The Trinity of Harry Potter

Chapter 103 Professor Werewolf

The first Defense Against the Dark Arts class came as scheduled on Thursday afternoon, and Lupine was the last one to enter the classroom.

His face looked much better, maybe because the full moon had passed for a while.

"Okay, students, let's put the books here. Today is a practical class."

He led the chirping little wizards through the corridor and met Peeves who was playing a trick.

Peeves is a special ghost. Unlike other ghosts, he is transformed after the death of the wizard, but appears at the same time as Hogwarts Castle.

He can touch things and hide his body. What he is most passionate about is playing all kinds of pranks on students.

His image is that of a male dwarf, wearing funny clothes and having two mustaches.

Now the dwarf was happily stuffing sticky gum into the keyhole of the broom cupboard so that Filch couldn't get in and take out the cleaning tools.

When Lupine was very close to Peeves, he raised his head, winked and started singing.

"Crazy Lupine," Peeves sang, "Lupin, crazy, Lupine—"

Lupine pleasantly persuaded Peeves to stop, but Peeves responded with a spittle.

"Okay, classmates, let me show you a magic spell." He waved his wand, "Wadi Wasi."

This spell can make objects fly out quickly. Under Lupin's control, the chewing gum in the keyhole flew out like a bullet and hit Peeves' nostrils.

Peeves cursed repeatedly and left quickly. The students laughed and recognized Lupine a little more.

Lupine took everyone to the teachers' lounge. Snape mocked the Gryffindor students, but Lupine still asked him to leave without being humble.

"Huh, let's get started." Lupine locked the door and pushed out an old wardrobe. Something inside was banging against the door, but it seemed to have been enchanted and was closed very tightly.

"Don't worry, it's just a Boggart inside." Lupine said, "Can anyone tell me what a Boggart is?"

"A shape-shifting creature that can read the most fearful things in other people's hearts." Hermione raised her hand and answered, "They like dark corners and come out in various places to scare people."

"Very good," Lupine snapped his fingers, "five points to Gryffindor."

"Wait a minute, professor, I have another question." Kano also raised his hand.

Lupine looked at Kano's face and seemed to be in a daze, but he still smiled and nodded.

"Can their mind reading penetrate Occlumency?"

"Of course it's not possible." Lupine said with a smile, "Occlumency can lock all a person's thoughts and emotions. Boggarts can do nothing against such a wizard."

Kano nodded and sighed with some pity. Out of curiosity, he wanted to know what he was most afraid of, but he wasn't curious enough to take down his mental defenses and try out Boggart's skills.

Next, there are various famous scenes.

Neville was most afraid of Snape. After all, Snape had to use his Lif's test potion in the morning's Potions class.

"Funny!" Neville said the incantation with great effort.

Snape, who had a cold face, suddenly put on tight women's furs and wore a stuffed vulture dangling on his head.

The students laughed like crazy, and a smile appeared on Neville's pale face.

Ron is most afraid of spiders, and the Boggart turned into a giant spider.

Kano knew this reason. An uncle of the Weasley brothers died fighting against Voldemort. Before his death, he bought the twins a toy.

But this toy was damaged by Ron, so the two unscrupulous brothers turned Ron's teddy bear into a giant spider.

Little Ron was holding a teddy bear. The little bear in his arms suddenly grew eight legs, which frightened him psychologically.

"Funny!" Ron shouted with his eyes closed.

The big spider that the Boggart turned into suddenly lost all its legs and turned into a ball that fell to the ground and rolled around.

Ron laughed loudly, and the legless spider rolled to Kano's feet.

Kano stared at this evil little thing, and the spider's two rows of eyes blinked at Kano.

Suddenly, it exploded into a cloud of smoke in front of everyone.

"Uh..." Kano scratched his head and looked at Lupin.

"It seems that everyone's laughter is enough. This is the best way to fight against Boggart." Lupine successfully picked up the topic.

"In class in two days, I will find another Boggart. Students who haven't tried it yet can give it a try." He smiled and bowed slightly, "get out of class is over, students."

Lupine gave Kano a wink, and Kano happened to want to chat with him, so the two of them ended up at the end of the list.

When all the students were gone, Kano closed the door.

"What's the matter? Professor Lupine."

"I just wanted to talk to you on the train, but from what I've observed in the past two days, you and Harry have a good relationship?" Lupine moved two chairs over and asked Kano to sit opposite.

"After all, Harry and I are considered relatives, and we have taken care of him in the past few years. It is normal for us to have a good relationship." Kano replied calmly.

Lupine frowned. He originally thought it was incredible that Harry and Kano had a good relationship, but now it sounded like they were still talking about the same seniority as Sirius.

Why didn't Dumbledore interfere? Or is there really something else hidden about Sirius?

Thinking of this, he felt relaxed. He had never believed that Sirius had betrayed the Potters.

It was precisely because the Order of the Phoenix suspected that Lupine was a spy that they strongly suggested that the Potters set the secret keeper of the residence to Sirius.

But Sirius was afraid that he would be caught, so he suggested to the Potters that they secretly change the secret keeper to Peter, which resulted in the death of the Potters.

Not only was Sirius very guilty, Lupine had also been burdened with great psychological pressure for so many years.

Lupine's lips trembled, not knowing what to say. He also knew that there was no evidence now, and the best way was to find Sirius and confront him face to face.

But these are not things that need to be discussed with the child Kano. Lupine said awkwardly: "Then... I understand, there is nothing wrong. You can go to have dinner as soon as possible."

Who knew that Kano shook his head instead: "I have something to ask you. I need some of your blood for werewolf research."

Kano noticed that Lupine's face turned pale and quickly added: "We can sign an unbreakable oath. I will never use your blood for anything other than research. Professor Dumbledore can serve as the keeper of confidentiality."

Lupine looked at Kano with a complicated expression, not expecting that his identity as a werewolf would be revealed so quickly.

"Let me explain first that this research is to help werewolves get rid of the troubles caused by the full moon." Kano continued, "If the research is successful, maybe you can have a normal life in the future."

"Kano, you are a little too impatient."

Dumbledore's voice came from the door. He looked dumbfounded at the large glass jar in Kano's hand behind his back.

"Also, even if Professor Lupine is a werewolf, he can't resist such bloodletting."
