The Fate of Harry Potter
Chapter 156 Buckbeak's Judgment
The news that Sirius sneaked in again exploded in the school the next day, and everyone was talking about it. According to Felch, Sirius seemed to be trying to get something from him because he was searching for his office in a mess.
"You mean, what you're looking for is a map of live spots."
The school guards became more tight due to Sirius' second infiltration, and Nitya had to wait until they headed to Hogsmeade Village again before they had the chance to sneak in and scream the shack.
"Yes, you've seen the map of the living spots." Sirius was surprised to find that he just described it for a moment and immediately knew what he was looking for.
"Yes, I've seen it" and even used it, "But the map of the live spot is not in Felch now, it's in Harry's hands."
"Why did it come to Harry's hands?"
"This is a long story. Anyway, the map is in his hands now. I ran out that night when I saw the name of the dwarf from the map," Niteya explained to Sirius.
"You saw him on the map." Sirius thought for a moment, then looked at Nitya with anticipation, "Did Harry see it too?"
"He did see it, but he thought it was just a map display error." Niteya replied regretfully, knowing that Little Sirius was expecting Harry to know the truth.
"The map of the live spots will not go wrong. How could he think so?" Sirius was a little angry because of disappointment. Niteya couldn't tell him. In fact, it was because of his name that Harry believed that the map showed something wrong. "By the way, Draco saw me that night, did you tell him all?"
"No, in fact, he didn't ask me anything and even kept it for me."
When Draco was mentioned, Nateya felt a little depressed. After that night, Nateya thought Draco would definitely come to him to ask him clearly. Whether it was the question of Riddle's surname or Sirius's question, he should have a lot of questions to ask himself, but after several days in a row, Draco did not make any noise.
She tried to pluck up the courage to go to Draco to make all this clear. Since he had already developed doubts, perhaps this would be the right opportunity to tell him everything, but what surprised Nitya was that Draco didn't seem to think so. He was consciously or unintentionally avoiding Nitya's approach, which made Nitya a little overwhelmed. What does this mean? He already knows a lot or he already knows everything, so the decision to stay away from his thought made Nitya feel very sad.
Not long after coming out of the screaming shack, Nateya met Ron with a panicked look.
"What happened?" Natea asked Ron with concern.
"Nitia, where did you come out?" Ron looked at Nitia unexpectedly. There seemed to be nothing else nearby except the screaming shack.
"I've been wandering around here just now," Nitea said guiltily.
"But I and Harry have been here all the time." Ron looked around in confusion.
"Harry, are you saying Harry is here too?" Nitea interrupted Ron.
Ron's expression became panicked again, "I asked him to go back to school quickly. We had some conflicts with a few Slytherin students. They saw Harry and I was worried that they would report him."
"You mean Harry was seen and he didn't wear an invisible cloak?"
"Take it, but the invisible jacket slid down and his head was exposed."
"This is worse than the appearance of the whole person." If we investigate this, it may not be just a secret passage, but the invisible clothes will be exposed together. "We should go back to school as well, and maybe we can help him smooth things out."
Niteya guessed that the teacher that Slytherin students most likely chose was Snape. His favoritism towards his college and his dislike of Harry were well known, so Niteya and Ron ran towards the Snape's office in the basement.
They guessed right. Harry was indeed in Snape's office, and Lupin was also inside. They seemed to have found the map of the live spots. Ron excitedly pushed open the door and rushed into Snape's office.
"I bought it for Harry a long time ago in Joko." Ron said panting because he ran too fast.
Nitea hid at the office door and looked inside. Her eyes were staring at the map of live spots in Lupin's hand. Sirius hoped that she could bring the live spots map to him so that he could control the movements of the dwarf at any time and find the right opportunity.
"Okay" Lupin folded the map of the living spots and put it in his pocket. "The matter is clear now, it's just a trick of mischief. Please forgive me, Severus, I just need to talk to Harry and Ron about their papers on vampires with me."
Lupin led Harry and Ron out of Snape's office, and was stunned when he saw Nitya hiding outside the door, "It seems that you are one of the insiders, so let's come together."
Lupin led them to an empty foyer, he took the map of the living spots out of his pocket, and said to the three people with a serious expression, "I don't want to know how this map is in your hands. Yes, I know it's a map, but I'm very shocked that you didn't hand it over, especially when there is a wanted prisoner wandering around the school. I can't return him to you, Harry."
"Don't expect me to cover up for you next time," Lupin looked at Harry seriously. "Your parents sacrificed their lives to protect you and let you survive. Harry, for a bag of magic tricks, it shouldn't be."
Lupin's words sounded heavier than any direct scolding to Natea. She turned her head worriedly to look at Harry, his face at this moment was even more ugly than when he was in Snape's office.
Natea looked at Lupin's departure back and thought for a moment before chasing him. Lupin seemed surprised that Natea would chase him again.
"Professor, I think you can look at the map more when you are fine. Maybe you can have some unexpected discoveries on it. "Lupin and Sirius have been good friends for many years. If he could find that the Little Dwarf was not dead, perhaps he would believe Sirius was innocent.
"Unexpected discovery" Lupin looked at Nitya in confusion, "What do you know?"
"You'll find it."
Natea smiled at Lupin and turned around and ran back to find Harry and Ron.
"What are you doing?" Ron asked Niteya.
"I want to try to get the map of the living spots back," said Nitya, "and was taught again."
"Lupin is right. I shouldn't have persuaded Harry to go to Hogsmeade Village. We shouldn't have done this." Lupin's words made Ron feel guilty.
"Maybe it's a good thing that the map is gone, and I won't always think about running out," Harry said in frustration.
When they turned a corridor, they met Hermione who was coming towards him. Ron thought she had heard something and was gloating. Hermione denied his thoughts. She took out a letter and handed it to Harry, and said with her lips trembling, "I just want you to know that Hagrid lost the case and Buckbeck is going to be executed."
Natea never thought that Buckbeck would be executed. She always thought that at most it was just to imprison Buckbeck. Michelle cried after receiving the news. For the first time in her life, she spent a lot of time and energy to prepare the litigation materials for Buckbeck were all wasted with the loss. Natea didn't know how to comfort her, and she was helpless in the face of such a situation. Ron angrily decided to prepare the materials and continue to appeal. Konatea knew that this little material was definitely not the one that could control the verdict of this matter.
The next day, Draco unexpectedly appeared in the Protecting Fantasy Beasts class again. He told other Slytherin students that he would never have come if it weren't for the school's requirement that each person have two elective courses. Ron firmly believed that he was just trying to mock Hager for losing the case.
During the course, Netiya could clearly feel that Draco was looking at him, but whenever he wanted to get close to him and talk to him, he would immediately walk away. His strange actions made Netiya really not understand what he was thinking.
After the course, Natea stayed and she came to Buckbeck alone.
Nateya bent down to salute Buckbeck as Hagrid taught in previous courses. Soon Buckbeck saluted her. She took a few deep breaths and plucked up her courage to walk towards Buckbeck slowly. The memory of the last attack came to her mind, and she reached out to touch Buckbeck's hand and became a little trembling.
As if she felt Nydya's hesitation, Buckbeck actually took the initiative to put his head over and rubbed it on Nydya's hand twice. After feeling Buckbeck's show of goodwill, Nydya's nervous mood also relieved a lot. She boldly walked to Buckbeck. It did not attack itself like last time, but stood gently, allowing Nydya to stroke the feathers on his neck. It seemed that the last time was indeed due to the saffron extract.
"I'm really sorry," said Nitia, guiltyly, to Buckbeck, "I've been implicated by my relationship."
Nateya returned to the school castle with a sad face. She felt that the only way to help Buckbeck now was to find Draco. Only by letting him convince his father could he change the verdict. But let alone Draco has been hiding now and is unwilling to talk to him. Even if he really talks, will he still be willing to help him now?
"Nitia" Astoria suddenly appeared in front of Nitia. "What's wrong with you? It seems that you have something to worry about."
When I saw her, Nateya was angry, "You don't need to pretend to be in front of me anymore, all this is thanks to you."
"What happened, Niteya, what are you talking about?" Astoria looked at Niteya with a look of discomfort.
"What am I talking about?" Niteya felt ridiculous. Why could she pretend to be innocent? "Do you want me to tell you what you added to the perfume you sprayed?"
"Perfume" Astoria said after thinking for a moment, "Is there anything wrong with that bottle of perfume?"
"Why don't you know more about the saffron extract? If you have any dissatisfaction with me, you can come to me. Do you know that if you do this, not only will Draco be injured, but Buckbeck will be sentenced to death?" Nitya said angrily.
"You mean I added saffron extract to the perfume I sprayed you." Astoria looked very shocked.
Natea frowned. She didn't understand why she had already said this. She continued to pretend to be ignorant.
"I told you that she didn't do this." Draco suddenly walked out from behind Nitya.
"Then tell me who else can she have found the extract that does contain crocuses in her perfume," Niteya turned to look at Astoria, "and you also know the method of extracting crocuses. No need to quibble, Neville told me, Professor Sprout mentioned it to you."
"I did hear Professor Sprout mention it, but she just said it casually. The method is too complicated and I can't accomplish it at all." Astoria looked at Draco with a look for help, hoping that Draco would not have misunderstandings about herself.
"Hmph, who knows that the extract of crocus is prohibited from being sold by the Ministry of Magic. If it were not extracted by itself, what else can I get it?" Seeing Astoria ask Draco for help, Nateya felt even more angry.
"If you've been to the Bevel Alley, you'll find it's not that difficult to buy items that are prohibited from being sold by the Ministry of Magic." Draco said calmly.
"So you will believe that she is innocent no matter what, right?" Netiya looked at Draco sadly. He avoided all kinds of things before, but now he argued with Astoria and immediately appeared.
"Nitia, no"
"I don't want to hear it." Natea interrupted Draco's words angrily, "Anyway, it's useless to say these things now. I have washed my clothes that day and can't be used as evidence to save Buckbeck," Natea looked at Astoria, "I just want to tell you, if there are any tricks next time, please target me, and don't implicate innocent lives anymore."
"I guess you already know about the things I don't want to say." Natea looked at Draco again, "It's okay, I didn't expect you to accept all this."
After saying that, Nateya turned around and left, feeling pain and discomfort in her heart, but she also felt relieved. Perhaps Draco chose Astoria as this would be better. He would not be in any danger, and he would no longer have to worry and be afraid. She kept telling herself that this would be the best result, but tears were still falling unconsciously.
