The Trinity of Harry Potter

Chapter 109: Meet at the camp

The feeling of entering the Immortal Hill was very strange, and Kano felt a familiar yet unfamiliar force envelope him.

When he opened his eyes, he was standing in the middle of a camp.

The little unicorn shook his head uneasily, and he felt that there was a chilling atmosphere here.

Kano dismounted, took off his armor, and looked around.

Although these are simple houses made of firewood, their layout is orderly, with stables, water wells, and barracks all in appropriate locations.

A standard military camp, like those unearthed in Ireland.

"Another one!"

"How much effort does this take? Why are there so many people here?"

Two teenagers holding spears came over and tried to communicate with Kano with gestures.

Kano was extremely surprised. Generally, there will only be a small field related to the body of resentment that is related to their lifetime, which is used as a fighting arena.

But not only is there a vast military camp, but there are also two soldiers?

Kano felt carefully and found that he could not see through the essence of the two people. There seemed to be a transparent curtain between him and them.

What's going on? Is this an illusion or reality?

The teenagers spoke primitive Irish, which is a type of ancient Celtic language, and the written records left in later generations are Ogham runes.

So Kano interrupted their actions and spoke directly.

"No need to gesture, I am a druid. What time is it now and where is this place?"

Kano asked the teenagers in fluent original Irish, and they stood up straight subconsciously: "We are members of the Ulster Youth League, and this is the front line of the war between Ulster and Connacht."

"The commander-in-chief of Ulster is Cu Chulainn? The opposite is Fergus?"

There was a tangled expression on the young man's face and he nodded: "That's right. Opposite is our former king, a hero who once belonged to the Red Branch Knights."

Kano suddenly realized that now is the time for the cattle war.

Fergus's brother was the king of Ulster, and he inherited the throne after his brother's death. In order to marry his widower, Fergus agreed to her request for his son to be king for a year.

After this son had been king for a year, the people found that he was much stronger than Fergus and were unwilling to let Fergus continue to be king. Fergus didn't care, so they gave up the throne to him.

This king was King Conchierb. But later, King Conchierb coveted a beautiful woman. In order to get her, King Conchierb killed Fergus's son and brother, so Fergus rebelled against Al.

He went to Connaught.

All Fergus's clansmen left in Ulster were killed, and he and King Conchierb became mortal enemies.

However, Fergus is Cu Chulainn's adoptive father, and they agreed that if they meet on the battlefield one day, they must "win one and lose one."

The first time Cú Chulainn returned, the second time Fergus had no choice but to run away, so the soldiers no longer trusted him.

I don’t know how many times Cu Chulainn and Fergus have met on the battlefield.

But the top priority is to find the Irish knights trapped here first.

"Have you ever seen a group of knights wearing fine armor?" Kano asked, "Most of them are adults, but they are not cursed."

"I'm with them."

Ulster was once cursed by the goddess. When foreign enemies invaded, all adult men would endure the pain of a woman giving birth for five days. The curse lasted for nine generations, and only Cú Chulainn, who had the blood of the god, escaped this curse.

So those fighting here are a group of young men, and the Irish knights are a valuable fighting force.

"Are you talking about the Munster people who came just now?" The teenagers nodded clearly, "They are negotiating with the commander, I will take you there."

They said no more and hurriedly led Kano towards the center of the camp.

The central tent is a large tent made of animal skins, and a heroic young man can be vaguely seen sitting under the lamp taking care of his red spear.

It seems that the Irish knights have finished negotiating and left here.

"Lord Cu Chulainn, a druid is here!" Two teenagers shouted outside the door.

"Let him in, I hope it's good news." came the response from inside, "This curse is really troublesome."

The teenagers left silently, and Kano opened the curtain and walked into the tent.

In front of him was a handsome blue-haired young man with seven fingers on each hand and seven toes on each foot.

When he raised his head and looked at Kano, his pupils suddenly turned into seven small pupils lined up in a row, and then merged into one and returned to normal.

This appearance and weapons have already shown his identity, the son of the god of light "Lugh", Cu Chulainn, the fierce dog of Culan.

There was a hint of resentment wrapped around his body, and Kano looked into his eyes with some vigilance.

"Are you with those hesitating Munsters?" Cu Chulainn lowered his head again and polished his red spear.

"Yes, I am a druid and a knight." Kano replied.

Unexpectedly, Cu Chulainn did not directly start a war like other resentful entities.

"Druids shouldn't go to the battlefield, but if you think you are a warrior, come and attack with us tomorrow." Cu Chulainn said casually, "Go find them, the guards will take you there."

Kano had no choice but to nod, turned and left.

The guards took Cano to a camp far away from the center. He noticed several sentries nearby, facing the camp.

"Is anyone there?"

Kano shouted something in English, and a large group of tired knights came out of their respective barracks. The leader, a middle-aged man with long hair, looked at Kano strangely.

"Are you...are you the reinforcement sent by Archdruid Kesba?"

"Yes, I am Canopus Black." Cano stretched out his hand.

"I'm Liam Plunkett." The middle-aged man held Cano's hand, "Why didn't you show up with us after you entered?"

"What do you mean?" Kano asked strangely, "You'd better tell me what you went through first."

"I heard from people from the Ulster Youth League that you have just arrived here, but twelve days have passed outside now. And there was a group of teenagers who entered Fairy Hill last night. Didn't you see them?"

"Did you see my note?" An old knight with white hair came forward.

"Cooper Evans?" Kano asked tentatively.

"It's me." He nodded, "Everyone is here, including the children brought here last night, not a few."

"Let me explain it to you." Liam touched his chin.

"This is not a fantasy land of resentment in the traditional sense. Both the food, water and characters are real."

"When we first entered here, we had a conflict with the Ulster people because of the language barrier."

Kano looked at the knights around him. They had no wounds on their bodies and they didn't look like they had had a fight.

"No need to look, we all died on the spot." Liam smiled bitterly, "Cu Chulainn threw his spear, in groups of three, and quickly nailed us all to the ground."
