#85 - Set off
“I still can't quite believe it.” 616 Peter carefully examined his body. “After your white light, we won't have any rejection issues?”
“If you don't believe me, take a look at this.”
Yang Le was standing in front of the experimental platform. He stepped aside, revealing a microscope.
Hearing this, 616 Peter leaned over and put his eyes to the eyepiece. Through the microscope, he could clearly see the cells on the stage.
These cells were decaying at a rate visible to the naked eye. The decay process was just like the rejection they had experienced earlier. After a mosaic-like transformation, the cells were no longer active.
“This is your hair before it was stabilized,” Yang Le explained.
“My hair?” 616 Peter touched his head. “When did you pluck it?”
“You scratched your head and a lot fell out. I just picked it up,” Yang Le shrugged, cutting the middle-aged man's heart.
“And this is after stabilization.”
After speaking, Yang Le took advantage of 616 Peter's inattention and plucked another hair from his head.
“Ouch!” 616 Peter was a step late and could only look at Yang Le with resentment.
“Be careful, this is all my precious ‘property’.”
“If you were healthier, your ‘property’ wouldn't need you to take such care of it.”
Yang Le placed the hair on another microscope and let 616 Peter take another look. Sure enough, the decay of the cells had stopped.
“Amazing.” Ultimate Peter also took a look, finding it hard to imagine that there were creatures in the universe with such power.
“The effect of the stabilization light can only last about three days,” Yang Le held up three fingers. “But I think that should be enough. Although I can irradiate you again, I don't think anyone wants to stay that long.”
“Then let's go tonight, to avoid complications,” Spider-Noir pressed down his hat brim and suggested.
“Hey.”
A weak voice sounded. Everyone turned around and found that it was Miles. He looked preoccupied, as if he had something to say but didn't know how to start.
“What's wrong, Miles?” Ultimate Peter helped him out, after all, Miles was brought by him, and he had an obligation to take care of him.
“Is there something you want to say? You can say it boldly, and I will help you.”
Ultimate Peter didn't agree on behalf of everyone; he couldn't do that kind of kidnapping.
Under Ultimate Peter's guidance, Miles hesitated again and again, but still voiced his concerns.
“The Prowler,” Miles lowered his head, not daring to look at anyone. “That purple guy, he is my uncle.”
“What?” Spider-Ham widened his eyes.
“You mean our base has been infiltrated by a spy? Good heavens, even children's cartoons don't do that.”
“I am not a spy,” Miles became agitated. “I only found out yesterday.”
“Yesterday, I accidentally encountered Spider-Man fighting bad guys. When that quantum collider was activated, the Prowler saved me. After he saved me, he took off his mask to comfort me, and that's when I knew he was Uncle Aaron.”
“Bad guy turns into family,” Spider-Ham shrugged helplessly. “Such a classic trope.”
“I want to ask you not to hurt him,” Miles ignored Spider-Ham's吐槽 and continued.
“Uncle Aaron is actually a good person. He must have been forced to do these things.”
“I understand, Miles,” Ultimate Peter held Miles' shoulder, signaling him to calm down.
“I will, although I can't guarantee he won't be hurt at all, but I promise your Uncle Aaron will come back.”
Miles looked into Ultimate Peter's eyes, those clear eyes only showed firmness, and a glimpse of his own anxiety.
“Thank you……”
616 Peter took it all in, wondering what he was thinking.

“I really didn't expect Kingpin to put such an unstable bomb under his own building?”
616 Peter stood on a high building, shocked as he looked at Fisk Tower across the street.
“In fact, the disaster caused by the collider may be much greater than a bomb,” Penny's voice came from the mech. “So his madness index is indeed very high.”
“Those aren't the key points. The key point is why are there so many people here?” 616 Peter couldn't help but hold his head.
Just as he said, Fisk Tower was bustling with people, many of whom were wealthy and looked like upper-class people, pouring into the building.
“Fisk Charity Gala,” Penny opened the hatch and leaned out, showing everyone the information she had found.
“To help those in need, Mr. Wilson Grant Fisk will host a three-day charity gala, inviting people from all walks of life to participate.”
“It seems Kingpin guessed we were coming,” Gwen said.
“It should be a precaution,” Spider-Noir offered a different opinion.
“No matter what the reason, it seems we can't directly attack Kingpin,” Ultimate Peter said with a headache.
Kingpin is holding a charity gala at this time, obviously for him. If he rushes in to cause trouble at this time, the consequences will be imaginable.
“Superheroes~” Spider-Ham shook his head helplessly.
“I have a way.”
Yang Le attracted everyone's attention.
“What's your idea, New York Idea King?” Gwen looked at Yang Le expectantly, knowing that Yang Le never let him down.
Yang Le smiled mischievously and said, “We can't openly go in and cause trouble, but what if we switch it up?”
“What switch it up?” 616 Peter asked in confusion.
“What if someone causes trouble, and Spider-Man goes to stop them?”
“You mean find a bad guy to cause trouble, and we sneak in while things are chaotic?” Ultimate Peter frowned.
“But, where are we going to find a bad guy who can cooperate with us? And how do we guarantee that he will listen to us?”
“The right bad guy is far away in the sky, but right in front of your eyes,” Yang Le patted his chest, his meaning self-evident.
Everyone's eyes lit up. That's right, Yang Le's bizarre transformations were indeed the most suitable choice.
“Transform into the scariest one, kid,” Spider-Ham fanned the flames from the side.
“Preferably the kind that makes people pee their pants when they see it.”
There are indeed such ones, but I'm afraid that if I transform, our actions today will fail.
Yang Le couldn't help but slander in his heart, glared at Spider-Ham, activated the Omnitrix, and began to carefully select. Finally, he settled on a target and pressed down.
“Sure enough, if you want to play a monster, how can you bypass the most classic dinosaur.”
The white light dissipated, and a humanoid dinosaur more than 4 meters tall, covered in brown scales, with a white strap diagonally tied around its upper body, and wearing black shorts on its lower body appeared in everyone's sight.
“Way Big!”
