Seeing the new section that had appeared, Dustin touched it with his finger, and the tab switched to that one.

[Tamed Monsters]

-Jaguar

Seeing the beat on the list, Dustin got a bit of satisfaction.

He thought of returning with it, but that would take too long, and how were they going to cater for it? They weren't exactly rich now were they? There wasn't enough facilities to keep the Jaguar.

He eventually released it and removed it from the list of tamed monsters. It was too much of a responsibility in such an area where many people lived. If he was surviving in the jungle, that would be different.

He had accomplished what he set out to do, so he headed out of the forest. On his way out, he came across a green snake, but he wasn't sure if he should take it or not.

If he did take it, food might not necessarily be a problem. In the slums there were almost no shortage of rat and mice supply, so food was guaranteed. What he didn't know was whether his younger brother would be ok with a snake in the house.

"Why don't I just call and ask." Dustin said as he put his hand in the cross bag on his stomach.

After chatting with Sil, Dustin was genuinely shocked to find out that his brother liked snakes. "I swear, that kid's getting weirder and weirder by the day."

He proceeded with the necessary steps, and after he tamed the snake, he put it away in the system. It was more convenient that way.

It didn't take long, and Dustin had arrived home. As he noted earlier, his physical condition was good and had changed entirely from what it was. From the forest back to the city, Dustin only made one stop to rest. This was actually impressive if one considered the slops and little hills the road formed.

He went into the house, and after reaching the top floor where their room was, he remembered something that forced him back down.

It would be weird for Sil if Dustin suddenly started removing things out of thin air, and Dustin himself wasn't ready for the explanation. He went around and before long managed to find the answer to his solution.

Around the corner, he found a waste bag lying on the ground, so he used that to store everything he took from the warehouse, leaving only the big ones that didn't fit. All in all, everything he took out filled up to eleven of those leathers. Some he didn't put because carrying everything would only be a problem for him.

*Knock *Knock

"Sil, it's me. Open up."

The moment Sil opened the door, he's jaw started sagging little by little, like prisoner's trousers.

Where exactly did he's brother rob? Sil wondered. He wasn't greedy enough to think Old cub would be so generous.

"Where the heck did you get all these things!?" Sil exclaimed, but made sure to lower his voice as to not arouse any suspicion from the neighbours. This, for he knew. The greatest enemy of an army was an unreliable companion.

"How about you help me in first?" Dustin responded with a light expression on his face.

Later that day, Sil would be very busy going through and arranging everything inside the black leathers. Dustin also introduced the snake, and through the system he found out it was a Green Mamba. Dustin assured Sil that the snake was ok, but since his younger brother knew of he's previous capabilities, he didn't trust his words completely.

While they prepared for the coming apocalypse, everyone else was also doing the same, and in some other places, the atmosphere and preparation was quite different.

Elsewhere, in a luxurious mansion, a man sat on a chair made of unknown black metal and gold. He's upper half was shrouded in darkness within the poorly lit room.

"Are they yet to come?" He asked.

"No lord, they have. They just arrived. Should I summon them?" A hooded man standing before him answered.

"Hmm."

A few moments later, three men entered the dimly lit room and bowed before the man who sat on the chair.

"Lord." The hooded man said.

"Father." Two other voices sounded behind the hooded man.

"You two are finally here. I hope you know why I have summoned you." The man said.

Although the two had called him father, he didn't seem to place any special treatment on them.

The two voices responded with a grin on their faces, that was barely visible in the room.

"Yes father."

Four of them turned towards another door that was on the wall that had the chair pressed against.

Through that door, they left the room with dim red lighting, and headed inside. The room they were in now was well lit with fluorescent bulbs, and it was more spacious than the former.

The well lit room was long and narrow, but had enough space in between the walls to fit a group of six people, so it was spacious enough. The walls by each side had several compartments in them with glass covering the outside part.

These compartments housed several things. From weapons to clothes, and some pieces of metal or unknown material that resembled old amour, it was all there inside these show glasses.

"In the records left by our ancestors, there is mention of the end of the world. A time where death becomes the norm, and all things are forced to survive in a brutal and unforgiving surrounding. Through our ancestors, we have learned that there will be an attack on all that is living, by monsters from another realm, that will over power us in all way." The man said as he stared at the three before him.

"But, amidst this chaos, those who possess the power to fight against these monsters and oppose the unfair chaos shall arise. We, of the Gennan Order, shall be the ones to stand above everything, and stand at the pinnacle of the chaotic world." He lifted his hand above his head, then clenched his fist.

"In order to transcend and carry out the great plan our fore fathers couldn't accomplish. Everything in this room is each a gift left behind by the first ancestor in order for us, his descendants to able to survive the coming chaos. Our generation is the one to carry out this task that has been passed down for ages. We will not fail." The man's expression and words oozed seriousness and determination as he spoke each word.

"We will not fail, father." The two boys answered in unison.

"You must not."

"Both of you. Marcel, Nathan, you two have been branded with the mark since a young age. You will both be chosen, as you already know." The man said.

"Yes father." They responded in unison again.

"Come with me. I will personally pick everything that will be needed. Since things from this realm can't cross over, you will each take a storage pouch where everything will be stored."

They went on, and the man picked specific equipments and other things from the compartments, and handed it over to the young men. After he was done picking, they headed out of the room.
