficulties.

The third stage comes at the age of 16, when there is a clear diversion. The selected talented teenagers will receive tactical training in the game and improve their physical conditions. Some more talented players have even entered the professional arena before the age of 19.

But to be fair, most domestic young grassroots football enthusiasts often have not completed the second stage of training at the age of 18, let alone tactical understanding. For Wei Le, the most obvious requirement for this situation is to arrange tactics, training and even wording more carefully.

If players know "why to do it" on the basis of knowing "what to do", they can become the real implementers of the coach's intentions, not just puppets.

Football games are not like the manager mode of PES or FIFA series games, where the coach can control every move of each player.

For example, when it comes to formations, Wei Le deliberately avoided explaining "formations" and emphasized the responsibilities of each player.

The 4231 set displayed on Wei Le's notebook is not always a fixed formation. Wei Le encourages players to think freely and break through the limitations of these rules and regulations.

He requires Han Yang to play his speed advantage more in the defensive stage, slow down the opponent's offensive rhythm along the way, and force the opponent to give up fast breaks. This requires him to retreat more in defense, and even stand on the same parallel line with the full-back Wang Chen.
