#385 - Troy
Circe pulled her jade foot back from the rubble, raised both hands as purple energy surged from them, and a whirlwind swept up the stones on the ground.
With a gentle flick of her fingers, the stones, originally of varying sizes, were all crushed into powder by her magic. Under Circe's command, the powder was piled together.
Circe snapped her fingers, and a glass bottle appeared in her hand, filled with a clear liquid that looked no different from ordinary spring water, but the life force it contained seemed ready to burst forth.
"Water from the Well of Rebirth." Circe shook the glass bottle in her hand, a hint of morbidity in her eyes.
"The Well of Rebirth is the womb of the earth goddess Gaia, the place where all life is conceived. It is where all the Amazons were born. Generally, life nurtured by the earth goddess is at least a demigod, but a completely new race of gods is something Zeus would never tolerate, so the goddess had to lower her standards. Even so, the Amazons are still powerful, considered the best among those below demigods."
Circe gently tossed the glass bottle. Magically, it didn't fall to the ground but floated in the air. Under her magical control, the stopper was removed, and the water inside, like a snake, slithered out and floated toward the pile of powder.
"With a little guidance from the Well of Rebirth's water, activating the power hidden by the goddess, a powerful demigod will be born under my hand."
As if conducting a symphony, Circe extended two fingers, waving them continuously in the air. The water and powder intertwined and merged, eventually becoming a clay-like substance.
Under Circe's direction, the clay began to take shape, eventually becoming a clay figure. With Circe's exquisite craftsmanship, the clay figure's appearance became increasingly clear, finally resembling Diana by fifty percent.
Looking at her masterpiece, even Circe couldn't help but nod. As the magic ceased, the earthen clay figure disappeared, leaving behind only a shapely and proud young woman's body.
"Seems like something's missing?" Circe tapped her chin lightly. The originally seductive witch now seemed somewhat playful and cute.
"That's it!" Circe suddenly realized, immediately turning to look behind her, only to find that the Witch Child had long disappeared, but on the coffee table was a red orb, the size of an eye, with black energy swirling inside.
"How sensible of you." With a wave of her hand, the orb floated into her right hand. Pinching it with two jade-like fingers, Circe looked at the swirling black aura inside with a playful smile.
Extending her left index finger, she gently tapped the orb. The black aura exploded, evenly merging into the red, and the orb instantly turned dark red.
Gently blowing on it, the orb swayed and floated towards the prepared maiden. In Circe's expectant gaze, the orb entered the maiden's brow without any obstruction, and the body's aura underwent a tremendous change.
If it was originally lifeless, it was now full of vitality. The maiden's eyelids twitched a few times before she opened her eyes.
Like Wonder Woman, she had blue eyes, which blinked a few times and then looked at the world before her with the first hint of curiosity after being born.
"Troy, my Troy."
Before the maiden could observe the world further, Circe appeared before her with a look of affection and embraced her naked body.
"You are?" The maiden did not reject the woman who showed her kindness. Her brain was like a ball of paste, stirred over and over with a stick, extremely chaotic.
The maiden felt like she should know something, but when she tried to think about it, she couldn't remember anything, as if those things were riding horses and dodging her pursuit.
"I am your mother, don't you remember, Troy?" A flash of cunning passed through Circe's eyes, but the muddled maiden did not catch this emotion.
"My... mother?" The confusion in the maiden's eyes deepened. The originally clear, lake-like eyes were now as turbid as if someone had thrown a handful of stones into them.
"Yes." Circe released the maiden from her embrace, and with a flick of her wrist, a robe appeared in her hand. Circe gently draped the robe over the maiden, covering her beautiful body, just like a real mother would.
The maiden then came back to her senses, clutching the robe with both hands, a hint of shyness on her face, and timidly asked, "Then can you please tell me what exactly is going on?"
"Of course, my sweet." Circe looked at the maiden with the gentlest gaze, telling her the story she had prepared long ago.
In Circe's fabrication, she became a queen exiled by the Amazons simply because she became pregnant with Zeus's child before the current Queen Hippolyta. Hippolyta held a grudge and used a trick to slander the legitimacy of Circe's child, then used clay to create a child, claiming that this clay child was the legitimate child of Zeus. Because the clay figure was born faster than the maiden, the clay figure actually seized the maiden's position.
Hippolyta also used tricks and beauty to bewitch the gods, causing them to transfer all the blessings that should have been given to the maiden to the clay figure. Now, the clay figure, possessing the blessings of the gods, completely became the legitimate child of Zeus, and Circe could only wander overseas with the child in her womb. Circe vowed to take back everything that belonged to the maiden, but because of her weak strength, she had never succeeded. The maiden lived a life like an ordinary girl.
But all of this changed when the maiden turned eighteen. The sleeping bloodline of the god-king suddenly awakened, and the maiden possessed the power to compete with the fake. Only then did Circe dare to tell the maiden everything. Knowing everything, the maiden was furious and shouted: Thirty years east of the river, thirty years west of the river, don't bully the young and poor!
Then she took her sword and headed to Paradise Island, but failed to find the fake clay figure, only finding the creator of the clay figure, the enchantress Hippolyta. But the maiden did not let the enchantress go, slaughtering in all directions on Paradise Island. Although she suffered heavy injuries, she also killed Hippolyta, and finally escaped back seriously injured. Under the care of her mother Circe, she finally regained her sanity.

Although Circe's lies had many flaws, the newly born, muddled maiden was caught off guard by this string of stories. In addition to the influence of Circe's magic and the Witch Child, the maiden subconsciously agreed with Circe's explanation.
"Mother." The maiden Troy reached out and gently wiped away the tears flowing from Circe's eyes, saying solemnly.
"I will definitely win back the throne that belongs to you, and take back everything that the clay figure owes me. It's just a pity that my mind is very confused right now, and I have even forgotten the name of my enemy. Please tell me her name."
"Sob, sob." Circe rubbed her eyes and said, "Her name is Diana, the princess of Paradise Island, and the current Wonder Woman."
Hearing the name of her enemy, Troy found her target, and anger rose in her eyes. The lake-like blue disappeared without a trace, and now only a flame-like red remained.
'Troy, my Troy.' Circe covered her expression with her sleeve, seemingly burying her head in painful crying, but she was actually snickering with petty satisfaction.
'When you break through the impregnable Paradise Island like the Trojan Horse, then Mom will really be happy.'
