August 1, 1936, was the opening day of the 11th Summer Olympic Games. As in history, this Olympics will be held in Berlin, the capital of the German Empire.

At 9 o'clock in the morning of that day, General of Infantry Ludwig von Heinsberg-Hessmann and German Chancellor Adolf Hitler sat side by side in a Mercedes-Benz 770K luxury convertible, starting from the Chancellery on Wilhelm Street and driving to the main venue of the Olympics.

The streets where the vehicles passed were filled with Berlin citizens in their best clothes. When Hitler's car passed by, everyone raised their arms and shouted: Hitler! Hitler!

"Ludwig, do we look like a triumphant commander now?"

When the motorcade passed the Brandenburg Gate, Adolf Hitler suddenly asked Hessmann beside him.

The country of Czechoslovakia no longer exists! In fact, everyone is condemning them! It seems that these 6 million people are the source of all evil in the world.

In this situation, the newly succeeded Czechoslovak President Emil Hacha did not dare to have any idea of ​​resistance. He could only watch the Czechoslovak army disintegrate in despair and panic, and the whole country was torn apart.

Hersman, who can be described as "shrewd and calculating", accurately predicted all this when he formulated the "Green Plan" and also formulated a corresponding "occupation" plan.

At the same time as the Czechoslovak army disintegrated, officers and soldiers wearing German army uniforms, M35 helmets, and German-style Mauser P28 submachine guns and MG13 machine guns (before the appearance of MG34, it was the main machine gun equipped by the German army), dragging various German artillery, as if they had drilled out of the ground, quickly took over the border fortifications, barracks, and munitions warehouses abandoned by the Czechoslovak army.

Even Brno, the capital of Moravia Province, the second largest city in Czechoslovakia, and large tracts of land and many towns around it were occupied by the "Sudeten Defense Army" without bloodshed in the chaos. This city does not belong to the Sudeten region, but because it is close to Austria, there are also many German residents. Moreover, this is the former heavy industrial base of the Austro-Hungarian Empire. Factories are everywhere in the city, and the famous Skoda Arsenal is here!

Needless to say, the Skoda Arsenal has now completely fallen into the hands of the "Sudeten Defense Army".

As for the Moravia-Silesia region, the original steel industry center of Czechoslovakia, because most of it belongs to the Sudeten region, it is now completely occupied by the "Sudeten Defense Army". Moreover, the Moravia-Silesia region is also connected to the Free City of Brno (the name used by the city of Brno after the Sudeten Defense Army occupied it), and the southern border of the Free City of Brno also extends to the Austrian border.

In other words, the Czech territory was divided into two by the expanded Sudeten Free State. And the Bohemian Province, where most Czechs live, is even more surrounded by the Sudeten Free State!

After the "Sudeten Defense Army" put the entire Bohemian Province into their pockets, they did not continue to work hard to reap the final fruits of victory. Instead, they announced that they had "recovered" all the land occupied by the Czechs and were willing to participate in the "democratic process" of the Bohemian Federation.

"Prime Minister, we have actually taken over the entire Kingdom of Bohemia," Hersman emphasized the word "kingdom" as if there was some special meaning. "The area of ​​the current Sudeten Free State exceeds 35,000 square kilometers, and the population has accounted for about 50% of the entire kingdom - that is, Bohemia and Moravia."

Compared to the economically backward Slovakia and Transcarpathian-Ruthenian provinces (that is, Transcarpathian Ukraine), Bohemia and Moravia were the developed areas of the original Czechoslovakia, with a large population density - these are the two provinces that Hersman and Hitler wanted.

The two provinces have nearly 9 million people, of which 3.5 million are Germans (or those who think they are Germans), about 5 million are Czechs, and 500,000 belong to other nationalities. In theory, Germans cannot compete with Czechs for votes.

But Hersman is a "political general" who is as good at calculating elections as he is at calculating wars.

In his Green Plan, there was a plan to take over the entire Kingdom of Bohemia (Bohemia and Moravia) through elections. The core of the whole plan was to expand the area of ​​the Sudeten Free State and strive to turn more than 1 million Czechs into residents of the Sudeten Free State - according to democratic principles, the number of members of parliament or the Constituent Assembly that can be elected in a region is determined by the population!

In other words, if the population of the Sudetenland exceeds 4.5 million, then the state's representatives in the Federal Parliament or the Constituent Assembly should be equivalent to those of the Czech Free State.

Because among these 4.5 million people, Germans account for another 3.5 million - that is to say, the voters of the Sudetenland are Germans who make up the majority, so the German Party will be able to capture all federal seats in the Sudetenland constituencies!

Coupled with the federal parliamentarians elected by the Slovaks (Slovak State) and Hungarians (Filvedek State) allied with the Germans, the German Party will be able to control the parliament and the Constituent Assembly of the future Bohemian Federation. In this way the German Party could formulate a Bohemian constitution that would serve the interests of the German Empire.

"Then when can we swallow this big cake whole?" Hitler asked Hersmann while waving to the cheering crowd on the roadside.

"It depends on when His Majesty the Emperor can restore the German Empire!" Hersmann glanced at Hitler, "The election of the Bohemian Constituent Assembly will be over in the next few days, and then the constitution will begin... By then, The Germans will propose to turn the Bohemian Confederation into a kingdom!”

"Who is the king?" Hitler asked.

"That's our Majesty!"

The Bohemian Parliament will elect William II as King of the Kingdom of Bohemia! At the same time, the Baltic Republic will also amend its constitution, changing from a republic to a kingdom, and the king will of course be William II.

"At that time, we only need to restore His Majesty the Emperor," Hessmann looked at Hitler and said word by word, "Germany will be able to form a co-kingdom alliance with the Baltic States and Bohemia, and then Austria will also join... …The alliance of common monarchs will be an important step towards the complete unification of the German Empire.”

Hersmann was using Bohemia, the Baltics, and Austria as bargaining chips to prompt Hitler to restore Wilhelm II as quickly as possible.

"But most countries are opposed to His Majesty the Emperor's restoration." Adolf Hitler said slowly.

"Poland will get Cesin and Carpathian Ukraine, Hungary will get Filvidek (the narrow strip of land close to Hungary), and as for Italy... we can help them solve the South Tyrol problem!"

All Germans who became foreigners after the world war should return to Fatherland, we can help them settle down in German, Austrian, Bohemian or Baltic lands.”

Hirschmann, who knew the subsequent history of World War II, knew only too well the significance of population to Germany. If possible, he would like to gather all the Germans scattered throughout Europe on German soil. In this way, the German Empire might have a population of 100 million when World War II began.

"Yes, we can't forget them!" Hitler had reached a consensus with Hessmann this time. "We should launch a movement to return to the empire. As long as the Germans are willing to return to their motherland, let them come back. This will increase our Cohesion.”

The Spanish Civil War broke out on July 18, before the opening of the Olympic Games.
