The Trinity of Harry Potter

Chapter 48 Piracy is rampant

"Harry, my God, you're here!"

Harry was rescued from Knockturn Alley by Hagrid. Mrs. Weasley happily pulled Harry from Hagrid's hands, took out a large brush from her bag and dusted him with soot.

"You gave the wrong address when you used Floo powder just now. Fortunately, you didn't miss it too far." Mr. Weasley asked, "Where were you just now?"

"I went to Knockturn Alley just now, and I saw the Malfoy father and his son arguing with the bent over greasy old man from Borgin Bock's shop," Harry said quickly.

"Maybe he wants to deal with some dark magic items. Hum, sooner or later I will catch him." Mr. Weasley said.

Kano listened quietly. If he remembered correctly, this time Lucius sold the things at home that could not be seen to light to Borgin for disposal.

However, in the past two days, Bo Jin almost drained his cash flow in order to buy the Heir Potion. Bo Jin has no money on hand now. I am afraid that the two of them quarreled because of the selling price.

However, Lucius's goal was not to make money, but to get rid of things, so he should have suffered a big loss.

"Let's go, kids, let's go to Gringotts to get the money." Mr. Weasley patted the family one by one and walked straight towards Gringotts.

Hermione's family was in the Gringotts hall asking how to exchange pounds for galleons. Her parents looked a little embarrassed, but Hermione looked very calm.

"Hi, I'm here!"

Hermione waved happily when she saw the Weasley family and her friends.

Mr. Weasley was very interested in Muggles and insisted on dragging Mr. and Mrs. Granger to the Leaky Cauldron for a drink. The Grangers also wanted to learn about the wizarding world through Mr. Weasley, so they agreed to wait until the Weasleys finished picking up the food.

After the money, go together.

Kano did not need to withdraw money, so he stayed in the Gringotts lobby and sat down with the Grangers to chat.

"Little Mr. Canopus, Hermione is under your care at school." Mrs. Granger said.

"Just call me Kano, madam." Kano responded with a smile, "Hermione is a very strong girl and a smart witch."

Mr. and Mrs. Granger both laughed, they were proud of their daughter.

"I heard that Kano is a child of a magical family?" Mr. Granger asked.

"Yes, what's wrong?"

"I'm curious, what kind of job can a girl like Hermione do after graduating from Hogwarts?"

Kano felt that the Grangers seemed to be overly worried because they didn't know enough about the magical world.

So he gave the Grangers a rough overview of the current employment directions in the wizarding world.

Kano stretched out his fingers and counted: "The first is to enter the Ministry of Magic. That's what Mr. Weasley is."

"The second option is to enter a certain... enterprise, such as here." Kano pointed to the human tellers in the corner of the Gringotts lobby.

"The other way is to rely on your own ingenuity to invent special magic items and become your own boss."

"It sounds similar to our place." Mrs. Granger breathed a sigh of relief.

"Yes, we are all human beings, how different can it be?" Kano said with a smile, "Besides, with Hermione's intelligence, it won't be a problem no matter which direction she takes in the future."

What Kano didn't say is that these paths are controlled by aristocratic families, and it is almost impossible for wizards born from ordinary people to get ahead.

Voldemort, under the guise of pure-blood supremacy, deceived many pure-blood wizards into dying for him. If the bloodline of pure-blood wizards hadn't been withered in the two previous and upcoming wars, I'm afraid Hermione wouldn't have been able to be a magician in the original book.

minister.

After chatting with the Grangers for a while, Harry and others returned to the hall. Mrs. Weasley's bag was bulging and seemed to be filled with galleons.

"Seriously, thank you, Cano." Mr. Weasley said softly, "This year every child can wear new robes and use new textbooks."

Kano shook his head: "Uncle, this is the income of your labor. There is nothing you can't thank me for."

"Okay, this is the last time." Mr. Weasley blinked.

Kano didn't want this matter to be a burden on Mr. Weasley's heart. There was no need for relatives to calculate things so clearly.

"Okay!" Mr. Weasley turned up the volume, "Let's go shopping, kids. We'll meet in front of Flourish and Blotts Bookstore in an hour!"

A large group of children took double the usual amount of pocket money in Mrs. Weasley's hand, cheered and merged into the crowd.

Mr. and Mrs. Weasley took Mr. and Mrs. Granger to the Leaky Cauldron, and Kano and the trio went shopping leisurely.

"Have you read this year's book list? Who is Gilderoy Lockhart?" Hermione asked, "He wrote so many books!"

"I don't know, my mother likes him very much." Ron muttered.

"Maybe he is a famous wizard?" Harry was also curious.

"Hermione, how long does it take you to write a paper fourteen inches long?" Kano said suddenly.

"A few hours, if you have a reference book," Hermione replied immediately.

"Professor Lockhart is a prolific author. I really don't know how he can be so productive while taking risks." Kano secretly gave Hermione a vaccination.

Hermione frowned. She was a little dissatisfied with Kano's words. But she was not in a hurry to defend Lockhart. After all, they would have to get along with him day and night for the next year. She would soon see what kind of person he was.

Know the difference.

An hour later, the Weasley family, Cano and others regrouped at the entrance of Flourish and Blotts Bookstore.

There is a large photo of a blond curly wizard standing at the door. It is none other than Gilderoy Lockhart. He is holding a book signing in Flourish and Blotts Bookstore. The store is full of middle-aged women. It seems that he is a real master.

Killer.

Just as a few people were about to squeeze in, a somewhat obscene voice rang in their ears.

"Are you a student at Hogwarts?"

Everyone turned their attention to the speaker. He was a short, fat man with an unshaven beard. He was wearing dirty robes and smelled of smoke.

"Oh, Mundungus, you were let out so soon?" Mr. Weasley stepped forward and blocked the children behind him. "You don't want to cast a spell on me from behind again, do you?"

"How could it be? Arthur, I was confused for a moment," Mundungus said with a dry smile.

"I have serious business today, let's see?" Mundungus opened his robe with a swipe, and dozens of Lockhart's books were inserted into the inner pocket of his robe.

“Very cheap, just hard-earned money.”

Kano tried his best not to laugh, and he sent Kreacher to come forward and let Mundungus sell Lockhart's pirated books.

Mundungus still wanted to play a speculative trick, but Kreacher told him that there were many people who had no food who were willing to do this job, so he didn't have to let him go.

So he was forced to sign a mandatory magical contract, and he could only sell it to Hogwarts students at a price slightly higher than the cost price of Kano's printed pirated books. No more than one set per person, if any of the conditions were not met.

Will not work.

That little bit of premium is just money for Mundungus' hard work, and the more he sells, the more he earns.

"Oh, Mundungus, you are so despicable!" As a fan of Lockhart's books, Mrs. Weasley's eyes widened.

Kano secretly thought something was wrong, Mrs. Weasley was afraid that she would boycott piracy.

"Bring me five sets!" Mrs. Weasley waved her hand proudly.
