The Fire-Chasing Herrscher Who Destroyed the World

Good luck on the college entrance exam (by the way, I'm asking for leave)

I have finally finished writing this volume. I am very tired from writing it. In terms of length alone, this is the longest volume so far. Each of the previous volumes is basically limited to 150,000 words, except for the last volume of Pre-Civilization. It's a bit longer, but not as lengthy as this volume.

But it's lengthy. From a plot perspective, I even felt that there was still a lot missing. In other words, if you really want to write freely about the plot of this volume, it will only be more. It is currently fifty chapters, but I think if you really write it carefully, you can even write a hundred chapters.

For example, in the original outline, Kallen's first escape was supposed to be her successful escape from Klosten, and was taken to the Paradise of the Past by Mikael to practice. After understanding part of the truth about this world, she continued to try to lead the people to resist destiny. , and finally failed and was arrested, which would be a deeper despair for Karen herself, instead of looking more fragile than the original work like now.

But the problem is that there is no way to expand and write. If this is an original novel, then it might not be wrong, but this is a fanfic after all, with Kallen as the main perspective, and after being separated from Otto, I don’t think she can support everyone’s interest in an eighty-chapter plot. The sense of expectation, of course, is also partly due to my own writing skills.

Taken together, I chose to relatively compress the length of Kallen. But Kallen was not the only one who was injured. Eleanor and Su, who were supposed to supplement the character development in the extra fifty chapters, were also victims. There's no turning back now, so that's all.

The chapter between the two chapters of this volume is titled "The Eve of Arrival", which refers to the advent of Herrscher of the Sky and the advent of Mikael - the end of the battle five hundred years ago was that Mikael was killed. His weapon was sealed on the cross, and Kevin was thrown into the quantum sea. I don't know if someone released the water again.

But the next volume will not cover the second collapse.

Many people have told me that the recent plots are a bit lengthy, and this is what scares me the most about writing modern civilization plots. In the pre-civilization where there was only a general context, I had a lot of room for development, but for the current civilization with a relatively complete plot, I would be scolded whether I followed the plot or not.

The most important thing is that the plot time span of modern civilization is much longer than that of previous civilizations, and can be roughly divided into four stages-1475-1497, 1999-2000, 2000-2016, 2016-final chapter.

If I wrote about all four time periods, it would be too lengthy. And...I also want to see Ellie sooner. Then choosing a transition before 2016 and then jumping directly to the game plot is the best choice. But the Middle Ages and the Second Collapse are both very important sections.

In the time period from 1475 to 1497, even if Otto's problem is not considered, Hua's problem must be solved. Hua was stabbed in the back by the Seven Disciples and broke up with Kallen and Tianming at almost the same time. They had already interfered with Hua's fate. Reason not to get involved in Kallen's problem.

Once they are involved in issues involving destiny, Mikael and Kevin will inevitably meet, and a battle will not be avoided at all.

So relatively speaking, of course, there is a need to expand and write about the Second Honkai Impact, but if it is really expanded and written, after all, Mikael is the protagonist, it will inevitably become the conflict between Hua and Mikael. One shot of Yu Duchen has the first rated power, and then there is a battle between Mikael possessing Siren and Siegfried possessed by Kevin. In this way, the entire underlying conflict has not changed from this volume, and it can be foreseen in The following chapters also exist, so it will be difficult not to make readers tired.

So I've been agonizing over it these past few days. Originally, I had already written the detailed outline of the second Honkai Impact, but in the end I chose not to write it, not to expand it. Some content may be released later in the memory of Siren or others. As for the life and death of the relevant personnel...well...it's actually nothing to worry about, right? Siren's outcome is doomed, unless you can accept a Honkai Impact III without Kiana, and her behavior is not "correct" either.

However, the next volume will not jump directly to the beginning of the plot. The time span would be too large, and there are still some remaining issues (Xie'er) that have not been resolved, so the next volume will be used to transition.

However, due to my late-stage obsessive-compulsive cancer, and because the previous two volumes exceeded the average length of 150,000 words, this volume will definitely be shorter (doge)...

Then...then, take a day off tomorrow on the 7th and have a day of rest. (Is the map of Yan State long enough this time?)

It just so happens that there must be a lot of babies who need to take the college entrance examination tomorrow, so they don't have to be tortured by my fragments...

Ah cough cough cough! No, I mean, everyone should take it easy on the college entrance examination. In fact, it is just an ordinary test. It is just a fork in the road in your destiny, not a place that determines life and death. I remember that at that time, the mock exams were pretty good. I was really nervous. It was really until the college entrance examination. It wasn’t until I finished the last exam and went to the toilet that I felt that something had ended and something had begun. Other than that, I didn’t feel nervous at all.

In short, just focus on answering the questions. If you can't answer it, you can't answer it. Just do everything you know and can do correctly. I don't wish you all extraordinary performance. I just wish every reader who will take the college entrance examination tomorrow can do well. If you can test to the level you should be able to do, you won’t lose points on all the questions you can do.

Come on!
