The Jinling Dashengguan Yangtze River Bridge across the Yangtze River is 9.273 kilometers long, with a main bridge of six lines and a design speed of 300 kilometers per hour. The main bridge is a six-span continuous steel truss arch with a main span of 2×336 meters.
According to the construction schedule, the double track will be built in three years, and the conditions for full operation will be met. Another three years will be spent on the double track, and the entire Beijing-Shanghai Railway will be completed in 1992.
It is no exaggeration to say that the Beijing-Shanghai Railway is also a century-level project.
