The Trinity of Harry Potter

Chapter 54: Knight's Great Deeds

When time comes, heaven and earth all work together.

The Forbidden Forest fully supported Kano's trial, or extermination, of the Acromantula clan. This is the power of the Druids. They can communicate with nature and regulate the relationship between man and nature.

Of course, generally speaking, druids will only get gentle suggestions from nature such as, "Kill more wild boars recently, they are reproducing a lot", "Catch less fish, they are reproducing".

But this time, the Forbidden Forest directly issued an extermination order for invasive species such as the Acromantula. Although Kano's promotion was involved, the real anger of nature was also indispensable.

As the trial ended, the full magic power left Kano's body and flowed back into the earth.

Kano shook for a while, and the little unicorn ran over to resist him.

"Didn't I tell you not to come?"

The little unicorn purred twice, not looking at Kano at all.

"Okay, thank you, okay?" Kano helplessly praised the little unicorn and stuffed two more acorns into his mouth.

The little unicorn happily put Kano on its back and was about to take him outside.

"Wait." Kano took out another acorn from the bag and threw it on the ground, watching it enter the soil. This acorn contained a drop of Kano's blood, and Kano could monitor its location.

If the basilisk has come out to eat recently, it will definitely be attracted to the Acromantula's body. As long as it swallows the acorn, Kano can find its way out of the castle.

Kano wanted to cut off its escape route before going in to cause trouble for the basilisk.

The little unicorn carried Kano to the centaur tribe. He told the elders a little tiredly about the news of the Acromantula's annihilation.

"Are all the Acromantulas dead?" Ronan asked with some suspicion.

"Yes, there is not a single one left." Kano yawned, "The inexplicable death of the scout was caused by the Basilisk, but I left the bodies of the Acromantula in place, which should be enough for it to eat for a while.

"

"The centaurs don't go patrolling there for the time being, wait until I deal with the basilisk."

"Thank you, Son of Oak." The elder said seriously, "You helped us solve a big problem."

"But I want to remind you, don't rush to fight the basilisk. It is very dangerous. It is best to let Dumbledore take action."

"I understand, elder." Kano nodded, "Let's talk about it tomorrow if we have anything to do. I need to rest."

Kano left the elder's house under the leadership of the centaurs, leaving Bain, Firenze and Ronan looking at the elder with white beard and hair.

"Elder, it is too dangerous for Kano to fight against the basilisk."

As soon as Kano left, Bain said anxiously: "Maybe he has forgotten it, but he is still a foal!"

"Fierenze, what's your opinion?" The elder didn't answer, but asked like this.

"Bane, Kano is indeed a foal, but his heart is extremely firm." Firenze said, "I think he has thought it through carefully. And with Dumbledore here, there will be no problem.

"

"One more thing," the elder added, "he is both a druid and a knight."

"I can see that his journey to knighthood is about to officially begin. According to tradition, he must complete a great deed."

"Perhaps, that basilisk is his destined target."

Kano had already fallen asleep in the guest room at this time, sleeping very deeply.

Then he found himself in a gray space. It was obvious that someone had pulled him into the gap between the mortal world and the fairy land while he was sleeping.

"You've grown into a great young man, Kano."

Kano quickly stood up, and it was Gawain who appeared behind him.

He was not wearing armor, but was wearing a white hunting suit with gold trim, and his whole person looked like a sunshine.

"Brother Gawain!" Kano ran to him happily, "Long time no see."

"What a long time." Gawain laughed, "My brothers used to not see each other for five or six years. After all, everyone had to go on adventures separately."

"Even if you include my age in my previous life, I am only in my early 30s this year." Kano said, "Don't ask me for your 40s or 50s mentality."

Facing Gawain, Kano's mentality was very relaxed. The two exchanged a few words, and Gawain got to the point.

"I heard that you did something big today?"

"Ahem, it's just a small achievement, it's just a fake." Kano said sheepishly.

"Compared with these, brother Gawain, shouldn't you tell me how to obtain knight characteristics?"

"Otherwise, what do you think I'm talking about?" Gawain laughed.

"Uh... making a big deal?" Kano frowned.

"That's right. Your strength has now reached a bottleneck. If you want to break through to become a formal knight and acquire characteristics, you must complete a great deed."

"This great deed does not need to be praised by everyone, but it must exceed your current ability level." Gao Wen added.

"In other words, break through yourself?" Kano asked uncertainly.

"Yes!" Gawain nodded and confirmed.

Don't mention it, there is really such a thing at the moment, which is to get rid of the basilisk in the secret room.

"Why do I feel that the concept of great deeds is so similar to the Druid's destiny?"

"Indeed, destiny is the mission you must complete as a druid, and great achievements are a summary of your years of hard training. One of them represents the future, and the other represents the past."

"But they are all manifestations of fate." Gawain said.

"This is definitely not what you said." Kano said with certainty, and Gawain seemed to be choked.

"Ahem, this is indeed what Merlin told me. After all, I don't understand things about druids."

Gawain patted Kano on the head with some annoyance: "Well, in short, as long as you seize the opportunity and complete the great deeds, you can obtain your characteristics and become a real knight."

"When the time comes, I will preside over the ceremony for you." Gawain kicked Kano on the butt, "Go back, go back, don't sleep in."

"Wait a minute, I don't know Mordred's characteristics yet!"

"Either defeat me, or quickly become an official knight for me!"

Gawain did not answer him, and Kano was kicked back to the mortal world.

Gawain reappeared under the clear night sky of the Fairy Country, and Merlin put down his wand aside, ending the ceremony.

"I am increasingly unsure whether it is right to send Kano back to the mortal world." Gawain sighed, "If I had known it would be so difficult and dangerous, I would have tied him up in the Fairy Country."

Merlin shook his head: "It's not up to us to decide. Your brother won't completely listen to you, right?"

Gawain immediately thought of his two younger brothers, Gareth and Gahoris, who were killed by Lancelot accidentally because they insisted on not carrying weapons.

He shook his head irritably.

"Speaking of which," Merlin spoke again, "What characteristics do you want Kano's child to acquire?"

"I don't know, it would be better to be like Lancelot." Gawain replied.

"After all, Mordred's characteristics are too special."
