The Trinity of Harry Potter

Chapter 5 Letters from America

Kano received a reply from the Queen's Special Office that the strangers wandering outside Hogsmeade were not an armed force under their control.

"Draco also confirmed that those guys are not thugs raised by pure-blood families abroad." Harry sat in Kano's office, stretching his legs and covering his head with his hands.

"So now Hermione needs a lot of protection. The area around Hogwarts is not very stable, and the Americans don't know what they want to do."

Harry sighed and leaned his forehead on the table, looking like a middle-aged man with weak waist and knees.

"Your scar won't hurt again," Kano teased with a smile.

"I would rather deal with Voldemort now. At least then all the bad things will be done by him. I don't need to guess riddles here."

Kano laughed silently. Harry's twitching expression when solving puzzles during the Triwizard Tournament has now been made into dynamic badges by the twins, and they are selling very well.

What is the slogan?

"There are things that the savior is not good at. Don't be too harsh on us."

For a while, almost everyone had a little wizard, hanging it confidently on their chest to show off to parents who hoped their children would become successful.

"Don't worry, you can't figure it out just sitting here worrying. Haven't you already arranged a protection plan for Hermione? And there's actually no need to worry too much about Hogwarts," Kano comforted.

The remaining professors at Hogwarts are all experts, and even fifty or sixty wizards can't defeat them.

"I don't want anyone to disturb the principal's sleep." Harry scratched his head, "You don't want Hogwarts to become a battlefield again."

Kano's expression was a little strange: "Don't worry, the safety of the principal's grave is among the best in the world."

"And this." Cano took out a letter from the drawer, "Magical Congress of the United States of America invited me to go to New York and said they wanted to meet with me to talk about company management."

Harry subconsciously asked: "Which company?"

Kano now owns most of the shares in Weasley's Joke Shop, and has also opened several companies in the British business community, mainly to provide training for interns, so they are not large in scale, but they cover a wide range of businesses.

Harry was familiar with these companies started by Kano because he basically had investments in them.

In addition, Kano also directly exchanged pounds for renminbi, invested the money in exchange back into the Chinese market, and opened several import and export companies with several layers of vests for foreign equipment and raw materials in high demand.

Chang Lao has always been tight-lipped about Kano's background, but he has always said that those senior officials who have the authority to see through his vest have given him the green light.

In this world, the Cold War has not yet ended, and although the intensity of the confrontation between the United States and the Soviet Union has become less intense, it has never stopped.

And who is Mr. Chang? He is a veteran in the intelligence front. He said he wanted to take care of someone, and no one with a brain would ask for the reason.

Everyone maintained a tacit sense of proportion, and Kano quietly bypassed many foreign blockades.

If confidentiality had not been taken into consideration, the title of "Old Friend of the Chinese People" would probably have been approved.

It stands to reason that the only place that may have business contact with the American wizarding world is Weasley's Joke Shop.

But the letters from the Magical Congress of the United States of America mentioned those companies from the British business community.

Cano handed the letter to Harry, who was extremely surprised after reading it.

"Are Americans out of their minds?"

"Their laws do not allow wizards to open companies in the Muggle world." Harry slammed the letter on the table, "What are they talking about with you? Is today April Fool's Day?"

Kano could only spread his hands, and he didn't understand what the Americans were going to do.

Historically, almost all of the first immigrants to the United States were persecuted Puritans. These people hated entertainment and were proud of their ascetic life.

It is said that for a while, they couldn't even celebrate Christmas, and the famous Prohibition was also related to them.

Their attitude towards "evil" wizards can be imagined.

When the persecuted wizards left their homes and came to this land, they were followed by wizard mercenaries from other countries.

They relied on inciting the Puritans to arrest fellow witches, creating the Salem Witch Trials.

Later, these "purgers" simply became witch hunters and sold their compatriots to the angry Puritans for trial.

Years later, descendants of the Purifiers nearly broke the International Statute of Secrecy, exposing the entire Magical Congress to the world on a large scale.

Later, the Magical Congress simply enacted the "Rappaport Law", prohibiting all interactions between wizards and Muggles.

Even though the law itself was repealed in 1965, the MAC and American society were still in a state of extreme hostility.

"Is it possible that the American wizard has finally enlightened and is ready to reconcile with ordinary people?" Kano speculated uncertainly, "Want to learn some experience from me first?"

Harry shook his head and said: "Unless the U.S. Capitol is captured by No-Majs and the Magical Congress wants to take the opportunity to take power, it is absolutely impossible."

"I think this is a trap." He tried to dissuade her seriously, "The time you left coincided with Hermione's visit to France. This is too much of a coincidence."

Kano is now the strongest person in the British magic world. If he stays in the UK, it will be difficult for him to make any moves.

"If that's the case, then I'm really interested." Kano picked up the letter and said with interest, "Let me go meet them and see what these people are planning."

The next day, Cano's reply was placed on the desk of Samuel G. Kohaug, the current president of the Magic Congress.

"He agreed?" A man with protruding eyes, thin body, and a very excited look was called into the office by Kohaug.

"Calm down, Mr. Jones." Kohaug had to remind Jason Jones, who was about to make a move, "Even if the plan succeeds, you must treat him politely."

"Haha, his best record was just injuring a lunatic who claimed to be the second generation Dark Lord. He may be considered a good player in the UK." Jones sneered, "I must be stronger than him."

"If it weren't for his identity and appeal, huh..."

Jones slammed the door and left, leaving Kohaug alone in the office wiping cold sweat.

This guy is simply crazy, he feels like he is the king of the world and everything should revolve around him and serve him.

However, this arrogant thought also attracted a large number of members of the Magic Congress, and these people worshiped him like a demon.

Fanaticism enveloped everyone, and the few rationalists did not dare to speak out.

Kohaug thought that at least during his term, everything would be under control.

Unexpectedly, the greedy Jones couldn't wait to reach out to various departments, and now he has basically ignored Kohaug.

This plan was full of conjecture and arrogance from beginning to end, and no one even considered what would happen if the plan failed.

Kohaug strongly opposed it, but it passed the review of the Magic Congress and began to be implemented unstoppably.

Kohaug can already feel that the terminal called destruction is approaching step by step.
