The Trinity of Harry Potter

Chapter 4 Mortal Master

The oak tree on the island in the middle of the lake was still standing, but a hole suddenly opened in its trunk.

Kano, naked and covered in tree sap, climbed out of the trunk.

He kept coughing, coughing out the sap from his lungs, and then breathed in the fresh air greedily.

This was his first breath in this world.

The oak tree next to him dropped its branches and rested on Kano's shoulders. The green leaves fell one after another, weaving Kano into a soft green robe.

Kano rested for a while, pulled on his green robe, stood up with a smile, and hugged the big oak tree in front of him that was his mother's incarnation.

"Wait, mother, I will come back with father next time."

The oak tree swayed, seeming to nod in response.

Canopus set off, and Morgan's blessing allowed him to walk directly across the lake and onto the shore.

Didn't Merlin say hello to me? Why didn't anyone come to pick him up?

An owl flew from the sky, circling in search of something. When it saw Kano raising his head, it immediately swooped down and threw the letter into Kano's hand.

Cano put his arm up for the owl to hold on to, while the other held the letter steady.

The envelope says, Field, Island in the Lake, Canopus among the Oaks. Accepted by Mr. Black.

After opening the envelope, before Kano had time to read the letter, a whirlwind rose and a purple-robed figure appeared spinning.

He wore a long, pointed gray hat, his face was full of wrinkles, and he wore a pair of glasses with half-moon lenses on his crooked nose.

His beard and hair were shiny silver, and his blue eyes shone with wisdom.

It seems that this is the person Merlin is looking for, the most powerful white wizard in the Harry Potter series, Dumbledore.

Kano looked at the old man, and the old man also looked at Kano.

The little boy in front of him has a handsome appearance and a free and uninhibited temperament in his movements. He is not afraid of himself, but is rather curious.

"Mr. Gandalf?" Cano greeted with a smile.

"Although I can also set off fireworks, unfortunately I am not a white-robed mage."

The old man bowed slightly and looked directly at Kano: "Hello, little sir, I am Albus Dumbledore."

"I am Canopus Black."

The old man and the young man shook hands and smiled.

"I have a lot of questions in my mind, but I think what you need most right now is a place to stay."

Dumbledore took out his wand and waved it, and a big golden and red bird appeared from the sky, pulled up a stream of fire, and finally landed on Dumbledore's shoulder.

"This is Fawkes, my friend." Dumbledore introduced softly, "This place is far from the civilized world. Let's take a shortcut."

Kano looked at Phoenix Fox curiously, and Fox tilted his head and rubbed Kano's head.

Dumbledore was a little surprised, but did not ask in the end. He stroked Fawkes' beautiful golden and red feathers, and put his other hand on Cano's shoulder.

“The Leaky Cauldron.”

Fox chirped softly, and the two birds turned into flames at the same time and disappeared in the wilderness.

The next second, they appeared on a bustling street. A large number of people crowded around and didn't even notice their sudden appearance.

Dumbledore muttered something, and Kano recognized that it was a simplified human expulsion spell.

The crowd immediately separated, as if an invisible wall pushed them aside, bypassing them and continuing forward unconsciously.

"This time I'm here to show you the way, otherwise I would go directly to Diagon Alley."

Dumbledore explained. As an old man, he was not willing to squeeze in the crowd.

Following the direction he was heading, Kano saw a sign with a leaking cauldron hanging in the air.

Next to it is a bookstore and a record store, but it seems that only wizards can see this sign.

"The Leaky Cauldron, the entrance to Diagon Alley."

The tall and thin Dumbledore lowered his head slightly and entered with Cano.

As a bar, this place is very qualified. For example, there is lingering smoke, dim light, and various people who are not sure whether they are drunk or awake.

But the decoration here was a little too shabby and dirty. Kano glanced briefly, and his superhuman vision caught hundreds of places where filth and evil were hiding.

Dumbledore's arrival here was like a phoenix entering the henhouse.

Many people were so excited that they wanted to come over and say hello to the old principal. The hunchbacked boss Tom even turned over from behind the bar and approached Dumbledore diligently to ask what Dumbledore's purpose was.

"Relax, Tom, you're younger than me."

The hunchbacked Tom laughed so hard that the customer next to him was so frightened that he knocked over the butterbeer in his glass and oozed it all over his body.

"There is a child here who is about to enter school. He will live in the Leaky Cauldron for a while." Dumbledore blinked. "The room fee will be charged to the school account."

"Understood, I will immediately arrange the most comfortable one."

Tom immediately agreed, and Cano and Dumbledore followed Tom upstairs carrying the oil lamp.

The three of them left the lobby, and the noisy atmosphere immediately returned. But this time, the center of the conversation became Kano.

Kano thought everyone had ignored him, but when did Dumbledore personally take over the new life?

"I think he must be Dumbledore's illegitimate son."

A sneaky wizard, wrapped in a cloak, guessed.

"I don't know if he is an illegitimate child, but I know that these words have made the supporters of the old principal listen. If you stop saying this, you will be a frog for two days."

The wizard immediately shut up, and the drinkers laughed happily.

"Could he be from a pure-blood family?"

"They have a big villa themselves, why would they live in the Leaky Cauldron?"

Old Tom came down at this time, waved his magic wand to make a rag fly up, and blocked the mouth of the speaker.

"What's wrong with my bar? Even the Minister of Magic can stay there when he comes!"

Everyone was laughing again, because the guy who was gagged sprayed firewhiskey from his nostrils and was rolling on the ground.

At this time, Dumbledore had already helped Cano settle in and was ready to leave.

"If you have any questions, just ask Tom."

In the end, Dumbledore couldn't hold back his curiosity. He squinted his eyes and asked, "Black...is that Black?"

"Headmaster, my name is Canopus, Canopus in the constellation Carina. I think according to this naming method, there will not be another Black family in the wizarding world."

Cano spread his hands and Dumbledore nodded clearly.

"Tomorrow I will take you to Diagon Alley to buy necessities for school. The list is in the attachment to your admission letter. Have a good rest today."

Dumbledore then left, leaving Cano standing by the window.

"Principal, you are such a powerful person."

Kano couldn't help but sigh, even compared to Merlin, Dumbledore was only a hair away. And as a wizard rather than a druid, his combat ability might be stronger.

So how powerful is Voldemort?

Kano quietly put away his contempt and faced the magical world with a more cautious attitude.

Before falling asleep, he couldn't help but think about the wand.

What kind of wand will he get tomorrow?
